“The delivery and price are good, but it never stated the windows was educational, if i was aware i wouldn't of bought it and it can't do nothing its quite rubbish”

“I would avoid if you want a Saturday delivery. Ordered a phone one week in advance for a Saturday delivery. Had an email to say thr item was dispatched on Friday but no tracking information was provided. Waited in all day Saturday for the item and it failed to arrive. Sent a message asking for an explanation to he told I would have to wait 24 to 48 hours for it to be investigated, still no idea where my new phone is!!!”

“Good price but truly appalling customer service - avoid. Ordered a Microsoft Surface 7 on line for next day delivery. Called the sales line to confirm next day delivery. Item didn't arrive next day nor 5 days later. Was told it wouldn't arrive until the end of the month and that I should cancel that order and re-order for next day delivery. Only they didn't cancel the order - it still didn't arrive next day but eventually two turned up. I am now left £700 out of pocket with a device I don't need and that they have refused to take back. Hours of my life trying to sort this out completely wasted.”

“Questions answered promptly. Did not get hoped for answer but was told it was either the design or a fault. Part refund offered as I was happy to keep the Chromebook. Refund very quick. Communications prompt and courteous.”

“I cannot fault Laptops Direct in the way it performed with my order. I placed it on a Tuesday with requested delivery on Thursday, two days later. The order would actually have been delivered on Wednesday had I not been out that day. It was delivered on the Thursday. The product itself was as ordered and in excellent condition. This is excellent customer service.”

“I ordered a CCTV HDD and it was faulty. Emailed customer services for a replacement nice and prompt replies. At first they said they haven’t got any of the HDD in stock and a customer service advisor will ring me which they didn’t. I went back online to their website and found the same HDD in stock so I took a screenshot of it and emailed them back (may be a genuine mistake). The next day my order was out for delivery and this time the HDD was working perfectly.”
