“I never received the product so the review is based on my shipping experience and the company’s failure to rectify the situation. The product arrived 3 days after it was supposed to and it was of course melted. I purchased Route protection so I should have been eligible for a refund. The refund process has been a pain and the issue still isn’t resolved. I’ve had to email Keto Pint & Route several times and it should have been a simple refund or reship me the product. Route asked for pictures 2 days ago and the issue still isn’t resolved. First time doing business with this company and has not been pleasant experience.”

“I waited a few months to get an order. I had to cancel my first order after about a month of waiting. Then I ordered again after receiving a notification your store was back online. I waited another three weeks without getting a shipment notification, so I sent an email to inquire. I received a form letter regarding shipment difficulties. A week later, the order shipped. It arrived five days later melted, and already in the process of fermenting. Your representative blamed it all on FedEx. I was told I would need to purchase your products locally because shipping was too difficult. So no, my experience wasn't great.”
“I was not happy with the melted -then- refrozen treats that lost its shape and was a total mess to begin to eat. The ice-cream itself (mint chocolate) had a pasty taste. The peanut butter was tolerable. The salty caramel was the best (I should have ordered more).
Overall personal opinion, I enjoyed other brands of keto-friendly ice-creams that are easily accessible at my local supermarkets.
Sorry to sound so negative, but if you are trying to improve your products, I believe you would appreciate my comments for growth purposes. One good thing I must say that I appreciated so much, was the communication about the delays in receiving your products was outstanding. It made me feel that I wasn't just another sale. Kudos to your customer service department!”
“This stuff sucks! I eat the bars from Costco grudgingly and only because they are an easy treat. They are icy and often chalky. The chocolate coating is ok. I really don’t like them but ready-made keto items are a luxury I don’t often have. I taste tested Rebel Chocolate Chip, which tastes like the keto ice cream I make at home, against Keto Chocolate Chip. There is no contest! Keto tastes like styrofoam and air. The mi t flavor is insipid and the chocolate chips are sparse and bad. I’ve been keto for more than 5 years. I love this way of life. This ice cream will never be part of it. To be objective, I asked my non-keto spouse to taste it. He said it’s got a weird texture, like eating air. Cheap conventional ice cream is all air. It’s worse than that. I refused to use any of my 20 daily carbs consuming this. Then I tested the melt. After 40 minutes at room temp (71F) Keto ice cream had not melted! There should be cream in the bowl. There wasn’t. I won’t be buying this again. I had such hope.”
