“Ordered the product on the 5/12 and from the tracking it appears to have been sitting in the Yodel service centre in Sheffield since then - when will it move??”

“Utter disappointment. Paid for quick delivery and instead got YODEL to deliver the goods. Now, 4 days later still don't have them. Will go to the depot to collect what should have been delivered to my front door after work. Miles away. Another greedy company. Goodbye”

“Unfortunately, I cannot comment as to date I have not received my boots yet! I am of the view that if I don't receive them shortly I will have to go elsewhere and cancel this order with the appropriate refund.”

“Would like to know if I am buying from Sports Direct rather than pretending that it is from Karrimor. Also DETEST receiving unwanted free gifts with an order. Such a waste of resources. I am sending my purchases back along with the free gift.”

“Sizes are inaccurate - Ordered size 7 running trainers which fit more like a size 6 and had to pay £5 extra for a recorded delivery to return. Hoping the Size 8's fit when they arrive!”

“Not happy. I ordered a coat in the wrong colour and realised as soon I had received a confirmation email. Within 6 minutes of receiving this I cancelled the order. Hours later I was told it was too late to cancel the order as it had already been dispatched. I was also told that all I had to do was refuse the order to the courier. This assumes I have nothing better to do than sit and wait for an unspecified day and an unspecified amount of time for a courier to deliver said item. Being that I work and have school runs.. oh and a life, this proved impossible and I missed the delivery by an hour. I was unable to find any contact number and my email complaining about this wasn't answered. I now have a coat that I have to pay postage for to return. Will not buy from again.”

“The goods were of decent quality though the sizing is completely out. You have to go a size above what you need. There was a problem with the order and they have not even acknowledged my e-mail, I would not order from them or sports direct again.”

“Hi, I ordered items from you on Wednesday 12th Nov 2014 and I chose the next day delivery (5.99) being Thursday 13 Nov and I didn't receive my goods until Saturday 15 Nov. I had no contact from Yodel (the delivery people) or yourselves to tell me about late delivery. I have bought various items from you now but I wasn't impressed with the communication between yourselves and myself. Regards Miss T Williams.”

“I have purchased over half a dozen pairs of Karrimor walking/hiking shoes and find them extremely comfortable and good value WHEN THEY FIT. The trouble is that their sizing seems very erratic. My chosen size 10 seems to vary, in my perception, between size 9 and 11. The shoes are always the same size as each other, and always stated on the label as size 10. My recent purchase is clearly undersized and very uncomfortable to wear. If I buy any more shoes from this manufacturer I shall certainly not do so by post.”

“Was a little irritated with the service. I ordered the wrong colour bag. Was told I could exchange it at a sports direct. The exact same bag was more expensive at the sports direct and they weren't willing to price match, despite owning karrimor! After being pleased about the value of the original product I was disappointed to have to pay more.”

“Contacted your customer services regarding the ruck sack no reply what so ever. Will now have to take up the outstanding issue with credit card company would not recommend dealing with Karrimor which I beleive is a part of Sports Direct”

“Good day! I ordered Karrimor Excel mens sneakers Size: 8. I brought in a box Size 7 size 8. They are small in size !!! Who will pay for the return or exchange ??? Karrimor KSB Skido Mens Walking Boots Size: 8 - not leather, and Chinese raw material of poor quality. Karrimor Running Tights Mens size L - the size and the quality is good! If a refund or exchange will be for my money- very bad appraisal Karrimor company!!!”

“The labelling on the jacket and price tag were different I ordered an extra large (on the price tag) but the jacket was only a medium I had to exchange at a Sports Direct outlet and because they didnt have the same jacket in stock had to pay an extra £70 Love the jacket though”

“I always buy your mount low ladies trainers for work as a post lady,I've had so many pairs as they are so comfy ,however... The last four pairs have been very poorly made,have you changed the glue? The soles that come over the toe end on the top come unstuck after only two months,I keep buying them as I love this trainer but this will be the last if they do it again!!”

“I am usually a size 9 occasionally a size 8.5 shoe. For dog walking last year I have bought Karrimor low style walking shoes at size 9.5 and they were perfect and very comfortable out of the box. This year 9.5 is far too small. Return postage is a killer at £9. Will not be buying shoes again from Karrimor website as sizing too unreliable.”

“The shoes i ordered arrived very quickly but one was a size 9 and the other size 9.5. I had ordered size 9.5. On closer inspection i found in one of the shoes a note from a previous customer who had also received this odd pair and returned them. Very disappointed i have returned them and hopefully will receive a PAIR of size 9.5 which i ordered and.paid for.”
