The prices are just not real. Click through, choose the ticket, get told to wait while they process and then a day later just get told the price has increased substantially. Scam!!!

I wish to give -5 for Kiwi.com - Had family medical emergency and booked a ticket to India from their site. Next day had COVID issues and also noticed the PR card expired. Things in control so called Kiwi to cancel and refund the amount. Their customer service rep keep repeating that I have no option to cancel as it’s doesn’t falls under their 48 cancellation policy and now if I may then get zero refund. Spent 2500 CAD and my family needs money for their medical and I am back and forth with these guys begging for my refund. Part I agree it was my fault but not getting partial refund which drives us insane. These sites must be banned - horrible Customer service zero attitude to try and help. I am not leaving them - will be taking legal action against them until I get my money back.

I am appalled at how horrible their reviews are and made the mistake of booking with them without reading this. They are a bunch of morons. They show misleading information before booking and show the actual information pertaining to critical travel documents after booking. They keep selling their addons at every step of the way. Shut this company down they are a huge scam.

Do Not Book With Them! Absolutely terrible. I was double booked and applied for a refund on my credit card 4 months ago, no one will answer customer service or messages, that’s $1600 on my card I’m paying interest on and still not sure if I’m getting refunded.

They do not provide your airline booking reference, you will not be able to change/refund directly from the airline free, they even close your account that you need to reach to their customer service! Beware of this scam business!!

Its a pity I have to even give them one star as they are not even worth it. I booked a trip before the pandemic. Obviously the entire world was locked down so I couldn't take the trip as all boarders were closed and airlines were not flying. 2 years later and no refund. Kiwi's customer service number disappeared. Their automated system takes you in circles. I want my money back. Both airlines are still in business and sure Kiwi got my money back. I am not going to give up until I get my FULL refund or they go bankrupt! Please do not use them. Someone got very rich on taking advantage of all of us during hard times. Choice any other site but never use Kiwi.

It had all to do with a change of scheduled flights from Athens to Larnaca which was brought forward. Kiwi did not inform us about the time change (acknowledged to them by the airline 3 weeks earlier ) and it was only 24 hours earlier (during check in) that we realised we couldn't afford to travel. As a result , new last minute tickets at our own expense, and after 3 emails to kiwi, our compensation claim was declined. No refund, no excuse. Please do not use this flight operator. If something goes wrong you cannot rely upon them Keep clear, to save your budget!

Their check in form wouldn’t let us put only 2 peoples details in out of the 3 travelling - this meant we had to try and check in at the airport which would’ve cost £55 for each of us both ways. This was entirely the fault of their website, other websites allow check in of each person individually. You are also unable to check in directly with the airline because they generate a random email for your check in. We tried to contact them about their issue but they were no help. DO NOT BUT FROM THEM, THEY ARE TERRIBLE.

I booked about a month ago a flight for my mom.It was the first time using this company. A day before the flight I ve tried to retrieve information to do the online check in. The only option they give you is that you provide them with your details and they will do the check in for you as in the confirmation email they don’t provide you with a PNR number so you can check in by yourself. I ve waited a couple of hours and As I haven’t heard back from them , contacted customer service assuring me that I will get the boarding card the latest( 6 hours before the flight) . After midnight on the day of travel ( after a month since the ticket has been paid) I get an email and text messages that all the sets have been sold out and they will refund me the money. I can’t believe how these scammers take the money from you , pretend they book your flight and then few hours before your flight they come back to you saying it was sold out. Absolutely liars as the tickets were up there only four times more expensive( buying a flight ticket on the day of travel). DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!

When you try to book the tickets, they are putting pressure on you to purchase your checked-in baggage for the inflated price. They state, you have to do it right now and this way save 20% compared to what you gonna pay at the airport counter. And it's a big LIE, because in reality you gonna pay Kiwi x2 more than if you would do it during your check-in process. So they wanted me to pay $121+ for up to 15 kg suitcase, but their greed eventually ruined the deal, as I found this fee suspiciously high. Long story short - I was charged $40 (33% of their demanded price!) for the max 23 kg suitcase simply by purchasing the same flight directly from the company. Bye-bye, scammers! Nice try, though.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! 1st and LAST time user. Canceled my flight reservation for our family 3 days before travel, without warning. Customer service is terrible!! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE TO BOOK YOUR TRAVEL!!

If no stars could be checked that's what I would've checked.THIS COMPANY STEALS YOUR MONEY. THEN SAYS SCREW YOU WHEN YOU WANT REFUNDED OR PUT ON ANOTHER FLIGHT. They told my daughter which had 4 children with her a time for her flight. HOWEVER the flight was boarded a full 30 minutes earlier. Then when she wanted either her money back to get on another flight or for them to get them on another one. They basically said TOO BAD and WE ARE KEEPING YOUR MONEY. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!

My flight canceled by weather and frontier couldn’t give me another flight I have to buy another ticket from southwest same day with very expensive pice .I ask my refund and still waiting more than 3 months they don’t have phone number to contact kiwi.com.please do not buy thickets from kiwi .com you will have head ache they do it on purpose not to give refund back .I am telling all friends and family stay away from them.

Bought tickets to Portugal in January 2021 paid for hand luggage. Then I was changed by the carrier for same luggage. Requested a refund from kiwi. 1 year and 2 month's later I get a response saving they could not get a refund from carrier. Idiot's the lot of them. Don't book thru them all y'all will get is a headache.

My booking #194379493, just in case anyone from kiwi.com reads these reviews and has the decency to step up and fix this problem. I booked flights on kiwi.com two months ago. The trip was for July 14, 2022, Corfu to Malta via Bari. The first leg was on Volotea and the second flight on Ryanair. Two days ago, I get a message from Kiwi that says there’s been a “minor change” to my flights. Turns out that Volotea rescheduled their Corfu to Bari flights to a day earlier. Exactly 24 hours earlier than originally scheduled. Exact same departure time and flight, just 24 hours earlier. The second leg of our flights was still left on the 14th as originally scheduled. I contact the un-Help Desk. After about 20 messages back and forth, I am still being told that this is a minor schedule change.Hmm, I have a car rented till the 14th and a room booked till the 14th in Corfu. I am being told that adding 24 hours to my flight is a minor change. They also tried to tell me that I had agreed to this change because I opened the message. This is Kiwi’s policy as stated on their website. ”If the carrier changes your itinerary by less than 24 hours and you can catch all your connections from the same booking, we'll update your itinerary and send you an updated e-ticket." Their policy further states, "When the carrier makes a departure time change that affects the rest of your itinerary or is more than 24h, we’ll send you some alternative options or a refund”. There is a reasonable alternative flight being sold on kiwi.com right now, which I have told them several times, that I would take it if they would reschedule me. The alternative flight combo on July 14th, leaves Corfu at 7:25 and arrives in Malta at 1550hrs. They are refusing unless I cancel my original booking with only a 10Euro refund plus the cost of the new flights. When I quoted their policy to their help desk, their reply was, “ Iva R. 04:30 Hello Christopher, I am sorry for all the inconveniences you needed to go through because of this change. You are right, the change is not less than 24 hours, but it is also not more than 24hours so it can not be considered as a major schedule change. As it is exactly 24 hours in our system it is recognized as a minor change.” How dirty is that? Believe it or not, but kiwi.com claims to have a board of directors. Petra Reiter is the VP OF CUSTOMER SERVICES. Eliška Řezníček Dočkalová is the SENIOR DIRECTOR OF CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. Of course, there is no way to contact these people. You should read some of the BS that these people say in interviews about offering amazing customer service.

worst service ever. The Internal Revenue Service has better service then these people. They want to give you kiwi credit who the hell wants kiwi bucks when the company just screwed you. They might give you some of your money back in 90 plus days if you buy there guarantee. Wait I spend 2000.00 you cancel the ticket and you might give me 50.00 back sounds like a scam to me.
