I firstly purchased a pallet of Mugs which turned up broken. I rang in and after speaking to 4 different advisor's and the manager and after two weeks of constant phone calls which wasted 200 minutes of mine something was sorted. Poor service.

after writing 7 mails to the leader management I received the items --but they were late--8 days late and too late to avoid substantial problems. The tenant for whose entrance door the item was intended--deducted a weeks rent= £ 250,-. The stable door was also slightly damaged on one corner. However--after having the door fitted on side of the bottom half of the stable door is showing substantial cracks in the wood and the frame --at the joint is splitting/cracking. I will need to have the complete door replaced and refitted and painted. Please comment on the offered remedy. Regards C.F.Mattner, Prof.Dr.hc

Good Morning Christian, I apologise that you have had to make a number of emails to the Managagement team and I also apologise for the issue with the delivery being late. Regarding the damage to the door, we normally state that once a door is fitted we cannot accept liability for damage as it could have been a fitting issue. However if there are substantial cracks/splitting in the door then we can arrange a site visit from the manufacturer as it could be a manufacturing fault. If it is found to be a manufacturers fault, then we can arrange for a refund. Please contact customerservices@leaderstores.co.uk and this can be arranged for you. Delivery was RUBBISH took far to long (not next day as you pretend) and your staff just fobbed me off with silly excuses

Good Morning Howard, Thank you for the feedback, I apologise that there was some confusion with the delivery of the order. You ordered on the 23rd August (Sunday) meaning the order was dispatched from us on the Monday for Next Working Day Delivery. You will have received an email confirmation of this dispatch. Looking in the notes it was then re-dispatched on 27th June, so there must have been an issue with the original delivery. I apologise for this issue, these things sometimes happen. Very helpful on the telephone after confusion on the website. The item was delivered the next day - most efficient - and then another of the same delivered two day after. Telephoned to explain the second one was obvioulsy a mistake but had to hold on the phone for too many minutes to let them know.

We found the whole process stress free, we ordered on line and waited until it was delivered and then, hey presto our new shed door arrived. Very good quality and competitively priced Our regards The Russell family

THESE DOORS ARE EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED AND THERE ARE NOT MANY COMPANIES THAT DO NOT IMPORT THEM FROM THE USA, WITH HIGHLY EXPENSIVE POSTAGE. THESE WERE DELIVERED PROMPTLY IN IN PERFECT CONDITION. THE FITTINGD WERE INCLUDED AND EASY TO INSTALL. UNDERCOATING AND PAINTING WERE VERY STRAIGHTFORWARD. THE ONLY NEGATIVE I EXPERIENCED WAS THE VERY LOUD SQUEEK WHEN THE DOORS SWING. I HAVE E MAILED REQUESTING ADVICE BUT HAVE HAD NO REPLY TO DATE. ONCE THAT OBSTACLE HAS BEEN OVERCOME I WILL BE TOTALLY SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE.

I have been using this product for a few weeks now and feel that it is excellent to clean my wooden floors. You get a great shine from your floor and it is extremely easy to use. You don't need any water and spray the product straight onto the floor. Great value for money and I would definitely purchase this again.

The items were sold at a fair price (compared to other suppliers) but the web pages at best lacked clarity and at worst were misleading in this regard as VAT was not included in the price on the main search pages displaying the items. I was also a bit annoyed post ordering in that I was immediately charged for the item despite the fact it was not then despatched for several days thereafter and as luck would have it the day after my order was placed the price was dropped by around £50, this reduction more than matched the "new customer first order discount" I received. When I called I was informed that "the order had been placed and despite the fat it had not been despatched nothing could be done" , save for I could "send the order back (at my cost) and then re-order". The item was then delivered without the associated "free rug" which I then had to call and e mail about, the rug eventually arrived the following week. So despite being fairly happy with the items themselves the experience was far from smooth sailing.

Good Afternoon David, Thanks a lot for the feedback, we appreciate you taking the time to do this. Regarding the original VAT pricing issue, I apologise for this. We've since located the cause of the issue (Some incorrect coding on the site) which has since been fixed to ensure this does not happen now. I apologise if the price had changed after you ordered the item, we always charge from the point of order, as do almost all sites that I can think of. The products are priced daily meaning prices can often change fast, depending on competitor pricing, and if customers inform us when they see a product cheaper elsewhere, we usually adjust prices to try and be cheapest. If you had highlighted this to the sales team they could have possibly refunded you the difference at the time, however we'd usually request that you do this immediately after finding out. Delivery was very fast and communication great. The driver apparently hit a tree on the first planned delivery day, but they called promptly to let me know and it arrived the next day. The only thing I would say though, hence not a 'vert good', is that the driver wasn't great. He wouldn't bring the van, which wasn't huge, into the lane for fear of hitting another tree. (when I moved in we had one of the large removal vans not only came into the lane but turned around in there as well). So I had to help him unload it around the corner and wheel it down the lane on the trolley (a 4 piece patio furniture suite!!). I was just about okay to do this, but many people wouldn't be. So the store were great, but the delivery on the day left a little to be desired.

This whole order was a disaster start to finish. Ordered the door, I was sent email saying out of stock a couple of days later and to call. Called, spoke to nice lady who changed door supplier and said she would get door sent direct since there was a time pressure, told would arrive on Wednesday 26th. Called on Wednesday, told it wasn't coming direct but would arrive with them that day, would get it to me Thursday. Called on Thursday, hadn't been put on truck, first guy said they would call at end of day to book a delivery slot, explained the situation again, he said he would go to warehouse and then call me back but would get it on truck for Friday. Called back near end of day having not heard, told no delivery booked, gentleman said he would call back after long conversation going through issues. Called back, guaranteed delivery in an 8-5 slot on Friday. Called on Friday (third day of waiting at home for delivery that was promised) Door not on Truck. Promised delivery before noon on Tuesday (Bank Holiday weekend). Call Tuesday, courier had picked up and given consignment number, told to call courier. Call courier, told out for delivery, at 1pm call courier again, they check with depot, told not on truck and can't be delivered today. Booked for before 9:30 Wednesday. Call courier Wednesday, asked them to check with depot. Not on truck again. After a conversation told a they would try and get another courier to pick it up from them. Eventually get call saying will be delivered between 12-1. Finally arrives. Call Leaders, go though whole thing ask what compensation I could expect since had to wait at home five days for a delivery and made at least 20 chasing phone calls, told none available. This is the worst service I have had from a company I think ever and I have to deal with flaky suppliers regularly.

I ordered a table only to find out after making a phone call that the item was not in stock, which I was not informed of until I made the call. I sent an email requesting a refund, that was 9 days ago, your web site states 3-5 working days , I still have not received my refund? I would not recommend your website.

Good Afternoon Julie, Thank you for the feedback, I really appreciate it. Regarding the out of stock items, I really do apologise that when you ordered the item they were not listed as out of stock. We receive weekly updates from the supplier but unfortunately this item was not listed as an out of stock item by them. This is because it's a highly popular item and had only recently gone out of stock. I can only apologise that you were not made aware of this until your call. I can see that there is a note in your order (Which should have been an email to you). My colleague has accidentally made this an internal comment rather than a 'Customer Comment' which would have automatically triggered an email to you. Regarding the refund, I am looking into this today and will ensure the finance department finalise this refund immediately today, if it already hasn't.
