It has been a full week and I just found out from my pharmacy they still have not sent a request for my weight loss medication. Unacceptable delays in trying to speak with them through messaging. Absolutely do not recommend them.

I am enrolled with the Sequence program and have been very impressed with the level of expertise and professionalism. Sequence offers a comprehensive approch to health and wellness with real world access via telehealth. Every care team member engagment has been superb!

Painfully slow response times. I run out of my prescription almost every month before they get around to refilling it. Extremely frustrating to deal with.

The whole program is great! With virtual visits with your team of dieticians and fitness experts, I’m finally reaching goals I thought I’d never reach because of loss of motivation and commitment.

This plan is a complete joke. They are scamming people out of money with their initial consult and 3 month period. They have no contact other than the chat box that only responds after 1-2 days. I did most of the work verifying with my insurance company about what meds could potentially be approved and advising sequence of what I found out, all while waiting weeks at a time everytime they submitted a prior authorization. I would check in with my prescription provider only to find out sequence had not sent anything to them (like they claimed they did) or they were waiting on a response back from sequence for several days in order to finish the prior authorization. I did get approved for wegovy and saxenda after 4 weeks runaround only to find out this medication is available NOWHERE. Zepbound was denied by insurance due to it being too new to market. Although that is not the denial reason the listed in my file, the insurance company advised me of this reason. I am currently trying to request some sort of refund from this company. How can they still be signing people up, especially those who are not diabetic- who qualify for other medications, knowing there is a nationwide shortage of the most popular medications promoted for an unknown amount of time. Complete joke. Waste of money. The fitness and eating plans are nothing new and can easily be found with any other weight loss program. It’s unfortunate that WW is now tied to this company.

Firstly, please be aware that most of these meds are not covered by insurance and the ones that are covered are not available due to nationwide shortages. If you fail to secure the medications, they do not give you a refund like other online programs. Shop around or you can end up paying a lot of money without the proper medications you need. Secondly, the team is very slow to respond and not really helpful. If you have an issue, it can take days to resolve if at all. I felt like i came up with most resolutions. And lastly and most importantly, the doctors are terrible. Not only is he very slow to respond, i don't believe he reads my file and past issues. It is like the doctor power responds to a few key words in your message, therefore you get the incorrect answer and have to wait another few days to try and get a resolution. Worse than that, I will write detailed questions asking for specific responses only to get an extremely short generic answer, not even answering my questions. Very frustrating. You are better off asking your primary care physician to write you a script as this Company adds no value in terms of support or in obtaining the medication.

Super happy with this new program! I have been on Zepbound for a month and have noticed a dramatic reduction in my cravings and food chatter. Losing 11 pounds was great too. As someone who has struggled with my weight since childhood I wish this was available decades ago!

SCAM Paid for 3 months...Why are they taking on new PT knowing there is a shortage or meds and you can not get them. They offer you oral meds that are for diabetics for $89 included in your plan. Thats crazy why would you pay that much for meds. Dont waste you money you will not get anything in return.

I was charged for nine month without ANY consent and any service being provided to me. Eventually I had to get my bank involved to dispute the charges BUT the bank couldn’t return my money for four month ( the first four month) and they refused to pay.

I have been paying for 3 months & still don't have ANY meds. Every time I contact my Care Team for an update they are out of the office & I get someone new that has to "review & get back to me". This is very frustrating & I feel I have been scammed.

I had to put at least one star in order to comment. It should be a 0 star. Absolute worst customer service ever! The responses appear to be AI generated. They pick out a few words within your query and respond w answers that are obviously canned. Noticeable redundancy in the answers. They tell you they have submitted a pre authorization to your insurance company but they don’t! I contacted my insurance company, they confirmed they had received NO requests from Sequence. I checked w my pharmacy claims supplier, again, no pre authorization request. Alas, you are on the $89 per month hook for 3 months and you get nothing but diet and exercise advice one could easily find on Pinterest. Save your money and ask your PCP for a prescription. Sequence is nonsense.

I paid my $49 and never got a call or email. Now, a month later, they have taken $89 from my checking account with still no service or communication. I would give it a zero if I could. I want all of my money back. Seems like a scam! No phone number to call for help. No way to communicate.

Horrible Care Team. It’s fake automated. Doesn’t answer my questions doesn’t get back. I wish I checked these reviews because the real reviews are the bad ones. Don’t waste your money. It’s all BS

Way too many hoops and redundancy. Most of these should have been expained at the beginning of the process, especially the fact that they don't honor Medicare supplemental benefits. This limited my choices down to two medications or pay out great sums of money. I'm very dissapointed to say the least.Lots of time wasted for no reason.

The so-called, Care Team, is a misnomer. It should be called, We Don’t Care Team! They take your money and give you robot-written messages in return. I know that because most responses to my inquiries didn’t even remotely answer my question. And, If you’re old like me, forgettaboutit. Horrible, horrible company but what do you expect from Oprah. I had to cancel my credit card to be sure they couldn’t rip me off further!

I am getting the run around as well. Pretending it takes 2 to 4 weeks for one consult and then taking forever to let me know the response when they have already billed you. I recommend not getting into this scam because even if you only do it for 2 months that's still money they received for no help. Free money

Thank you for your review, Virginia. After completing a few safety and identification checks, members are able to book a consultation. In most states, they can book either a chat or video consultation. Video consultations happen live, while chat consultations take 2-3 business days in the Messages section of the app. After a consultation, your Clinician will recommend appropriate medications. This process is quick and usually happens within 1 business day. After that, many members needs to get prior authorizations from their insurance that says insurance will approve coverage for their medication. Usually any delays in the prescription process happen at this insurance coverage phase and are due to delays on the insurance company's end, not ours. I loved this program! The whole process was very quick and easy to navigate. Unfortunately due to switching to Kaiser I was not able to continue and need the PAs to be submitted for the Zepbound savings cards. My care team was fantastic. Coleman was always so quick to respond and was very helpful in the whole process. My clinician, likewise. :) I absolutely would like to come back in the future and hope to keep my same care team! I give this program a 10/10 and will definitely let others know! Thank you for everything!

Sequence told me prior authorization was approved. The pharmacy stated there was no approval, I called my insurance company and sequence had NEVER submitted a request and misled me. So sequence wrote the prescription without prior authorization. I had to do all the legwork, you would be better off going to your primary doctor. There is no number to contact the company ONLY a chat with a 2day response time. DONOT waste your money!!!!
