Book direct folks that is my advice today. Lastminute.com just cost my family 588 euro extra for our weekend away. They refused to allow us download our boarding passes so our family of 5 were fined 55 euro each both ways by Ryanair. They are quite selective in what emails they reply to also. I will be avoiding them and any business associated with them going forward. They have adverts in newspapers, on the sides of boats, all sorts of business and once l see that I will be giving them a very wide berth. They are laughing in the face of trusting people as far as I can see. They ruined the weekend and our trust in these kind of services going in future. I will never use them again and I will be warning everyone about them.

Paid triple the tickets price I purchased flying tickets with this company. They said you need to do an online check in . When i took the flight I actually paid more then my actual return ticket because airline had a certain time space for online booking (24-2hours before the flight). And same thing happened on my return flight because even Ryanair themselves didn’t make it clear the reason why they charged me (they just said lastminute.com hasn’t updated the terms and conditions so you are not the first passenger to face this). My tickets costed 106£ for me, my husband and our baby , but we ended up paying extra 220£ to Ryanair (2*110£). I tried to speak with airline and they said you need to contact lastminute.com because they should provide that information for you. Later i tried to contact lastminute.com and asked them to review this case and they only said we have sent you 1 confirmation email for your booking and asked to do online check in. I asked them why they never stated the time limit for that online checkin and they said if you didn’t pay extra so that we could do it for you we cant help what is the time limit for airline. Basically they didnt care. So my review here is to help other people who might consider booking with them. Look at the poor reviews they have online. They customer service is the poorest I’ve experienced, they simply don’t care what cause to you. First they misinform you and after they say it is your problem whatever you face because of us. Im extremely dissatisfied and will never again deal with them.

Most disgusting company ever. Airline cancelled and immediately refunded my flight on the day of booking which I reached out to and confirmed. I followed the funds and even confirmed that Bravofly had already received it from their processor, Travelfusion. They want to charge a $35/person cancellation fee for a credit card refund when they themselves didn’t do any work to chase or hunt down my refund. Been emailing their customer care, escalation line, and executives for a week with 0 response. 0 customer service and chat agent / phone agents are untrained and just repeat the same bs like a broken record - I feel so bad for them. This company needs to be shut down for the scammy hidden fees! Look at articles regarding how they failed to refund U.K. customers on time during Covid and their top executives got arrested and jailed for abusing covid funds - no wonder it’s the worst travel agency in the world! Do not book with this company!

Bunch os scammers.... never book your flight with an agent... annoying appalling service which sits god know where, telephone number to speak with someone? Forget about it... Flexible travel, loopholes throughout... apparently first flight only... change or refund? Impossible to get anyone to help... chat service trained, to put you off, going around in circles. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, spend 20-30 more and always book directly with airlines save yourself hassle, and peace of mind when need an extra service as to change refund add luggage etc...

Sneaky forwarding booking to Lastminute.com My booking was forwarded to lastminute.com because I checked the option " book flight and hotel" Despite my client status at Booking.com I cannot reach them to cancel this while I got a bad feeling immediately. It became truth: lastminute.com starts to change the flight schedule and simply promise you that they would make a new proposal - no way, they postpone and delay until they say " it is too late" I have checked and the flights we initially have were still available. Finally we need 8 hours more (double) and an extra flight. Booking was not reachable even not for sharing this review so I need to do it by public channels. I wish everybody a carefree and safe and above all a pleasant journey

This company is a scam! I was trying to buy a ticket to Dubai the total price showing was 637 Euro once I put my card detail it went up to 690 Euro when I called their customer service number on 0044 2033868411 they were extremely rude and hanged off phone on me. The conversation was recorded if the manager can look at the attitude of their staff. Not recommended at all.

Absolutely the worst online experience ever. Once they havre your money, you are helpless. I cannot advise you enough to avoid like the plague. Awful, business with absolutely no customer care.

I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED! They are a company full of lies & are a total con! They have charged me £1000 for cancellation of a package I had paid full insurance coverage for & still had 12 days of FREE CANCELLATION! False advertising is ILLEGAL! They put me on a package that was not achievable & I called expressing how I would be more than happy to pay extra to be put on a flight that allowed us to arrive in time for the final boat we needed to get on to reach the hotel & they denied it leaving me no alternative to cancel. And their response was that it was not their problem and they've taken over £1000 out of my account!! HONESTLY DISGUSTING! Their customer service lady even admitted how she too would be so angry and upset!

Do Not Book with this agency. Found out through a friend that airline changed the flight number and our seat assignments. We did not receive notification from Last minute so I called to have them update my e-tickets. Got them updated but they did not inform me of the additional fee of 75 dollars per ticket! The Airline changed the flight number, added 15 minuets to departure and changed our seat assignments. This had nothing to to with us and happened two weeks after I booking our flight. I got an alert from my bank regarding their change and called to speak with a rep right away. A manager told me that it was their policy to charge travelers of any changes made by the airlines because they have to re-issue a ticket. I was outraged and wanted to know if the Airlines make another change, would get charged again and he told me no because he will place a note on the system not to bill me. I truly believe this company from the start puts out incorrect information such as flight numbers or is aware tickets paid far in advance will have a some kind of change. This company makes money when they notify travelers at the "Last minute" and update the e tickets with new changes and then charges additional fees. This company does not desire one star. Buyer Be Ware...Do Not Use Last Minute Deals!!!

Never again will I book with this agency. Paid extra for Flex tickets but totally worthless. The customer service is so poor and unreliable. Long waits to talk to customer service if you are even able to. Chat service is useless as you have to wait for outcomes in your email. I would have given a zero if there is an option.

We have acquired a couple of tickets via lastminute.com and included (paid for) the full flex option as they promote that this would give you full flexibility to make changes to our booking. At the time of the booking, we were not able to add checked luggage but hoped that the full flex option would enable it after the tickets were bought. After the acquisition, we got an email with the terms and conditions for the full flex, and the only change it enables you to make is to cancel your booking and ask for a refund. The customer service is useless, they were unable to help, including luggage to our booking or even change our meal. After many complaint emails, we had received a call from someone saying that it was from last minute, they knew our names, that we wanted to add luggages and also our meal request and told us that they found a way of doing it and asked for the card details to charge the changes. It was a SCAM, and they stolled 2K USD from our account. They leaked our details and to our "surprise" they don't care about what has happened.... PLEASE AVOID LASTMINUTE.COM! We lost our money and trust in this company.

Fraud, corruption, system problems, website errors, lying customer service agents. This company is going to the dogs ! They will go Bankrupt soon they taking as much money as they can before this happens!!! Stay away before you lose your money! Don’t buy anything from them not even their vouchers! They have made huge losses and will be gone soon!

Very horrible experience with them. Booked a flight which I cancelled immediately. I was told refund would take 3-7 days. It’s been past two weeks now, and they have kept giving me unreasonable excuses and yet to refund me, despite calling many times. I have been told I will be refunded yet I haven’t. Reading the many reviews on here, I see a similar pattern. Avoid at all costs.

**AVOID THIS WEBSITE ** Order : 2214099384 Had an emergency due to snow and extreme weather conditions, ended up having an accident , and couldn’t make it to the airport and missed my flight. Tried to contact customer service extremely unhelpful, you’ve to chat to a robot first before a real person chats to you , you can’t call them directly. Spoke to almost 10 people and none of them was trying to help to change my tickets or cancel my booking. I contacted the airline directly and my tickets were flexible but they wanted the agency to speak to them as I didn’t book directly , and none of them has done it. Now I lost over 1700£ , they didn’t even care or tried to help me get a refund for my canceled flights and 9 nights stay in the hotel. I’d advice to avoid them as when things go wrong they won’t help you and can’t speak to anyone. **AVOID AT ALL COSTS**

Booked 2 rooms for 3 adults but the hotel only had a booking for 1 adult and the hotel was full. Contacted lastminute.com and submitted a complaint and total silence.

Hi, Concerning booking ID: 2146255338 Please DO NOT book your flight tickets with lastminute. They have the worst customer service and feedback system. You will waste several hours/ days in your life arguing and explain your problems with no possible resolution. The problem: I booked a flight ticket worth approx 1300 euros. The airlines cancelled the inbound flight, hence, I cancelled my entire trip. The airlines refunded the full cost of the inbound flight. However, I also cancelled the outbound flight as it was a return booking. - I only got a refund of 720 euros, despite the airlines saying the cost of voluntary cancellation is 210 euros. I lost more than 500 euros! - The refund took more than 2 months, nearly 3 months after the cancellation date. - Lastminute refuses to provide me with the cancellation charges of the airlines after requesting it several times. Several other travel agencies provide the breakdown of costs. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with lastminute. Please DO NOT book your flight tickets with lastminute!
