“I am absolutely disappointed with this company. This was the 3rd time I had used them 1st and 2nd was perfect they did what they say they will do which is 24hr turn around. I used this company for that reason fast turn around. My grandson is a weekly boarder doing his A-levels Monday - Friday… Friday he comes home and returns Sunday.. I ask for his suits shirts to get collected on Friday evening but I make it clear that they must be back on Saturday evening ready for back to school Sunday. The driver was one stop away then the tracking went off I received a text saying the driver can’t bring my grandsons shirts and suit until Monday even so he was one stop away from me.
This was unacceptable because my grandson leaves on Sunday to go back to school. I had to go to Next on Sunday morning to purchase four shirts..this company has no phone number to contact them, emails ignored, messages answered with an automatic reply .It was so stressful, such a bad service I’m very annoyed what they did and simply did not care! I will never use them again in fact I have made a complaint to trading standards and to the company. No offer of refund in fact brushed it over even so I offered to go and collect the items myself drive to Birmingham but they did not try to help I’m disappointed and disgusted with the way they have treated me. They have lost a good customer. I will tell everyone I know to never use them

Week 1: Laundryheap failed to deliver my laundry, leaving me in a lurch. Their driver clueless, and customer service unresponsive.
Week 2: Forced to buy emergency linen for my Airbnb guests due to their blunder. Huge inconvenience and extra costs!
Week 3: When laundry arrived, it was in a terrible state - dirty, smelly, and stained. Laundryheap's response? Utterly dismissive.
Week 4: Promised re-washing but returned items still stained. Their claims of stain removal? Completely false.
Week 5: Found unauthorized charges from Laundryheap on my card. They denied everything, adding insult to injury.
Week 6: Endless delays. Got a meager £2.99 refund for a canceled subscription. The issue of an unauthorized $10.30 charge? Ignored.
Week 7-8: Faced with their empty promises and refusal to compensate for the damaged bedding.
Week 9: Token gestures, continued financial mishandling, and no resolution.
In conclusion: Laundryheap's service was a disaster from start to finish. They not only caused significant financial loss and stress but also displayed a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid Laundryheap at all costs. Their incompetence and lack of accountability are astounding.

“I was charged £50.00 for special care cleaning of my Burberry jacket, but upon return, I discovered that two buttons were damaged. This was the jacket's first cleaning, so the claim that such damage is normal is unacceptable. Additionally, while the original stain was removed, an unpleasant odor remains. Moreover, a white shirt that I sent along came back with new stains and unclean collars. Furthermore, a different jacket that had a minor hole now has a significantly enlarged hole; it was also returned with uncleaned pockets and stained cuffs. Despite providing photographic evidence of these issues, the cleaners have denied all responsibility.”
“DISASTER!! We booked an order with them on Sun evening for 24 hr service upon our arrival in Dublin. It is now Wed and we are leaving Dublin and Ireland without our clothes. No communication other than useless texts apologizing for further delay. Do NOT use this service!!”

They manage to damage the buttons of 3 suits out of 3. Tailor made suits with mother pearl buttons, I cannot wear them until I get all the buttons replaced (let's see how much this will cost me now...). They offered no assistance at all and just pointed to the absence of a legal liability on their part: what you call a good customer service and customer experience. Never again!”
“Do NOT use this company! Our first experience with them (in Ireland) has been horrendous. Firstly, they took nearly a week to return all our items, no where near the 24hr service they state. And only late night deliveries. They charged us €165 for just ironing of our items. They came back and looked like they literally had not been ironed at all. I took photos and contacted the company for a refund. Terrible customer service and no compensation offered only that they'd iron them again. Sent everything back again, and then they LOST all our clothes! It took them 3 days to locate them and again they've come back so badly ironed. My 5 year old could do a better job. AVOID them at all costs. Use Laundrie instead, we've had an amazing experience with them. A shockingly bad customer experience overall and no recompense at all from Laundryheap.”

I advised them that I would need to leave my house at a certain time and they were late beyond the time slot. This company used to be good but lately they have become appalling. Missed pick ups (with drivers lying about being unable to access the property) and unhelpful staff. Dont use - very stressful!”
