“As long as I can manage to make it to the barhroom quickly once I get the urge to go, the panties work. They certainly aren't meant to hold much urine. I think they are likely most useful for menopausal people vs people with urinary incontinence”
“Great customer service and have been buying for years. I’ve told many people because I’ve always been happy. I’ve been buying since the very beginning. However, about 3-4 years out, my seamless underwear is just all falling apart because of the adhesive is no longer doing what it’s supposed to do. I reached out to their customer service who said that is just the expected life span for their products, which really isn’t that long. I’ve had more traditional bras that have lasted years longer (though not as comfortable). All they could provide was a 10% discount. Wish there was a way to send the products back to get a bigger discount and/or to have them fixed. Now that would truly be something that’s environmentally friendly.”
“The bras are a bit tricky in sizing. The only one that I have had success with so far is the everyday seamless, very comfortable. I liked the colour choices of the other styles, just need to get the fit right.

“I love these products and want to keep supporting the company. The underwear are great and well worth the money! However, my bras have not held up as much as I would’ve hoped for the short time that I’ve had them. My nursing tank has come apart at the inside seam so bad that the pad falls out. I used the virtual fitting support which was very helpful. I have 2 types of the catalyst sports bra. One with the adjustable ladder straps and one without. The one without slides down and leaves the straps too big. The one with, the glue has come apart on the ladder straps so again I can no longer wear it. I love the fit and comfortability of this bra but neither lasted long. I would recommend the leakproof underwear in a heartbeat!”

“Love the leakproof underwear - they’re super comfortable and effective. Customer service has been good when I’ve needed it. However, I dock stars because I find all Knix products highly overpriced and I have yet to find a good, comfortable fitting Knix bra (and I’ve tried many). Even during sales, prices are high. Please don’t make smart, innovative products for only a select few women who can afford to pay over $20/pair for underwear. Plus, I made an order during one of their sales, received my order incomplete and when I emailed the company they told me they were out of stock (even though I had paid for it at the time of sale). They refunded me but why would you oversell on an item?!”

I have purchased a few items. I love the period undies for those unexpected cough or sneeze leaks.
I have used the returns and refunds which I have had exceptional experience.
My only issue besides the price is the the bras bands tend to stretch around the chest so you need to keep tightening the clasps until you run out and then they are too big. My black bra seems to be keeping it’s shape. My issue is with the dune colour.”

“Just received my Wing Woman Bra. I ordered according to the size chart but the bra won't even fit around me. It's short by about 4 inches!! I was going to try to exchange for a bigger size, but since the size chart can't be trusted, I'm going to return for a refund.
