DO NOT ORDER FROM JOSS & MAIN. On March 2, 2024, I ordered by wife an Easter present thinking I had plenty of time to receive the item. I immediately received and email saying that my order would be delivered March 7th. On March 20th, I realized that I had not received the order. I called and spoke to a lovely lady named Paula. She assured me that my order would be receive by March 27th in time for Easter. After not receiving it on March 27th, I called on March 28th and spoke to a representative who assured that I would receive an email in 24 hours with an update. Now it is Monday, April 1st, I called again and spoke to Yvette who assured me I would be hearing back. When I think of the time that I have spent just trying to get an order that I have paid for causes much frustration. AGAIN, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Ordered and item on Sunday, realized it was not what I wanted so I canceled within 20 minutes of ordering and was informed that I was to late and unable to cancel. Horrible business practice.

I ordered a bed that 1) was delayed and took several weeks to arrive and 2) came damaged. Attempted to contact Joss/Main twice about the order with no response or resolution. I then left a review about the damage and customer service and the review was posted with my rating but none of the text or photos were included. I would avoid Joss & Main and will never purchase from them again.

I ordered a linen cabinet from this company and the quality was so poor it was breaking as we assembled it. I had already placed another order for a storage bench that was on the way, but after receiving the linen cabinet and seeing how poor the quality was, I knew I would not want to even open the next package once it shipped. The company website says “free return shipping” but it forced me to pay for a $60 shipping label for something I did not want or opened. Customer service is so poor. They also claim to refund your money within 1 business day of drop off. My package was returned and received by them just 2 days after drop off, and I have yet to receive a refund. I have called customer service twice and am getting nowhere. Such a hassle to get back not even a full refund. This company is fraudulent. I will never buy from them again and would not encourage anyone to either.

We had ordered a patio set on Memorial day with quantities available. the order sat in "preparing to ship" status for 2 to 3 weeks until it was approaching the delivery date. We called in and said the set was unavailable and sold out without any communication to us whatsoever. They helped us on another set and is due to be delivered now with the same status and no one can tell us what is going on and we have no idea when we will receive what we bought, again no call backs to let us know what is happening and they cant find out - they blame everything - apparently their inventory software doesn't work and they have poor relationships with their manufacturers - awful

I refuse to do business with this… I refuse to do business with this company. I purchased a bed and specifically requested doorway entry delivery due to the fact that I live in a apartment on the second floor and my husband is disabled and cannot possibly pick up a bed. Next thing I know, my bed was delivered and left outside by the curb next to the neighbors garage. I was not contacted with any notice of my delivery being dropped off nor a window of time to receive it. I demanded them to pick it up immediately since no one was home to receive it or move it and it was in danger of being stolen or damaged. Then they stated I would be responsible for any damages to the merchandise when they pick it up the next day. WHO IS GOING TO SECURE THE MERCHANDISE WHEN NO ONE IS HOME OR ABLE TO MOVE THE PRODUCT!? I could not believe how negligent this company was. I saved money for three years to purchase a nice bed and they leave it outside in the curb with no regard for the care of the merchandise or the customers needs. Amazon doesn't even leave my dollar phone cases with such disregard! I always know a time and am given a proper notice to ensure I am aware of my delivery. I am sorry, I do not want to be so negative but I am shocked that any business could ever think this is acceptable. Oh then they want to add a delivery charge for my return....GET OUT OF HERE! You dumped my bed on the curb so come pick it up on the curb where you left it.

this company website is on total point! its easy and precise. I love that there are options right there to click for contact. I have never shopped a site so simple and thorough like this one!! love, love, love it!

I ordered an ottoman on January 21 and I still have yet to receive it. I called on January 25 and was told there was plenty in stock so the rep will have it expedited for delivery on Monday. Well it’s been another 10 days and still no delivery. I would not recommend this company. Stick with Amazon!!!!

I placed an order and then tried to cancel it within a few minutes of placing it. It took your company three days to address my request, by which time the order had, of course, shipped. This is dishonest! You can't advertise that you allow order cancellations when this is how your system operates. I have a health issue that makes it difficult for me to get out and about, so driving to the UPS store/USPS is difficult. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

My second large purchase from this company has been nothing more than a pain, at 1st I couldn't track it then customer service never fixed then 2 reps hung up on me I finally get someone that could fix it he tells me its sitting in a wearhouse 24 miles from my house on Monday that I would get a delivery call did I get that no I get a email 3 days later saying it won't be delivered until the weekend I could have drove 24 miles in a matter of minutes so that doesn't take almost a week. It's just not worth the hassle to save a few bucks

I bought some cushions from these guys (are they Wayfair or Joss&Main btw?- not clear) that I'm trying to return, but when I went to my account I got greeted by an "There are no orders associated with your account." Funny thing is that I've got the Order number and of course I got the cushions. I also got to the stupid message from a link in the same email they sent me to review the product... So, what's up with their record keeping? Now I've had to communicate the old-fashion way, by email, wasting my time giving all the order details instead of it all being automatic and easy for returns, like in most up-to-date, modern websites. Come on people, this is the XXIst century!
