Absolutely shambolic, very unprofessional and just outright useless. If your flight is delayed just be ready to spend your own money on a completely new booking. Incompetent neanderthals! Book with really low expectations and even then lower your expectations more.

Absolutely a nightmare dealing with these people. They have 0 info and everything they do is a massive process either call centre with people who can barely speak English with very thick accent. They will do Absolutely nothing to accommodate anything or help you upgrade your bookings. Run away from this site! Worst decision ever!

IF YOU ARE READING THIS BEFORE USING THEM.. YOU'RE WELCOME - I SUGGEST RUN WHILE YOU CAN. They botched my ticket so badly that I was stranded in Copenhagen and denied boarding because they had replaced my name with some random stranger’s. I was left in a foreign country with no help, forced to spend thousands on last minute accomodation and flights during peak season just to get home. Their customer service is a joke—COMPLETELY USELESS and unresponsive. They couldn’t care less about the mess they created. Kiwi.com’s incompetence is not just frustrating; it is actually dangerous. You risk being abandoned in the middle of your trip with zero support and thousands $$ of unexpected costs coming your way. If you value your sanity, your money, and your safety, stay far, far away from Kiwi.com. They are a disaster waiting to happen. Please don't read this and still go ahead with them as you truly will regret it.

the last time I booked something in kiwi.ssh was the last. So. I bought tickets from New York home to Riga, departure - about 23.00. My friend and I planned the day before the flight - to walk around the city and go to the airport in the evening. And then early in the morning I received a letter from kiwi that the flight was postponed to 13.00. (which meant that I needed to quickly go to the airport!!!) We started getting ready, but my friend remembered that she often read reviews about kiwi (negative, of course), and so she wrote to the airline. Guess what the answer was. There were no changes to the flight!! I never received any other letters from kiwi that the information was incorrect. The last time with kiwi.

Worst people... i have book flight from kiwi on 28 July 2024 from mumbai to detriot. Flight from mumbai to istanbul and istanbul to boston and boston to DTW. flight from istanbul delay by hour medical patient take time to get out from flight 20 min . Immegration and bag collection and move to another terminal take time. I run to catch flight . I talk to sprit ticketing officer they saty we cant check in bag as it is on original time of flight , that flifght is also delay but able to check in . Next connection as per ticket is DISRUPTION PROTECTION. I called kiwi they say book another flight we will rebursed your money. i did than i reach home i have submitted for reburisement. they start giving reason now as ticket price is 350 USD i paid from pocket. Worst Booking site i have seen....

This Kiwi.com is terrible! Booking through them will make your travel experience like unworthy! I booked two Kiwi.com booking numbers for my family of 6 people from the U.S. for our vacation in Dubai, Singapore, Chiang Mai and Bangkok, Thailand from 6-25-2024 to 7-11-2024. We had a terrible experience with Kiwi.com during this trip. Their customer services representatives were terrible with no common sense, no knowledge of self-transfer and immigration, allow too little time for transfer, left their customers in the cold overseas, only interested in their customers' money. When customers have medical problems prior to the date of travel, are stuck overseas, either for medical reasons or missing their flights due to immigration, Kiwi.com only was only interested in their customers' purchasing of new plane tickets overseas where the price was too astronomical. I will never buy future tickets with Kiwi.com again. For existing bookings, if you want to cancel them due to medical problems with doctor's order that prohibited to travel, Kiwi.com only offers an ultimatum: 1) cancel the entire trip for all parties in the same booking and Kiwi.com would return only 20 euros even though you spent close to $15,000 for the plane tickets and then rebook a new booking a day before travelling with Kiwi.com or 2) proceed with the same original itinerary, even though some of the members were not able to travel due to the doctor's order. Kiwi.com does not care. This Kiwi.com is a scam. Their headquarter is located in the Czech Republic and does not care about the logistics of their customers' well-being when travelling. All that Kiwi.com wants to do is for their customers to buy new tickets with them while overseas, to make money and to squeeze every dollar out of your pocket. When Kiwi.com gets your money, you will never see another cent refunding back to you even though we purchased AXA Plus Travel insurance offered by Kiwi.com with the premiums paid by us to Kiwi.com. I will never recommend Kiwi.com to anybody for future overseas travels. Please think twice before you purchase a ticket with Kiwi.com. I will rate Kiwi.com as a 0 if the scale allows it! I got covid 3 days before my departure and they did not even work with me to change dates! The seat are super expensive and the luggage even worst. PLease buy tickets directly from the airline in their wedsite! KIWI IS THE WORST SITE TO BUY TICKETS !!!!!!

Unreliable Service and Delayed Refunds I booked a roundtrip flight from Perth to the Philippines and back to Perth through Kiwi, spending $900. Initially, everything went smoothly until my return journey to Perth. The first airline was delayed, affecting my connecting flights, leaving me stuck at the airport for several hours. Kiwi offered an alternative flight costing almost $400, which I accepted as it was cheaper than booking a new flight. However, the flight to Perth was then cancelled, requiring another rebooking that cost me an additional $270. When it was time to fly, the airline cancelled the flight again due to a global issue. The connecting flight to Perth, booked through Hahn Air, didn’t even exist when I checked. Kiwi’s representatives provided conflicting information, first saying it was cancelled, then stating it was okay. Despite providing all necessary proof, I was informed that the refund would take up to 14 days. It's been longer than that, and I still haven’t received my refund. The delay is particularly distressing as I need the money for my medication. Why should a refund take so long, especially when one of the flights didn’t exist and another was cancelled by the airline? This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I hope Kiwi can address these issues promptly and improve their service.

They cancelled one leg of my trip, offered changes that increased my costs for nearly €500, so i asked a refund. Four months later they refuse to give me a refund.

Send me to another city I booked my ticket from Oslo lufthavn to Alicante and BACK. On my way bak i notice that kiwi have book my ticket NOT back to same location, instead i was booked to another airport in another city 3 hours away with train. Their support is sitting in India so there is not much help to hope for. Worst support ive tlak to on the phone n have no idea where they have send me. Me and my family n friends will never book with Kiwi again. Rather pay more n get what you orderd. This is scam

Another scam agency. their advertising is just another BS, and you will not get a penny back of what they are offering as part of their non existence service. they don't show you the actual terms and condition until you purchase your ticket, for sure when you try to book, there is not even time to read any of these terms and conditions that will be different from actual advertising. a new SCAM that they call it TRASFER PROTECTION under the impression that if you have flight delay or cancellation you will be offered refund or free rebooking, which of course part of any booking in any Airlines directly. But KIWI make you believe that your separated purchased ticket with them is covered by KIWI and once you lose your trip because the first flight cancelled by airlines due to their technical difficulty. KIWI simply claims that since KIWI system is operational the cancelled flight is not covered under transfer protection and you need to pay them over 60% of your total trip (the whole international and domestic ticket) or you lose your right, which is a total BS as flight is considered their service since they are selling the flight to you not their booking. And since rest of your flight will be useless you will lose all your hard earn money. As simple as that. And of course since these corporations taking over flight industry doesn't provide any protection to any customer. As why should they care about customers since their regulations are only there to protect the big corporations and not the customers. don't buy from them or you lose anything you pay no matter why your flight has been cancelled. you are the one to lose your money because you are just 1 customer and you cannot claim anything since there are always the TERMS and CONDITIONA to protect them all the way

Horrendous company. Booked my flight. Had it confirmed then they decided to rebook me 2nd earlier which I can’t make as my connection isn’t landing in time They tell me I’m re booked back on my original flight but it’s a lie. DO NOT TOUCH THOS COMPANY

Not great service from kiwi.com I requested an extra bag on a flight, which was 2 flights but not a self transfer. They failed to add the bag to 1 flight but still added to the other, which is useless. They refused to give me a full refund even tho my request for extra baggage was 1 purchase not 2 separate ones as they completes half my requested, which again is useless without the 2nd flight.

If I could give them 0 stars I would give them -1. My first and last time travelling with them! First was good price, then additions come within that you don’t have a choice. Then I get stuck in Arabia. And get 0 help beside 24/7 service. Ended with that I needed to buy a whole new flight by myself with 0 refund for the non used flight. Never again.

To kiwi.com: To whom it may concern, I would like to be contacted immediately regarding a complaint that I would like to make from my recent experience with your company. My flight was Madrid to London collect collecting in Barcelona. My first flight was delayed by an hour meaning that I wouldn’t have enough time to transfer to my second flight as the connection from the terminal was at least 20 minutes anyway. I called the customer care team immediately as my flight landed. They gave me the option of flying to Gatwick at 9:30. I took this option even though it would cost me extra money to get to my home from Gatwick as I chose Stansted intentionally. I was told by the first customer care colleague I spoke to that I’ll have to except the change on the app and then they could process it for me. Which I did after confirming I was able to get home if I chose this option. Then called back again and spoke to a second person and she confirmed that she would process my request and send me the information as soon as possible. I waited for 40 minutes and received no correspondence regarding my new flight and the time was decreasing for me to check into my new flight. Afterwards, I called a third time I was told that the team were currently processing my request still! Then I found out that they could not book the previously agreed flight because it was “sold out”. Therefore, my waiting and planning was all in vain. I was so exhausted and drained. I decided to look at this flight information myself whilst I was being fed lies and false information from your customer care team. As I was able to book that flight myself. I booked a seat on “sold out” flight! How can I book a seat on a flight that is sold out? Why have I been sitting on the floor of Barcelona airport in tears for hours while your customer care team is lying to me saying that the flight is sold out when it wasn’t? So I paid £99.12 on top of what I paid you for your flight. Your customer care team was completely useless and unhelpful. They also said ridiculous comments like “ We are not gonna leave you stranded in Barcelona” when in actuality that’s exactly what they did. I was supposed to return at 6:50pm and get home at 7:30pm but instead, I didn’t get home until gone midnight with no help from you or staff. I’m expecting email correspondence and/or messages with compensation regarding this complete ridiculous situation. I will also be expecting a full refund and I will not tolerate anything less as I have already lost so much money on this flight due to no fault of my own. Flight fees, food fees, petrol fees. I will also be posting negative reviews on all platforms. I expect a response as soon as possible, and I will not accept anything less than what I have demanded. Kind regards Sophie They refused the refund saying it wasn’t their fault and their team did all they could. Completely unacceptable.
