“Every time I am editing for a package, it takes forever! Every day, their online tracking estimates the package to be delivered that day - goes on for at least a week as the package sits in their warehouse. I’ve never had a good experience with them,”

Made 2 attempts to deliver to my business, both times during my closed hours. The hours of operation are clearly posted on the door. Now, if you attempted a deliver at 840pm on a Sunday night, and read the hours on the door, why would you return Monday morning if the business was still closed? Illiterate? Don't know. Their policy is to make 3 attempts, but they didn't do that, they returned the package to the seller after 2 attempts. Their customer service is nonexistent and their chatbot is equally dissapointing.”
“Horrible!!! Got a message saying my shipment was delivered at 1250 today; It was never delivered. Nothing delivered on my camera. Also the SHOP app sent me a message at 2 something saying it was delivered at 430 and the time hadnt even passed yet. No one took a picture showing the item was delivered either. I ordered from Nordstrom, I would have thought delivery would be more secure.”
“Lost packages, "attempted" deliveries that never happened, once a delivery person put the package on my porch took the delivery photo then left with the package. This doesn't happen with any other delivery service only LaserShip.”

Then received email on Monday stating The package is still moving through our network. As soon as it arrives in our delivery facility, it will be out for delivery on the next available route. Please check our website for the most updated tracking and delivery estimates. Still no updates on website.
Received 2nd email on Wednesday Unfortunately, we are unable to confirm control of your package at this time. Due to the unconfirmed status, please contact your Seller for further assistance. Every order that I’ve placed that contains sneakers and is picked up by LaserShip never gets delivered. It has happened countless times and all I could do is get a refund. This company needs to be shut down. I will be filling a complaint.”
