“I noticed a lot of negative reviews were written in the past two months, so I'm adding this comment. I've ordered from the site 3 times. The first 2 orders had no issues. The third order, which I placed in early September, was delayed, and I learned from the customer service rep at Kooding that it was due to the Chuseok holiday (Korean Thanksgiving). Many Koreans take off this time of year. So that might be way many orders were delayed. I finally received the package last week. Customer service was great on the two occasions I reached out to them. I've been to Korea twice, once over Chuseok. Koreans have an intense work culture and Chuseok is a big deal for them. Even though it felt inconvenient to receive the package late, I would rather see Korean families have time off together than receive a package on time. Quality of all products I've received has been great, very similar to underground subway shopping in Seoul. Better quality for the price compared to what I pay in the States for similar items.”

“I placed an order with Kooding for 3 items and a month later was informed the products are out of stock. They gave me an option to get a full refund or get a store credit. I requested a full refund in an original payment method but they did not give me a refund for another month. I finally contacted them and made a second request. I finally got my refund a week after but it was not a good experience and I don't want to recommend Kooding for online shopping. Their way of handling customer's requests makes me doubt if the company is legit.”

“Ordered 2 items 2 months ago. Waited a month before being told it’s out of stock. Got a gift card refund. Ordered another item with the refund. Waited a month for shipping confirmation only to be told it’s out of stock again. Not going to shop with kooding again. Found other better websites.”

“Ordered items a month ago and still haven’t received shipping information. Contacted them via email. They ignored my 1st email, sent them a second email, and they responded that items were no longer available. I asked for a refund. No response to refund email. Sent them a second email, still no response and sent them a 3rd and no response. Guess, there goes my money!”

“I sent them an email about whether my order was shipped and end received an answer that most of my item had been out of stock and they are waiting to collect another one. The problem is I placed an order a couple weeks before that, how can it be out of stock but still available on the website (at the time I placed my order). Was it mean the brand didn’t consider the items of my order until it is out of it had been already out of stock at that time? And I’m also frustrate I didn’t even receive any information about that?”

“I'm actually surprised by the reviews. I've had cancelled items because they were not in stock and have always been refunded. Since I now know that they do this I don't mind it as much. As for shipping, yes it is very slow. I believe it takes about a month to receive my items. I don't mind it because it is free shipping and from another country so I understand it. I always received my items. If you are willing to be patient to receive your items then go ahead and order from them. Also heads up jewelry is not returnable so make sure you want to purchase the item.”

“Please do not buy from Kooding at the moment. They used to be a reliable place in the past, but I am not sure what is going on with them. I ordered two separate items from them and within a three week time span they contacted me informing me that my items were never in stock. I am quite disappointed on how things have changed with the company and hope they can work something out to make it better.”

“This has been the worst shopping experience I have ever had!! I ordered trainers for my young son (who had saved his own money!!) & got a pair of sunglasses!! They are refusing to give me a refund. Like a reviewer before me I wish I could give them a 0 star review!! Absolutely appalling - so disappointed & so very upset for my son!!”

“I agree with people in previous comments that this company has poor customer service, poor communication, and VERY VERY SLOW delivery. The website clearly said they "usually" ship in 3-6 business days, but now they curtly told me shipping will take 2 weeks and who knows how long it will take for them to deliver. They give off the impression that they don't put much care and effort into their service. I DO NOT recommend this brand. AVOID if you can.”

“DO NOT BUY I wish i would know about this review site before. No news since your purchased, no contact number only email. very slow service ever! I finally cancelled all items and asked for the fund. They stated that it would take few weeks or months?!!! MONTHS?? I asked for the refund reference number if they proceed. They said they don't have it but refund will take up to months depending on my bank. There is no such cases refund would take months. Besides, they have not proceed the refund yet. I shall file the dispute charges.”

“Absolutely trash. Ordered two items and waited three weeks and customer service reassured me that the items should ship out in the following week and the next email I got from them said that both my orders were cancelled because they were out of stock?!?!???? Super unprofessional to advertise items that are out of stock - should be better communication between their brands. Only thing I regret is ever trusting them. Wish I never bought from them in the first place, honestly so disappointed.”

“Do not buy with them unless you wish you never get your delivery. SUPER SUPER SUPER slow preparing and shipping process. Keep in mind: don't waste your money for a faster shipping method, that doesn't help AT ALL!!!!!”

“I ordered an item at Kooding but never received the item. I asked customer service they reply very slowly. After I put money dispute for bank. Customer service replied me the item was out of stock. Another time is I bought a coat which cost 155 usd. When I received the item its defective. I asked for return but they never reply me. It is fraud and customer service is bad. They are cheating and not a honest company. Never trust this company and never buy anything from them.”
