Kiwi cancelled my flight and refused to comply with US Department of Transportation orders saying that cancelled flights are entitled to a refund. Instead, they forced me to buy new flights. This company is a profit-hungry, shady, and despicable corporation that deserves no money from any honest travelers.

Total scam !!!! Never buy any tickets from them. They won't refund you and they won't give you any money back. Robbery, scam and full of lies company.

I have been waiting for 11 months now for my refund and all the customer service seem to give me is more excuses and asking for "a little bit more patience" from me. ELEVEN MONTHS. What really annoys me more than anything is that initially their estimated time of refund was 90 days, but they also offer a refund accelerator service for about a £20 fee and they promise to process your refund faster. They even scammed an extra £20 and 11 months later still nothing. This agency should not be allowed to operate. SCAM.

Exactly the same as every other review. Booked flights for some of my staff during pandemic. All cancelled - since applying for a claim I have so far received £140 out of £1,300. Kiwi.com blame the airlines and then try to justify the fact that they do not use your payment method nor your contact information when they book the flights for you - seems strange that the airlines let them do this in the first place to be honest. If I was an airline I would want to know the contact details of all the people on the plane and know I can communicate with them regardless of which agent the used. Anyway. Suffice to say Ryanair and Easyjet cannot access the bookings made with them via kiwi.com by me because they do not know who I am as they use their own credit cards and emails when making bookings on my behalf - to be honest it's a good scam which has taken something like this pandemic to highlight it. Rest assured contact from Kiwi.com will basically say - thanks for your patience we are waiting to receive refunds from the airlines. Yet if you booked direct with the airline you would at least have credit by now in most cases. Online Travel Agent Highwaymen/women ... anagram of Csntu. Will never use again

KIWI.COM charged your credit cards after you make a purchase on airline tickets. They, then buy your tickets using THEIR CREDIT CARDS. For this reason, when Covid hit, the airlines refunded the cost to you, but you dont know it bc the money went back to KIWI.COM credit cards instead of yours ( see!! they purposely do that for a reason to steal the customers' money whenever they have the oportunity !!!). This KIWI.COM IS A SCAMER. I dont understand why hasnt anyone caught them yet. They should be in jail for stealing people' money ( including mine). I hope, Karma is going to visit them soon. I called the airline myself to find out the refunds were already done months ago, but can not talk to anyone from KIWI.COM. they charged me 24.00 extra saying if i wanted to have my claim priopritized when I called in Aug/2020. It is shameful and disgusting that KIWI.COM take advantage of their customers during the pandemic to steal their money. It is unethical, unlawful and disgraceful. I file a complaint to US Department of Transportation ( Aviation Customer Protection Dept). I hope people read my review and would do the same. If we have enough people report this situation, hopefully, sooner or later, this KIWI.COM will be brought to justice. Best of Luck to all.

They cancelled my flight and only gave me £20 refund. They still owe me £170 after 8 months. This company is a scam never use them again.

Sold me a flight that did not exist and I was told when doing the check in that the flight ceased to operate 2 months before my departure. Tried to contact the company for 3 hrs. The worst customer service ever, their agents have very poor english and experience Very stressful and very hard to try to speak to a Supervisor, endless promises of a call back which never happened. Had to repeat my pronlem to 10 different agents. Dont understand how they are still operating.

Appalling service ,flights cancelled in march due to covid ,still no refund . Communication is so poor they just tell you the same thing over and over again " we are dealing with your request " load of absolute tosh they dont give a flying fig about you or the money you have lost . Part of the holiday was booked with "Secret Escapes " and they refunded within a month of flights being cancelled so would definitely book with secret escapes again but never ever again would I go with Kiwi.com they should rename themselves Kiwi.con😠

This is the worst travel agent ever. They made a fraud and the service is unacceptable. This site needs to close immediately. It is against EU rules, it keeps the money from the cancelled flights, even though the regulations are protecting the costumers by providing them anoher alternative (for which you need pay extra in kiwi !!!! and they dont give money back they keep them for themselves by stealing from us). I purchased airline tickets with Kiwi for a trip in December 2020. My flights were canceled by the carriers due to COVID-19 and they informed me that they cannot do anything about it apart from giving me back 100Euro from the 700Euro that i paid for my ticket. I contacted 1 of the airlines and they helped after begging them to keep my tickets open. Kiwi needs to be audited and close now!!!!

Waiting over 6 months to only get 1/4 of my money back from these scam artists! Do not trust them! Do not book with them! Horrendous company. Unhelpful and awful to get money out of. Book at your peril!

I have received the ABSOLUTE worse customer care with Kiwi that I have ever received from any company in my life ever. I have been wanting to manage my booking with Ryanair over an extremely urgent matter and which Ryanair have said they can help me with. However, Kiwi has the most ridiculous procedures in place - when I purchased a Ryanair booking through them they generated a random email on my behalf and used this to complete my booking. Now, in order for me to manage my booking with Ryanair I have to pass the security check, which I do in ALL aspects other than the email which Kiwi generated for me. After contacting Kiwi MANY MANY MANY times in order to obtain this random email which they generated ON MY BEHALF, they have come back to me all times and said that they cannot give me the details I request in order to pass MY OWN security check with Ryanair. Honestly, this is the most APPAULING service I have ever received in my life and I do not know how they run a business with such POOR logistics. I will NEVER in my life use Kiwi again, I doubt they will be in business for much longer to be honest and I wish they would stop conducting business within this industry. I have nothing but extreme negative feedback in regards to Kiwi. They are APPAULING.

Terrible company !! Avoid avoid avoid! I had problem worth Checking bag took me over 7 h calling back and forth to sort and not through them through British airways ! Kiwi as company lie so much !! They kept lying about everything Never again !! Willing to pay 200 £ extra worn proper company !

Kiwi.com are a scam, their sole business is to scam as much money out of people as possible. You may get your ticket's but if anything on your travels change or you need to get in contact with Kiwi.com, it is impossible, and you will never get a refund no matter what the scenario is, and largely they try to avoid contact with customers or avoid responsibility for any mistakes, until the customer gives up. There are 1.000 of online horror stories of how customers have been mis-treated by Kiwi.com. Buy you ticket's and travels somewhere else, stay away from them!

Kiwi.com is a total scam and they will not refund your money for guaranteed cancelations well in advance of the trip. Their responses are crazy, poorly written (like grade schoolers) and merely delay tactics to wear you down; none of their explanations make any sense at all. I was duped! Never book from them regardless of the discount. You will lose your money!!!

Beaware of this site , they are totally doing scam and trapping customers to book tickets.All theit cuatomer service agents also sitting there with the motive of cheating customers. I will suggest each and everyone pls report kiwi.com so they can't able to cheat any customers.Please report it every social media site!!
