I've tried to access the "free" breathing course with no success--I followed the instructions on the QR insert and placed the "order" using the code but have no idea what I ordered, whether it's coming in the mail or is just access to some online resource. It's totally unclear. That was on Jan 4 and I haven't received anything beyond the original "order confirmation." So at this point it's just an expensive necklace. The thing itself is beautifully made and I'm disappointed to not be using it.”

The key here is to make sure you allow your exhale to flow naturally through the chamber, not too push or blow hard. That might be why you feel like you're having a hard time breathing.
