“My car broke down called green flag. Richard from kavanagh motors GFR 193 arrived within the hour. Could not get me going but hooked up my car and got me back home. Really impressed with service I received.”

“My car broke down on the evening of 19th January, on a busy roundabout on the M20, and I called Green Flag. Kavanagh Motors mechanic, Philip, GFR197, arrived within half an hour and gave my gear linkage a temporary fix to get me home. He diagnosed the fault immediately, was competent and speedy in putting things right and explained everything to me as he went along. He advised me to have the repair done properly at a garage as soon as possible. He also made sure I was safe whilst out of my car and, afterwards, assisted me in safely rejoining the traffic. “My wife had the misfortune to have an accident yesterday, Direct Line contacted Green Flag who arranged for the car to be retrieved by a lift truck from Kavanagh within 2 hours.. Phil the driver signed the official work sheet and he took over.. they have kept in touch, very effecient service.. JAO”

“I had a flat battery on 10/1/19, called Green flag. Excellent service through out, kept informed at all times. Steve arrived ahead of estimated time. Very professional. After checking battery started the car but advised I needed a replacement soon. He had a replacement battery on board at a competitive price, therefore added bonus of not needing to replace the battery the following day. Patrol GF105”

“I have breakdown recovery with Green Flag and, when my car broke down tonight, (17:00, 11.01.2019.), Kavanagh were the rescue company that attended. Within minutes of speaking to the Control Centre, I received a call from Mike, the driver who was on his way to help me. Despite him being many miles away, he arrived before his own e.t.a. and well before I expected any help to arrive. Mike quickly assessed the situation, (on a busy rush hour route), made it safe for the traffic, himself and my vehicle. His approach was such an effective balance between safety for all and an urgent resolution to the situation. Mike took me straight to my chosen repair garage and made sure all was well before his departure. He was communicative, polite and reassuring. Well done that Man!! Good customer service is still alive. Thank you Mike.”
