Never again will I use this company. With the power of 7 blazing suns I hate this business with a passion. Placed an order 1 hour elapsed time and unable to cancel even though it has not even been prepared and no driver assigned. 0/10 never use them.

JustEat stole my money. On several occasions they refused to provide me with a refund despite failing to deliver the items I requested. When I contacted them I was lied to about being contacted by a manager, which never happened. It is their policy to deliberately steal money from customers and provide poor customer service while resorting to dishonesty whenever it suits them.

I was refused refund for part of my order missing. Stopped responding to me. This is theft. I will not be using this company again. Beware unless you want to pay for food you dont receive.

0 Stars !! Stole my money after numerous promises of returned money from a fraudulent transaction, it’s not even a review for late or poor service, after digging deeper there have been many many reports of fraudulent transactions on peoples accounts because just eats system is not secure !! Your data is not safe and we have lost money because of this !!! .. I have given up calling them, utter bunch of thieving lying cowboys !!! Do not waste your time after they promise a refund ! Ask them once, record the date and time of conversation because you are obliged to do this first before the bank or card provider will act then call your bank and instruct them to carry out a charge back, that’s the only way you will be refunded, they will try and drag it on past the 120 days allowed for chargebacks, don’t fall for this, this is all if your able to get through on phone, there is no phone no published anywhere you have to dig and dig on Facebook to get something, live chat and email absolute joke, THEY DO NOT CARE !!! I really hope others quickly realise this and your shut down for good !! I really do not know how a company can continue to trade with a 1 star review on every review platform and still get away with it !!!

The company operates dishonestly and refuses to provide refunds. Their customer service is poor and often rude. Sometimes they don’t even reply. The orders are always late and they blame it on drivers and peak hour traffic. I really hope this company fails as they are not customer centric.

Paid for Delivery and food was delivered by chef from takeaway, this has happened twice. Deleted app, won’t recommend

Just don't bother ordering through JustEat. Late delivery, non-delivery, missing items, refused refunds, blatant theft and dishonesty...all part of the JustEat experience. By giving them one star, I've inflated the quality of their service beyond reason. I cannot think of a single positive thing to note. Just shout your food order out of your window at a passing stranger. There's as much chance of it arriving as ordering through JustEat. The only difference is the stranger won't steal your money and lie to you afterwards.

On 28.8.22 Ordered groceries via just eat via Asda and driver gave bag and noticed bag had missing items in gave driver back bag. Wanted to make a waffle with treats pudding and carnt do that with items missing. Requested refund of £ 16.12 never received refund. Wait 5 days before can get money back from bank. Only way I will get refund back. Better off getting shopping yourself and takeaways yourself as drivers steal food and company steal your money. Never use again.x

This company is a joke. It's in decline. No customer service to speak off and they did not refund my money when I did not receive part of my order, despite me filing a complaint immediately. I will never use them again

I would like to make a formal complaint which relates to the below: I ordered a McDonalds at 12:36 and wait time advised 20-30 minutes. Food didnt arrive after 1 hour so i made a complaint as this is not acceptable as no update was also supplied to advise of any delays. Food then arrived at 14:09 some 1 1/2 hours after ordering which is beyond the reasonable waiting time. The food arrived in poor unacceptable condition and we were unable to consumable for the following reasons: Chips were all cold and pappy. They tasted disgusting. Burgers were cold and soggy which again we couldnt eat. Nuggets were stone cold. I paid £25 for food which should arrive in an acceptable condition that we can eat. As the food was NOT i am requesting a refund as we were unable to eat the food supplied. I am sure you will appreciate the current climate and food standards, i should not be forced to pay for unacceptable food.

I have ordered through justeat, from a near by restaurant. The order never arrived and it showered delivered. I raised a complaint and just-eat promised a refund to my just-eat account in 2 working days. Its been 2 weeks and i never got my refund. All my consecutive emails to them went unanswered. Its losing money and getting nothing. Their customer service is very bad.

I ordered food through Just Eat. I was then informed food would take more than two hours to arrive and cancelled the order immediately. I was charged a £15 cancellation fee by Just Eat which is completely unacceptable. So far, Just Eat haven't responded to emails (I believe they sacked their Live Chat team so there's no way to speak to anyone directly). My only recourse now is to issue a chargeback.

I received food that tasted and smelled off as is was sour so expired yogurt must have been used. Just Eat refused to refund me just £7.30 because they claimed that foods all taste different depending on the recipe….it was naan. When does naan taste sour - its bread! It’s amazing how they came to such a conclusion via email when they were no present to taste or smell it. Talk about lack of loyalty and trust in customers. They don’t deserve anyones custom. I’ve since deleted my account

Their driver stole the order, just-eat helpdesk was utterly incompetent and useless. They committed criminal theft and fraud, and laughed in my face.

Drivers are using multiple apps, picking up several deliveries at once and also handing orders to other drivers resulting in late deliveries and cold food.

Waited for 1h30 for a driver to be assigned. Finally once assigned, after some time the order was marked as delivered by the driver, even though it was never delivered. No phone number available to contact support nor the driver.

I've used Just Eat for years and have always put up with the odd cold delivery here and there. However, when we waited for over an hour for a McDonald's and were told by just eats own delivery driver that he had been asked by just eat to pick up our order as the previously assigned driver had apparently walked out, it arrived stone cold, having been left on the side for over 20 minutes (as he had to get to the restaurant). Both ourselves and the driver put in a report to confirm this as the case, and yet, Just Eat refused to refund my order and signed off their reply with we look forward to seeing you again. Which, won't be happening. Very disappointed.

Just Eat is a rubbish,rip off company,app, ordered a Pizza from Pukka Pizza, Pukka called said to cancel order in app as they unable to deliver,cancelled and no refund, Customer service is useless Pussys with no brain,go get a life and stop scamming people of their hard earnings.

"Just thieves" is more like it! 30 Jul 2022 17:35 ordered...nine items from Asda via (Just Eats website) only three items arrived in a plastic bag with a red card from Asda saying...Sorry that item's were missing from my order, out of stock. Fair enough i thought, "slightly miffed but ok!" so...I applied for a refund for said "missing" items via the site. Answer: I've reviewed your case and your account, including the history of previous experiences you have had with your Just Eat orders. Based on this review, your request for a [voucher/refund] has been declined at this time. "previous experiences"!!! only one! KFC (undelivered) i tracked it on my PC miraculously disappeared 50 meters from my home address? never to be seen again, to which i did get a full refund though. So...I'm out £13.14p not a great deal but still "purloin!" Shame on you! From an honest,disgruntled,disabled man who likes to over Punctuate!

We received two generic emails to my daughter which are an absolute joke, they decided they will not refund her because she didn't take a photograph of a wrong order, she ordered food through the Just East app on 27th July, and immediately with our help I hasten to add, attempted to right the situation with Kentucky Fried Chicken in Whitstable and Just Eat immediately that she realised her order wasn't right and she had received someone else's much smaller order! KFC themselves were hopeless and just told my husband that we had to take it up with Just Eat, even though it was the restaurant that had supplied incorrect food and admitted the wrong order must have gone with the right receipt, it was obviously not a Just Eat problem at that stage, but, KFC were not interested that her order had been mixed up with someone else's order and instead of what she ordered for herself and friends she received a tiny bag of fries and a few pieces of chicken, the food was cold to add insult to injury when she had ordered £20 worth of chicken, wraps and so forth. KFC said to my husband that she needed to order again and they wouldn't collect the wrong food. So, that was exactly what she did, we tried to contact Just Eat at the exact time this was happening as well by phone which is virtually impossible because they don't advertise their telephone number anywhere, and when we did find a number there was an answering machine. We sent emails instead via her App, several in fact, and we just received "we are looking into your issue" messages (absolutely no message saying take a photo!!) BUT in spite of several more complaint messages through the App they took until 1st August to send this email MHAjay Kumar (Just Eat UK) 1 Aug 2022, 20:05 BST I'm sorry there was an issue with your Just Eat order. To help resolve this, I'm going to forward this matter to Investigations Team. They'll send you a separate email asking for good-quality photographs of the order you received, as well as any receipts that came with the order. Just so you know, you'll need to reply to that email within 24 hours, otherwise, we'll have to close this claim. Once our Investigations Team receives your email response, they'll look into your claim in more detail and contact you via the email address registered on your account as soon as they have an update for you. So 5 days later Just Eat ask us to take photos of the wrong order, how would we have predicted this!!! And today 5th August she gets another email: I'm sorry you weren't happy with your recent order, we take these things very seriously (NO YOU DONT) so when there's something wrong with an order, we always ask customers to send us a good quality photograph (5 DAYS LATER) this allows us to look into things in more detail. As your unable to send us a photo we wont be able to look into this further on this occasion. Thank you for your understanding. I informed them that my husband and I are frequent users of Just Eat and should consider the loss of all of our future custom as well, of course, they couldn't of cared less. I will never again use Just Eat as a result of their disgraceful unprofessional policies, this is what happens when companies get too big, their service gets diabolical.
