“They have become a scam company, they will take your booking, then cancel it with the airline and never refund you. There's no way to reach them, try calling their phone number or emailing them about a refund and you'll know what it is like.”

“WORST COMPANY EVER! RUN AWAY FROM THEM, BUY A TICKET FROM DE DEVIL HIMSELF BUT NOT FROM THEM! If you find any positive review from this company it is probably one of their employees. They are basically scammers, I regret so much for not searching the reviews before booking with them. They cancelled my reservation without my authorization TWO DAYS BEFORE MY FLIGHT!”

“If there was a zero star, I would have given it to Lastminute.com. Ernest request to everybody.. please avoid and save the hassle, and your money. In my case, British Airways cancelled my flight, my mistake was that I did not check the reviews left by others, and in this case after 3 months Lastminute.com is processing my refund but debiting a fee of Eur 70. If an airline cancels the flight, why penalize the traveler? NEVER EVER will I be booking via lastminute.com Customer service agent is using a manual for their responses to queries, and other than wasting your time and money, can offer no information or assistance.”

“DONOT book any flights or hotels with Last minute. As soon as there is a cancellation, they will try and blame it on the third party, but in reality it is thier responsibility if anything goes wrong. Does not matter if you take thier insurance out as well, they DONOT CARE. Horrendous customer service and really bad business management and I am surprised how easily they are getting away with thier scams and lies. AVOID AT ALL COST, pay a little more to airlines or hotels directly and be safe but avoid these scammers.”

“Lastminute.com - the worst experience ever We booked flights with lastminute. At some point they (allegedly) sent us an EMAIL to notify that the airline has decided to cancel the return flight. Then as I have never received it the airline's flight left (6 days earlier) and we discovered it on the day when we were trying to check in. Clearly, apart from this mythical email notification, lastminute never moved a finger to let us know that our return flights are no longer there. No texts, no calls. Customer services are now saying that they cannot do anything and complaint form on their website isn't working properly. Lastminute is operating by BravoFly - based in Switzerland - so not UK based. My advice ? Never ever use them for anything. Their customer service is nothing but zero. Would never recommend. Terrible !”

“My family of 6 tickets order to Dubai from Manchester been cancelled after 5 days with no reason and without justification, only said that they are not able to confirm my booking, and they issued a refund for me. Meanwhile, I have booked a hotel room and attraction tickets for my family. For me, the Lastminute.com is an unreliable travel agency. You have to think thrice before you booking or ordering any service.”

“Terrible non-existent service. No customer serivce team to speak of, don't respond to emails, don't honour their pricematch guarantee. Avoid like the plague and spend your hard earned cash elsewhere!”

“I booked a business trip through Lastminute. I paid for the hotel in full. A few weeks before my trip, I received an email from the hotel demanding payment. I referred this to Lastminute and asked them to liaise with the hotel. Despite numerous phone calls and emails to Lastminute they failed to do so and the hotel cancelled my reservation.”

“Hi there I got bad experience with last minute. com I booked tickets with fully flexible for any change or cancellation and I paid extra money for that. Tickets was London to new Delhi as they are covid situation is very bed they are not issuing visa . I need to change my tickets. I contacted with customer service. Now they charge me extra money. They are not helpful at all.”

“disgraceful service scam people out of their hard earned money. i booked flights and paid extra for flexible tickets yet when i came to changing them i couldn’t!!! you cant speak to anyone automated system sends you round in circles. alternative dates get rejected via email they have no customer service DO NOT USE !!!”

“If I can give less than a 1 star I would ! This is the wort company to book a holiday ever ! "Aparthotel Adagio Amsterdam City South" and do not book at this place !!! Sixt hours after booking holiday for Christmas it was canselled by the hotel saying we pay unrealistic price as a system mystake. No one contact us for changing dates or paying the extra money , that we would agree. Contacting customer service I was told to call the hotel my self and deal with it myself. It was not their responsibility, no matter I bouth the holiday from them, the flights and the hotel aswell. All was paid straight away to them online. After cancellation the system told you you will have email with the correct information about how and when you get your payment back. I am still wayting for it. The worst ever! Do not buy holiday from them!”

“They take payment without being able to confirm bookings this happened to me on 2 consecutive days for a flight to Brazil, I have to wait 3-5 day for a refund now im stuck until I receive a refund. CONCLUSION: What if I missed the opportunity to get to my daughters wedding or didn't get to see a loved one before they died, I'm speaking hypothetically. Lastminute.com doesn't give 2 hoots about its customers they are riddled with corporate greedy. Don't ever trust them if you have to travel anywhere important. OUT OF POCKET £3700 AND UNABLE TO FLY ANYWHERE SHOCKING!!!”
