Processed my order quickly enough, on the Thursday Specified Saturday delivery - didn't happen, not going to happen. Now delivery might, that's might, be Tuesday!!!! At least they have refunded my delivery costs. Whoopee!!

I specifically requested a Saturday delivery and to be honest I'm not sure if this impacted the delivery costs I paid, but I was surprised that first delivery attempt was Tuesday. I then went online and arranged with Gabe at Yodel to deliver in line with my original request. This was also ignored and delivered on Wednesday to one of my neighbours. While I am grateful for the attempts to promptly deliver my order, I had asked for a Saturday delivery for a reason. What is the point of offering this if your delivery company are going to do what they like anyway?

Ordered two bags which were red and grey in photos on website but were definitely pink on arrival. No reply to my email to customer services. Bags did arrive quickly but won't return as would have to pay quite a bit on postage.

I ordered size 9 trainers , size 11 trainers were delivered ,I have returned the size 11 in exchange, but have asked for size 10, as I thought the size 11 was a" small" 11. The boots arrived in a tatty box and have clearly been tried on. One label says 8 and on one boot it says 10. The shoes have a couple of marks on. I want to return yhem but I have to pay postage ..so all in all not impressed. The delivery was very fast though so it's a shame the product wasn't up to scratch

Well, i am satisfied with the quality of the products but the sizing method is not so accurate .As a result The jacket is too big and i have to return it ,which is quite costy for me.

I ordered a pair of walking shoes and though the correct size, the fit was uncomfortable. Since the reruns information States that returns are paid for by the customer, I decied to take it to my local Sports Direct store. The store manager informed me that the policy is not to offer refunds but he would have been happy to facilitate an exchange which i didn't want. This was bad enough but my biggest complaint was his advice to TELEPHONE for a free returns form. When he gave me that information he must have known that it is not possible to ring the company since there is a number is not on the invoice or the website. I am extremely disappointed by the company's unhelpful policy and the lack of integrity of its staff.

Quality poor and overpriced. Not the Karrimor of earlier years. It is all made in China anyway, finishing is poor, and the stuffdoesn't work very well. Even Berghaus is better.

Placed an order for two items, that appeared on the site to be both in stock and available, to then recieve an email after the order was placed that the main item wasn't actually in stock

tengo problemas para retirar la mercaderia, ya que en la aduana de ezeiza me la retuvieron, porque no poseia el certificado de origen, y para hacer el retiro debo ir a mas de 500km de distancia, ya que al venir por dhl, aduana lo retuvo, conveniendome que se haya enviado por correo argentino. cosa que esa opcion no la tuve y en ningun momento me lo propusieron atte I have trouble removing the merchandise , since the office of ezeiza I held her , because they possessed the certificate of origin , and for retreat should go to more than 500km away , because by coming by dhl , customs detained him , conveniendome it has been sent by Argentine mail . thing that I had no choice and in no time I proposed it atte

Not impressed with yodel. Although I was in the house or in the front garden all day, they said they were unable to deliver and that they had left a note - which they had not. So had to wait in, again, today. Don't like being lied to. BUT the sandals are lovely!

Karrimor ignored my instructions to deliver to my works address and, whilst trying to deliver to my home address, delivered to a neighbour I didn't know! I work full time so its easy to see why I requested delivery to work. If Karrimor had an issue with my request you should have informed me of the situation. Instead it was the local knowledge of the Yodel driver who ensured the goods remained safe. I gave Yodel full marks on their review questionnaire by the way. Please take note: follow your customers instructions and inform us if and why you are changing the arrangements.

I can't review as I haven't received order yet, 6 days after it was placed, took 3 days for 1 item to be dispatched although I'm sure it will be perfect when it arrives

The down gilet I bought is quite disappointing as the down is spread patchy. The front chambers are so full that thea are bloated the chambers at the back are almost empty. As it is part of the Karrimor Elite edition this is really a pitty. The rest is okay, but the shoe laces are a little too thin for montaineering.

I want to begin by saying the boots I received were great, just what I was expecting and in good condition. Thank you! Also it was a nice touch to give a free mug, very much appreciated. But the reason for my low score was the delivery of my goods. I was not able to receive my goods on time because my phone details were not given to the courier. Even though I was at home the courier was unable to contact me for assistance on getting to my property. This in turn resulted in 3 days of missed deliveries. None of this would have been an issue if my number would have been available to them. I had to drive up to the depot to receive it in the end where they provided the evidence of no details given. Make sure this is given over so that you have the quick service will be smooth. My only other small quam is the state of the box it arrived in. It was pretty beaten up looking, which makes my think my boots were worn loads of times on strangers feet!! Please make sure you present in good packaging.

I paid extra (£5.99) for next day delivery and made special arrangements to ensure someone was home all day/evening to receive the parcel. The tracking system said delivery was attempted/unsuccessful a calling card was left (no-one called at the house and no card was left). I therefore opted to change (via the tracking site) the address for delivery the following day, to my work address. Despite this, the package was delivered the following evening to the home address (thankfully someone was there to receive it). Hopefully the Post office will do a better job of returning the jacket i ordered, which is too big. Overall a bit disappointed this time - previous experiences have been good.

Hi there!i didnt get the item and it is day 5 today.So,yeah i am a bit dissaponted.I would understand if i lived in Afganistan or Iran ,but I do live in Norway. Still waiting...

Whilst the product was excellent value and quality, the next day delivery, which cost an extra £6.00, because it was important I receive the goods quickly, did not happen. The courier company were extemely difficult to contact and obstructive when i finally managed it. I also had to pay rather a lot for a call to be told that they could not track my order and really could do nothing about it! Shame really.

I always wore size 9 of Karrimor shoes, so I was confident enough to order a pair online. Unfortunately the shoes could be a little bit bigger (9.5) to fit my feet properly. As I don't live in the UK, return costs would be almost as much as these shoes themselves so it'd be cheaper for me to buy a new pair in a bigger size than to return them for an exchange. This is a really big disappointment in the brand altogether...
