Complete scam. Took us off our flight and told us it was cancelled when it wasn't (it was just rescheduled). After we pleaded to them to not take us off the flight as we wanted to be on it they ignored us and did it anyway. Took months to get a refund and they took about $1000 off when we did finally get it. Lied to us several times, horrific at communication. Horrible experience. Definitely just book directly with the airline.

I recently had an awful experience with Kiwi.com, and I feel compelled to share my story so others don't fall into the same trap. I booked a flight through Kiwi.com using their "Saver" option. Unfortunately, I made a mistake and selected the wrong month for the same date I intended. Realizing this just 30 minutes after booking, I immediately contacted Kiwi.com to request a cancellation. Typically, airlines allow cancellations within the same day with minimal charges, so I assumed this would be a straightforward process. To make matters worse, I even confirmed with the airline that they would have canceled the booking with very minor fees had I booked directly with them. However, since the booking was made through Kiwi.com, the airline couldn't assist me directly. When I reached out to Kiwi.com, I was shocked by their response. Despite contacting them within 30 minutes of my booking to request the cancellation, Kiwi.com flatly denied my request. They refused to refund my money or even offer any reasonable solution. Their rigid and heartless customer service insisted that the entire amount would be lost. It felt like they were deliberately keeping my money without any intention of helping. This is how Kiwi.com cheats passengers — they take your money and show zero flexibility or willingness to help, even when mistakes are reported immediately. They hide behind their so-called "policies" while pocketing your money and leaving you stranded. Beware of Kiwi.com! Their business practices are completely unfair and dishonest. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, do not book through Kiwi.com. They are only interested in keeping your money, even when a simple error could be resolved with minimal charges. I will never use Kiwi.com again, and I urge others to stay far away. Don’t let them scam you as they did me!

I booked a big tracel we saced a lot if years. We wanted to go to our daughter before we are to old. I booked and paid 4900 euro.s a employer told me i can cabcel the booking and set a new date we had a lot of fly bookings but must change 1 date fir a hospital appointement. Yes you can he said. And i did and list all my money all our savings!!!!

I had a frustrating experience with Kiwi. They don’t offer live chat support, and I found their call center in India unhelpful. I was expecting to be registered online to receive my onboarding pass, but the next day, I received an email stating they couldn’t register me and that I would need to do it offline at the airport. They promised to refund my expenses, so I submitted all the necessary documentation. Instead of a refund, they canceled my booking on my way home. I highly recommend avoiding Kiwi!

They’re scammers they met you pay twice for your luggage, they tell you to book the luggage with them. But they don’t book it with te travelagency. I had to pay again on the airport 3 times the amount that i’ve paid them when I booked with them. And when you show them de receipt they pretend that they don’t understand it and that they need a receipt that looks like the ones in europe. How can you expect that when you arrange flight to all over the world. To be short and clear they’re scammers!!!

I bought tickets with premier and flexible, I mean paid extra. After that, I changed my booking due to some change of planning. Seems to me everything was okay as there was no issues upon changing ticket. The same day, my plan was changed and cancelled my ticket, it was a big shock for me that they offer me $10 dollar refund, I call the customer, they are well trained for this kind of issues, realized I am not the only one in this scam. I am paid extra for to change any unknown things happen, but they are not only trustworthy but also fraud. They are doing there business wrong way, they are strong because they operating this fraud business from somewhere in the corner of world. So please book through airlines or registered agent not this kind of online fraudsters

It has come to the notice of authorities that many unregulated companies are using clone websites to target citizens and hence it has issued a warning to all consumers not to deal with any unregulated companies and not to be lured by their false propaganda of unrealistic returns on investments, and not to fall in their trap. Their advertisements can be mouthwatering, but at the end of the day they will run off with your capital too. Thanks to Aixa Ltd .COM they helped me recovery my lost funds from KIWI, i paid $16,000 for ticket at KIWI. com and they stop responded to my mail and call when it is time to make a move but with the helped of Aixa Ltd . c o m i got back my money with the help of this team.

I just had the worst experience with kiwi. Their customer service is HORRIBLE, and they charge extra for everything. Makes changes very difficult. Whatever money I tried to save I ended up spending more than double. One of the worst decisions of my life was booking through kiwi. DO NOT PURCHASE WITH THEM !!

Terrible. They booked me the wrong flight, then said it was my fault. I asked them immediately because I noticed it immediately, they they said I didn't buy the "flexi" program, so I cannot get all my money back. Absolute scam, horrible people.

Absolutely terrible, DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY EVER UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE STRANDED AND PAYING MORE. Long story short, I booked a flight from london to syhlet ended up being 3 flights, it failed to tell i need a seperate visa for india as it is a self transfer, and didnt let me board the plane, nor did they give me my refund. Ended up buying a new tickets just to get to my destination. Spent £559 with this kiwi.com company and robbed me in broad daylight. Do not ever book with this company

I booked a ticket for my friend that have to travel in emergency to attend the funeral, Kiwi sent him booking and document e-ticket. When we reached at airport booking reference and e-ticket weren't real. My friend missed his brother's funeral because of that and I was so embarrassed because I arrange his booking. Until last minute they kept us waiting and gave us false hope, otherwise we would have arranged an alternative. Will never use them again.

KIWI.COM is a dishonest online airfare company, I booked my flights with them, and when I cancelled one of my flights directly through the airlines, the airlines refunded my money to them. As I booked through KIWI, now they are not giving my money back, and keep on asking same questions again and again which I have already answered to them. The airlines company which is SkyExpress (Greece based) has told me that they have refunded my money to them, but KIWI is unwilling to release my money to me. I would never ever book my flights with them.

Kiwi.com is the worst. I paid extra for a standard ticket so I could change the dates if I had to. I changed it once and they downgraded me to a saver ticket. They will not allow me to change the date again, even for a fee. If you see the attached screenshot nowhere does it indicate they will downgrade you. Customer service is also the worst. Trying to find someone who can speak decent english is just about impossible. If I could give them a negative 5 stars I would. Traveling is supposed to be fun, they make it a nightmare.

If I had an option to give them Minus 5 I would. I booked with Kiwi. Made an error on date of birth and notified them within 20 minutes of booking. Emailed Kiwi.com and I was told they will contact the airline and let me know. 2 weeks later Kiwi. Com emailed me telling that they can’t process my request and I have to try at the airport and the airline might be able to make the correction. It was so frustrating talking to them as they were just refusing to make that correction since it was not in their policy to rectify any errors. It was like banging your head against the wall. I will never ever book with Kiwi..com AGAIN. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service

My experience with Kiwi.com was a complete disaster, and I would not recommend anyone use their services. I booked a flight with a connecting flight through their platform, and due to a delay in the first leg, I missed my connection to the final destination. As soon as I realized the problem, I contacted their customer service. After hours of frustrating attempts to select alternative flights (all of which were sold out), I finally received a call informing me that they couldn’t offer any viable options and would only refund the original tickets. To make matters worse, when I received the refund, I noticed that it didn’t even include the baggage fees I had paid. During the call, I was assured that Kiwi.com would cover the costs of the hotel and necessary transport due to the missed connection, so I made the reservations, trusting their promise. However, when I submitted my claim for these additional expenses, Kiwi.com refused to reimburse them, leaving me with a significant financial loss. On top of that, the new ticket I had to buy cost almost double what they refunded me, and they also refused to cover this difference. Even though I followed all their instructions and had a right to compensation under European law, the service was completely ineffective and frustrating. This experience was not only costly but also extremely stressful. I would strongly advise against using Kiwi.com for booking flights.

Save yourself time and money. Avoid Kiwi.com at all costs. dealing with them is a nightmare. I booked for the first time for multiple city trips; each and every flight there was a huge obstacle. It is the most hellish experience I have had on flights. I will never book flights with them again.

I have been trying to withdraw my money since 5th February 2024. No open trades, and I have a small profit.I decided to withdraw money but have also had nothing approved or sent. All bad reviews are correct. Everything you have read has happened to me. Amount in question was 123,999 USD. Withdrawal request was made on 9th April again and it was declined by Investmarkets. I have a similar situation like others they cancel the flight at last moment and eat all of your money and you can't do nothing about it ...neither refund,customer service....since it's been happening to lot of people WHT authorities are not doing anything about it....it's a scam scam scam

You told us that our cabin bags could be 25cm deep in your email, but at the boarding gate we were told it was only 20cm. We got excessive charges which you repeatedly refused to refund or compensate. I see why 1% of reviewers recommend you and why you have a 1.1 rating.... Never again, from all our friends a family....
