I bought some tickets for $640, canceled them a month in advance, and only got a $5 refund. I consider this refund a total mockery. They told me they would refund me within 90 days, but it's been more than 90 days and I haven't received any response. I don't believe they will refund me the money. I do not recommend this app at all. Give me back my money; it's my savings.

They were supposed to refund my money when I realized I made a mistake with the booking IMMEDIATELY after booking. They refunded only 10 Euros instead of the price of the ticket. They don't even follow their own policies.

Do NOT use! They are your modern day scammers. Take it from the 1000+ reviews confirming this agency is not to be trusted, nor used. I shan’t be making the same mistake again, and encourage you not to also.

Cheap is not always ideal. I booked my flight with kiwi to Toronto Canada from vancouver and back. The price is what caught my eye. I was aware of the hidden Itinerary but we will get to that. My flight to Toronto was delayed by over an hour. Fault of flair likely however kiwi didn't provide the correct reservation. Even flair couldn't find it. It had to be resolved. I then had to pay for my personal item when I paid for it! Now I am sitting at Toronto airport to go home to vancouver. There is a 8hr lay over in Kelowna bc and I've just found out if I get on the flight to go into vancouver I won't be able to get off as it is a gas fill up to continue onto Mexico. This was the hiden Itinerary mentioned. I confirmed before booking that I could get off at vancouver which they clearly lied to me. My honest review to to warn those planning on using kiwi. Cheap is not always better and may land you in the situation I am now in.

They advertise cheap tickets but they don’t inform you about you have to pay extra for everything. Carry on bags, food and drink, blankets on an international flights. I ended up paying more than ever for a very uncomfortable flight. Don’t trust this company

I bought 2 tickets to Sri Lanka with Kiwi but someone in the company made a mistake, and the second ticket that was given to me, didn’t match with the info that the flight (E number) they didn’t let us check into the flight and we missed the flight. I was stuck in a different country with no ticket. I waited 12 hours in the airport, trying to get a hold of their customer service, but they were just so rude and unhelpful. (even asked me to pay more money so I could get on a different flight because their excuse “the price is different”). after 12 hours, I finally was able to receive a new ticket even though there were two flights that could’ve brought me to where I needed to go and after all this was over I tried filing a complaint, but that’s just impossible so I gave up. Anyway, I’m never gonna be using kiwi again and don’t recommend anyone and going with their services..

I booked a flight for the 25th of April and when I got the confirmation it said the 24th not the 25th. So I immediately tried to cancel the flight as per their booking policy says that if they did not book it through the airline that you can cancel it. I was unable to cancel it because it showed that it booked immediately through the airline which is not possible because I got a confirmation about 20 to 30 minutes later showing that it was confirmed by the airline. When I contacted customer service they basically said tough luck it's your mistake and we don't care. So if you make a mistake or their website makes a mistake you have no recourse but to accept the flight that they choose for you. They will tell you is your fault. So basically I am out several hundred dollars and they don't care. buyers beware

one star only because there is no minus-1 star!!! They are NOT authorized agents, and as a result we had to over-pay our tickets by 45%!!!! And the standard respond of their help-desk agents was "We are sorry to hear that.." and at the end they said they see nothing wrong on their end!!! Keep far-far away!!!!

Using Kiwi.com is like the roll of the dice it could be bad or could be good. I have used Kiwi for previous flights and had no issues. This most recent experience has turned me off using Kiwi. com ever again. I had booked an upcoming flight 6 months out. The airline had a schedule change which I understand happens. Without first talking to me Kiwi.com considered it a major change and took it upon themselves to cancel my ticket with the airline. They then presented me to book another flight at a higher price. Which I decided not to do. This is where the fun begins. I decided to go ahead and cancel my flight. Kiwi.com made the refund process almost impossible everytime you would speak to someone at Kiwi.com they would give you a different story or excuse, or have no record of previous conversations. Thank God for the airline who went to bat for me to help me with the refund. Even with proof from the airline the Kiwi.com agent did not accept it. The way they acted is unethical, not professsional or proper customer service. Do not book with them.

During the Coronavirus pandemic, I bought tickets from them which costed £1700, then the tickets were cancelled by the airlines. After one year, Kiwi refunded me only £1200 to my bank. That are making a lot from the cancellations. That's all, I will never ever buy from them again.

app not, working, when I rang up and asked for help, the advisor said it was my fault, website cant find my booking, all links advisor sent didnt work, on the phone for over 35mins, nothing resolved

Worst’s experience ever .I have not seen a company which can legally and long term steal peoples money.there’s full internet with many stores why they still exist?I also bought tickets through them and my flight was cancelled by airlines so I had no control over this .But they won’t refund me my money

It's a scam, don't buy your tickets there. They will suddenly increase the ticket privé after payment. Or they will say yoir flight is cancelled. Both are lies, no flights are cancelled nor privé increases. And you will never receive your refund. Also they have fake positive reviews on trustpilot.

they are a gambling site i was left with no ticket without a refund dont ever try using them i recomend you take the idea of the connecting flight and go to the airline site to book your ticket it will always come out cheaper

It’s quite remarkable to read genuine reviews here, by contrast with Trustpilot which I believe is itself simply a marketing scam. There one notices 5-star ratings are invariably at the top of the reviews, and many of them sound like ChatGPT fakes. I booked a flight from Italy to Great Britain through kiwi.com. The flight was cancelled due to technical difficulties so I missed the connecting flight from Paris. I was offered a replacement flight by the airline but this meant no onward travel until the following day. I called Kiwi customer service and they kept me on hold for 30 minutes and eventually told me to take the replacement flight and call them back at 22:30. This wasn’t acceptable because I would have ended up in the identical situation 3 hours later with no idea about hotels or time of replacement flight from Paris to Great Britain the following day. In any case Kiwi told me because I hadn’t bought a flight with guarantee I’d have to buy another ticket for the second part of the journey. From reading other reviews it’s apparent even with a guarantee the same problem arises. As well as keeping me on hold for a long time the customer service agent was and argumentative. He simply didn’t listen properly and kept repeating the information I’d given in order to find a loophole to refuse to help. No doubt what this company does is legal but all you get is a very slightly cheaper flight (however this is increased by hidden additional charges) with the probability that if something goes wrong you’ll get no help from kiwi.com.

Scam company....not too much to add to what everyone has said. Booked a flight and then had to change it, the airline returned the money to them and instead of sending me back the £555 they gave me an £8.51 credit and then fobbed me off. Called customer services, live chat and so much more for days. Fortunately I raised the dispute with my bank (Monzo) and they returned the money while they continue the dispute with Kiwi. I was naive in not checking them out before I booked because the experiences here corroborate mine. Shocking customer service designed to gaslight and mislead you like you've done something wrong while they keep your money. I didn't realize how intentional that was. Big lesson and to anyone reading, especially regarding flights, just go direct to the airline which is what I am doing going forward.

Unreliable and sneaky. They charge you extra once you lock in a price. Ended up being more than booking directly through airline. They don’t even ask for your passport number to book ticket. Airline had no information regarding my booking. DO NOT USE BEWARE
