Kohls truly is bottom of the barrel. They never have certain things in stock. I did have a Kohls credit card however, I didn't use it often enough for Kohls liking so they closed my account. Fine. Screw you! I haven't shopped there in a while without my card but was looking for some jeans. As usual, they don't have them any any of the 3 stores near me.

I ordered over 400.00 worth of merchandise. Fought like hell to get my 70.00 cash and never received. Went to store didn’t help and online they never replied. It’s back to JCP for me!!

This has got to be the absolute worst website in existence! Can't get the cart to keep the items, can't get the correct pricing, can't apply the discount. Ridiculous always like this, not just black Friday. I deleted my order and I'm never using this store again.

Ordered clothes and everything came with security tags. Placed order in line due to busy work schedule when I called the lady was very, very rude on phone and said it happens all the time. So I told her I’d need to send back “she said do what ever you what” first and last time I do business with kohl! I had even paid extra on shipping to arrive by specific time frame ! Worse customer service and carelessness in shipping

I’ve read over and over about how you can’t cancel an order until you receive it even though you don’t receive the item. Happened to me too. They think we are stupid and their tactic to stahl and maybe we won’t cancel I’d what they are hoping for. Not going to happen ! No delivery thus far and nobody at kohls can tell me where my item is or when it will be delivered!

I ordered an item online. I tried to cancel immediately and was told I could not and that I had to wait to receive the package. Then go through a long procedure to cancel and return the item.

Kohls on coop city purchase a few items I was looking find out a price on a blouse excuse me but I didnt ask her name Indian women told me I could go to the jewelry dept they would help me they were standing behind the counter talking to each other they keplooking at me ignore me I ask one of them can they scan for the price she told me no to go to a cashier this was on the first floor only one cashier at that floor I go to the third floor there were two cashier that's went debbie took me I ask if she can scan for the price very polite wonderful attitude I when back on line third floor she took care of me kudo to debbie very happy with her service. Know your workers on the jewelry dept they can learn the basic of customer service

I first started shopping at kohls way back in 1999! Over the years, their products and services have declined significantly. I have had local store clerks make many mistakes and the same goes for online shopping help. I can never find anything in my size in the store. So I ordered 4 pairs of jeans and I needed them soon as I was going out of the country. It was $20 shipping and if I returned, I would lose it. So I called and the lady promised she was going to make it $10. Also I was getting kohls dollars so it'd all work out. Well, none fit and I returned everything after I got back from overseas. I tried calling several times as the bill amount was wrong. Always went to stupid automated system. Finally I called and got Lisette who was new and was very bad at communicating. After 45 mins!, she said she'd remove the late fees and shipping charge. After that, I made my payment and THEN she tells me I still owe shipping charge of $20 which only customer svc could remove. Listen to the recording if you don't believe me! If I still owed 20 for shipping and I owned 17 for actual purchase, how come I just paid $19.50 I asked? she couldn't explain anything. She transferred me to cust svc who was supposed to help me remove shipping charges but while I am talking/explaining the mess, he just cut me off and I got the survey!! So I gave them 1 (the worst) for all Qs. After almost an hour, now I am back on their line waiting for 20 mins to speak to someone and listening to bad music, no response yet! what the hell is going on with Kohls lately that they've gone to this low level of service? To boot, the glasses were supposed to cost me $11 but store clerk (who has made mistakes in the past at that store) has charged me $17! At this point, I was fed up and I paid the 19.50 but why do I still owe shipping charges and if so, how come she took only 19.50 instead of 39.50??? I am yet to get someone to explain this mess. Lastly, when I called back customer service, it asks me to press 1 to send fax, 2 for voicemail etc!! Then it makes me wait and 20 mins later, it asks, "press 1 to rering your party"!! wth?!!! I WILL NO LONGER SHOP AT KOHLS!!

I have been with Kohl's a long time. But don't like that you can't use coupons on everything!! I had a 40 er cent off today but could not use it on Jurassic Park power wheels That was a $350 dollar purchase!! Need to change exclusions on coupons!!! Why have coupons if you can't use them!!

Kohl's website is the worse. It's hard to navigate...it tells you you have discounts but you can't use them...it tells you that you can pick your item up, but then says it's not available by the time you get ready to pay...and if you don't watch closely, you will pay before you notice the change...then it's too late, because once they get your payment, you can't change anything without going through days of waiting to fix your problem.

When I got in line to check out there were 2 customers ahead of me. 15 minutes later there were STILL 2 people ahead of me. Checked out and gave the clerk my coupon code. She charged my card but never scanned the code. Asked her about it and said she didn't see it when it was right next to her hand on the counter. Asked to have it adjusted but evidently she couldn't do that. Waited for another 5 minutes and still no one to help her. Took the items and receipt to Customer Service. Asked to simply return all but one item as I was understandably angry. They returned them and I said I wanted the discount applied to the one item I was keeping. When they did that it adjusted the price on the returned items also so I was paying $10+ for things I didn't have!! Tried explaining it and got 3 blank stares and a rude response when I said just return the last item and I will leave and never come back.

Kohl's as a company is HORRIBLE. I've had a Kohl's card for several years and never mis6a payment bc I am on autopay. I got a 30 day late on my credit so I called them and was escalated to a manager. She told me they had recently changed computer systems and It kicked a lot of people off of autopay and thet she would have it removed and took away my late fee. Now they refuse to take it off stating I should have paid more attention. REALLY? Then why offer autopay if I have to check every month to make sure Kohl's system works correctly? HORRIBLE COMPANY

Purchased sale item, item was reduced in price within 8 days according to policy I was within 2 weeks or 14 days to qualify for the price adjustment, but the store would not honor the adjustment stated it was 7 days not 14 when I called customer service they agreed it was 2 weeks but could not help me. Suggested I return item according to the 180 day return policy. Very frustrating and time consuming.. Will return item and get my money back and go somewhere else.

Trying to order from kohls online gives me a headache and high blood pressure! It goes all over the place and you can’t keep up with. I feel like I’ve ordered the only one thing several times. Won’t be online ordering anymore.

First time I've ever ordered from Kohls.com and it will be the last time. I place an order on 10/29 and received an email on 10/30 stating the order had been completed and the estimated delivery was 11/3. This same message has NOT changed or been updated. Every single day I have been tracking the order and as it turns out a label had been created but the carrier has still not picked it up. The automated message stated the order had been shipped and completed. NOT! Spoke to a live agent (they must have their customer service call center overseas) and they were worthless. I asked where the order was shipping from (City? State? Country?) and they couldn't even give me that information. I told the customer service rep I wanted to cancel the order since it had not been shipped and was told I cannot do that until I receive the order. WHAT??? Mind you they've already charged my credit card which they SHOULD NOT DO until the item physically ships.

I just had 4 mens flannel shirts delivered that I bought online from Kohls. The ad clearly states the shirts have a button down collar but when I opened the package they are not button down shirts. None of them have a button down collar. Now I have to decide if I want to return them and try again, (maybe the next ones I order will also have an ad that doesn't correctly describe the item. Very unhappy.

I was approved for a Kohl's credit card I went into use it and the prices were ridiculous. It was the opposite of you get what you pay for. You pay for what you don't get. The prices are astronomical for the items they're selling. I don't plan on using this credit card much at all, if at all!

Ordered 3 items at once that were sent separately. My issues are with the packaging and sizing on the dress pants. Very lightweight blouses came, one in a huge box and the other in a very large bag, no fillers. The pants arrived in an appropriate bag. They were marked size 10 but were larger than 12s. Have to go back but no free returns like Amazon! Just venting, don’t expect anything to be done. Just want to say ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!
