Fraudulent scammers! No product received and no refund!

If you are thinking of buying from this company I wouldn't bother! Ordered a nest of tables on the 12th November last year, money was taken however never received the item so on 4th December I emailed them querying where they were only to be told they were no longer in stock and wouldn't be available until 30th Jan. I cancelled my order and was told I would receive a refund in 14 working days, this passed so contacted them asking where my refund was to be told 5 more working days and here we are on the 8th Jan still with no refund! Luckily I paid through PayPal so hopefully they will be able to get my money back. If you are considering ordering from here I would change your mind now and avoid them at all costs!

Wow I wanted to order a few items of furniture, from you reviews only 51% were completely satisfied... Looks like its almost 50/50 whether you will get a problem!!!

AWFUL!!! We have booked an order with them, delivery was promised next day but they arrived two days after. The day before delivery about 3 PM in the afternoon they called the guy that was supposed to receive delivery to let him know that they can't deliver one of the requested sizes due to the lack of stock. They weren't able to offer us any sollutions for that, I had to figure it out on my own. After we have received the order from them, my team realised that they have switched the qty's for 2 of the sizes between them. I called to check what happened, they admitted to their fault but told me there was nothing they could do at this point as in the meantime, the size I needed and was no longer in stock. Needless to say that appart from some appologise on a very condescending tone I haven't received any help from them what so ever. I changed the size with my guys so we gave them new sizes, they promised delivery next day again (this time in writing) However, one day after the promised delivery date someone calls me to let me know that my order will arrive the next day (again) ... It's useless to say how much money, time and useless stress I've wasted due to their TOTAL LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM!!!

2 weeks after ordering order still said processing! Because one of my items wasn't in stock You waited on sending to me my other items whereas if you had sent me the other items which were in stock I would have been happy to wait very poor communication! Never order again from you!

Orders are usually delivered on the same delivery all in one go, mainly not to cause inconvenience to yourself having to wait at home for 2 separate deliveries. However we do completely understand that the option of a split delivery should have been offered to you a lot sooner. Telephoned with item enquiry, to be told the item is available and would be delivered in 7-10 days and they checked with the supplier. Got a telephone call 5 days later to be told item is now delayed by 12 weeks, got an email a week later to tell me my order was cancelled as they may not be able to fulfill the order. Very disappointing service and would not use again

We regret that we were unfortunately forced to cancel your order for a full refund as we had received information from the manufacturer after our order was placed for the item, informing us that they had unfortunately given us the incorrect stocking information on the Cabin Bed you had ordered. I ordered a nest of tables and told that it wouldn't be arriving until July! I obviously cancelled the product and asked for a full refund. I waited the usual 3-5 days for it to go into my account, but nothing happened. I rang back a further 5 times only to be told absolute rubbish that it had gone into my account and maybe the problem was with my bank! This was not the case. After finally demanding to speak to the manager, I recieved my very late refund 4 days later. I would not recommend this site to my worst enermy. Absolutely awful service.

As always the information regarding the unfortunate unforeseen stocking delay on your item was passed onto yourself as soon as we had received it from the manufacturers. As stated in the terms and conditions, we aim to process all refunds within 3-5 days from order cancellation although on very rare occasions can take up to 14 working days. Terrible service. Mattress and bed were delivered on separate days. I was informed my order would be delivered on a Thursday and waited in all day - no bed. Then, after I contacted them, I was informed this was an error on their part and that I would receive a further dispatch notice. I then received half the bed the following Wednesday and the mattress on the Friday. When I asked why they were delivered separately I was told it was my fault for reading the website wrong and that each individual item has a different lead time. In the end I took 3 separate days off work to receive the bed. No apologies made by company and no clear notifications were included in their communication about lead times either. Dispatch notifications only made reference to 'my order' and did not indicate partial delivery of any kind. Would have been much more convenient to wait until the longest lead time had passed and deliver everything all together.

After looking at your order we can see the intial error in delivery stemmed from the fact that each item on your order was being delivered directly from each supplier, which were seperate suppliers on this occasion. We would like to take this opportunity to sincerely apologise however as we would almost always strive to have your full ordered organised for delivery to you on the same day, as to not cause too much inconvenience to yourself. We very much appreciate your feedback as this is certainly not the normal procedure for these types of orders, as this is far from how we would usually organise these deliveries. I was promised my item after 3 days. Still hadnt received it after 4 weeks nor any tracking info. Also didnt respond to my emails. Ended up disputing on paypal and only then did they contact me. Only good feedback was they quickly refunded my money.

Absolutely useless. I placed an order and realised I had brought the wrong item. I called the customer service team 3 minutes after and was told I would need to request a refund via email. The next day I received an email to say my order had been dispatched! Another phone call later I was told to pop my complaint in yet another email and if the item had been dispatched I would have to accept it and return it myself! After many emails later I finally received my refund a week later!!!!! Very stressful and unnecessary

If I had received delivery of my item, I would be able to leave a more constructive review. As of today, despite numerous emails and calls, I still have no idea when I will receive delivery of my order.

Very poor service. After a long wait I was told the order was on the van, only to discover it wasn't and it was now discontinued. Ordered item from Tesco's and it was delivered next day. I would never use Leader Stores again and have told all my friends to avoid using it.

Your special order item was to be drop shipped direct from our supplier, and we accept that between ourselves and the supplier a system error has led to your item no longer being available, despite showing it was so. This is rare, and we have been, and continue to take steps to avoid stock errors. I am sorry that you did not wish to consider an alternative item, and your order was refunded immediately. I orderED my lamps paying you over £350 on the 20th of December. I still not have received them. Please refund me immediately or send me the lamps today and refund me 25% for inconvenience caused. These lamps were for a friends birthday on 15th of January and the date has now been missed !!!! On payment you informed me that the item would take 5 to 7 working days to arrive. IT IS NOW 27 DAYS SINCE I ORDERED THE LAMPS. I CANNOT RECOMMEND YOU to my friends and family unless you sort my order out TODAY ?????

I am extremely unhappy as I am still waiting for my flooring to be delivered. I keep ringing to get information re delivery but I am being told it's the supplier they are waiting to hear from. This is not good enough!!!!

Awful service! I ordered something on the 2nd December and it is now the 30th December and I still have not received my package. However they have taken the money out of my account. When I called Leaders to discuss the matter, the man I spoke to simply said we will have to wait and see if it comes in stock and you receive it next week. I should have received my order weeks ago as when I placed an order is said it was in stock and it still says that now. If I do not receive my order next week as the man on the phone stated I will be expecting a full refund.

The price which I paid was good and unfortunately it is the only positive aspect. The materials were supposed to be dispatched and delivered the next day (it happened 4 days later). The items were - oak furniture boards were out of shape what took me the whole week to make them workable. The conclusion: I will avoid your store. Thanks ;(

Disgusting service - parcel took 16 days to arrive. Lots of promises for the parcel to arrive with no real apologies from Mark/John or Shaun!!!
