“Horrible shipping companies any. Horrible updates on tracking, packages lost all the time, and they just love to leave it out in the rain or snow, when there is clearly a porch. Really wish this company would disappear!!”
“I’m convinced this company doesn’t exist. They “delivered” a package and emailed a picture that’s not my home. 3 of my neighbors have had the same issue and were sent the SAME EXACT PICTURE. So they just steal your stuff. Says they are located in Diamondale,MI. The picture on their website is fake. Google Earth the Address and it is a rundown building with a different name on it. Can’t contact them, they contract all that out to another company. I suggest everyone that has an issue, file a police report and contact the BBB. Screw this company.”

“Every time an order changes to Lasership delivery, I can expect at least a three to ten day delay. They NEVER arrive on expected date by vendor. This time their website OnTrac said additional information is needed, but there is no contact information on the website, and I have never been contacted by them, spent over an hour online for a chat and information, finally told it would be another 1-3 days. I would NEVER pick them as a delivery service, and would give them NO STARs if that were an option. I still have not received my package.”
“Awful just awful. I cannot believe MLB use this service stated my package was not delivered because there was no access code. No access code is needed. The driver was just pure lazy and didn’t want to drop the package off and Customer service is giving me the runaround, repeating the same thing over and over and nobody knows where my package is”

Ok, more than borderline. I had to use it to get a gift, because Amazon didn't have the exact item. Like it matters right? Kid probably won't use the extra body lotion stuff anyway. Still, one aims to please.

Why would anyone hire a shipper with this kind of reputation? The money they "save" is likely a customer lost, disappointed and/or likely to go somewhere else.
I've ordered directly from Shanghai and other Chinese provinces I can't pronounce, and it gets here on time. No nonsense. While Lasership is pure nonsense. Ordered a week ago, item left NJ, took forever to show up. Just did right now, driver was nice, the company he works for isn't.”
“Horrible company. I had two different companies that packages were suppose to be delivered with on trac laser ship and did not receive either. Two packages can not just be lost. They were stolen. I do not know why these companies continue to use this delivery service.”
“Had no choice for delivery method and adidas uses laser ship. I've ordered from adidas many times in the past but now they use laser ship. An absolutely awful company with horrendous shipping times. The ordering companies website says one thing, but laser ship says another. They take a week plus once they have your package if your lucky to even get your package properly delivered. It's to bad companies choose this carrier as it's a poor reflection of how they do business and their lack of customer service. If there's ever a choice to select your carrier, DO NOT opt for laser ship. Truly zero stars.”
“I am leaving one star only because there’s no option to leave. None! This is the worst carrier. They are stealing peoples packages around this time of the year and I’m fully convinced they have taken four different packages from me and keep telling me that they’re going to be delivering it, but there’s never any delivery made. I’ve contacted them via email text message. They do not have a phone number so there is no live human being to speak to or no option to even pick up the packages at a local Warehouse which I am more than willing to do. These were Christmas presents that I bought for my family, and now this crooked ass company has stolen all of my items this company should be shutdown!!😡😡😡”
“I have had the unfortunate encounter of needing to use Lasership on two separate occasions for the things I purchase online. The first time, it was a jacket that took this company two separate tries to deliver but ultimately failed because for some reason, delivering to an address that can clearly be found on Google Maps had they actually read my address on the package, was impossible for them to do so. I had to return this jacket twice and order it again on the third time and have them drop it off at an UPS location 2 miles away for them to finally be able to deliver it.
The second time, which I really hope is the last time I will deal with this company, is when they delivered to a town that had mismatching names and zip code as my address. For some reason, again, they could not read my address, which they clearly know about because on their tracking page, the destination is my address, but it was dropped off in a random place in a town an hour away.
I do not know what is going on with this company and how one could be so horribly incompetent at the one job they promised to do right. This company should be shut down for good or investigated because there are far scarier horror stories out there.”
“Terrible company. I groan every time a store assigns them. EVERY time packages are delayed once for over a week. I also had a package form Anthropologie marked delivered with a forged signature. My Walmart packages assigned to them never arrive on time. Truly awful company.”
“The merchandise I ordered from Nordstrom was delivered by LaserShip to the wrong address, although my address was clearly printed on the label. It's only because the person who lives several streets away from my address and received the package in error brought it to my house that I am now in possession of the merchandise. This is not my first experience with LaserShip delivering to the wrong address.”
“Two items not delivered. I don’t know why Fanatics, Macys or any business would use LASERSHIP. They’re unreliable, hard to find any info including track info. When they ask for “extra details needed for address” and I have provided, there’s no amending an order tracking to show the requested additional info has been given. Going forward, I’ll be asking businesses before I order if they use Lasership, and if they do, I will NOT order from them.”

Now I am scrambling to find another pair at the last minute despite the fact they were “on a vehicle for delivery this morning.” Unreal. The holidays are stressful enough.”
“Terrible service. I ordered something from Nordstrom Dec 2. LaserShip received it Dec 8 and it still has not been delivered (Dec 28). Not updates. Every day the site says it will be delivered that day (for over a week). I’m shocked that a company like Nordstrom who cares about customers would use a service like this.

Despite their promises of timely delivery, my experience has been nothing but delays and frustration.I've placed multiple orders with Lashership, and every single time, the delivery has been delayed. The estimated delivery dates are consistently pushed back, and I'm left waiting for weeks for my orders to arrive.I would not recommend Lashership to anyone.
