“Just this past week, I have had three packages, all supposedly delivered on different dates, state delivered but clearly were not as I check every camera and with every neighbor. I'm not sure if it's a theft problem with drivers or just a company that can't get it together but it's extremely frustrating and I am out a lot of money.”
“Received tracking information with number but status never updated on OnTrac site. Contacted customer service which is a chat. Then received email on Monday stating The package is still moving through our network. As soon as it arrives in our delivery facility, it will be out for delivery on the next available route. Received 2nd email on Wednesday Unfortunately, we are unable to confirm control of your package at this time. Due to the unconfirmed status, please contact your Seller for further assistance. This company needs to be shut down. I will be filling a complaint.”

I ordered a case of 12 cans cat food from Amazon on January 1st. It was delivered by Lasership. When I saw the carrier is Lasership, I said to myself OH NO!!! They are terrible and irresponsible carrier.
The package was delivered on January 4th. late, to a different address. I was at home waiting all day!!. I kept checking email. They delivered to the wrong address and they sent me a photo, that is how I knew that it is not my building. I hurried to go outside to search for the matching building until I found the building, but I could not get inside.
Luckily there was a person who was about to enter the building who let me inside. I matched the photo to where the package was left at, but the package was already gone (stolen) by people who live at that building. There were people who were in the lobby shared with me the information that any packages left in the lobby would be stolen.

I called Amazon to complain and I asked them NOT to use the Lasership with my order ever again. I have my order of small items sent to a locker instead. This is not the first time that Lasership deliberately delivered to the wrong address. I am disappointed in Amazon and Walmart to have chosen Ontrac who uses Lasership as the third party carrier. They have ruined the trusts of many consumers.
Ontrac customer service is also unreachable via live representative. They know that they sucks!”

“Nordstrom order came with box smashed and item stolen out. This is not my first issue with lasership. Order from Abercrombie showed delivered with pictures and when I went to retrieve immediately package was gone. Nordstrom was awesome at credit. Abercrombie told me to foff.”
