Ordered two separate orders, one order took 3 weeks and the other order took 10 days. The tracking system sent does not work and when calling the call centre on many an occasion the staff were unhelpful and gave incorrect advice. I waited in all day for one order and called the office at 4.55pm wanting to know where it was, the man on the phone told me to wait until 6pm, it didn't show for another 4 days!

Awful avoid at all costs. Failed to ship in stock item and still waiting to get money back. Con artists in their finest form

I did not receive my order. I was given a delivery date & my order did not arrive ! i had to cancel the order & request a refund, which I received.

After receiving a door 2 days later than i was told i would receive it, i then had to alter my schedule on site at work and started another job. I placed the door in a safe place and then went to hang it 2 1/2 days after i received it. Upon opening the packaging I discovered all the glass was smashed - and being a door where the glass cannot be removed without an awful lot of remedial work (glass is fixed in placed during manufacturing), i immediately contacted Leaders stores about a replacement. I was told i would have to wait at least another week for a replacement - would did i want to do - be refunded or wait? I said i needed the door asap and sourced it from a more local company to me therefore could i please have the refund - only then be told as i had not notified them within 24 hours (as in the small print ) i would not be entitled to a refund - got offered a voucher to offset against any future doors i would order from then (YEAH RIGHT !! AS IF!!) and there was nothing else they could do - so they were paid over £130 (payment taken before dispatch) for a broken door that was delivered 2 days later than i was told. Checking out my rights and the LAW - the door was not fit for purpose, and i had 3 - 4 weeks in which to check it - therefore they are the ones breaking the sales of goods act 1979 law, as i checked it within 3 days! They may have got away with it this time as for me to mess about writing letters will probably cost me more in time than the £130 - time which at the moment i simply do not have - but rest assured i will never be using this company again, and nor will i be recommending them to all my contacts in the building industry.

I wasn't told when my order was going to be delivered. When I called to check with the company, they didn't know either, and the company dispatching had no recollection of my order in their system. When the item arrived there was some damage to the Rattan. There were two bolts that came with the sofa but nowhere or instructions on what to do with them. The Delivery driver was very unhelpful and rude to my partner because he couldn't find the house, which is not in a remote/difficult location. Due to the poor customer service and delivery issues I couldn't face trying to get a refund or exchange, even though it was an expensive product. Overall very disappointed and would not recommend or use again. :-(

Rubbish. Had a delivery booked took a day off work, NO DELIVERY. NO CONTACT FROM LEADER. I called them the next day to be told pallet had been damaged. Re-arranged another date for 04/07/2015 09.00-13.00 asked a neighbour to hold key she stayed home for the morning. Low and behold no delivery. I am now waiting to speak to a manager as to what has happened order will be cancelled today and first experience is my last. I was recommended this company.

The door turned up as agreed, But was damaged! Several glazing bars were completely Brocken . On reporting this we were requested to send photos of Damage! We were then told you had no further doors of this description And that our money would be refunded, as to date this has not matirilised

I ordered a garden bench Leader Stores took my money even though they knew the item was out of stock Leader Stores refused to process the refund Luckily I used Paypal, so got a Paypal refund AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I ordered and paid for goods immediately. I was later informed the goods we not available and offered a refund which I accepted. Despite reassurances from Leader Stores I still do not have my refund. My numerous emails to various individuals within Leader are yet to resolve this. This issue has been running for circa 4 weeks. I have had no option other to raise a depute within PayPal.

USELESS - took over 2 weeks to deliver an IN STOCK item that says 3 days delivery. Despite chasing then sent an email saying need to book in delivery - just another delay! Then the item arrives damaged due to poor packaging, and it takes another 2 weeks to get it sorted. Its taken 4 weeks to get 2 light fittings - impossible to speak to anyone as just left on hold

The worst company I've dealt with ever and I'm not even exaggerating! Waited 3 weeks and they rang me a day before delivery was due to tell me the entire order consisting of 4 items were all out of stock. Asked for a refund but got another phone call the day after to say 2 of the 4 were in stock and will be despatched in a weeks time. 1 month from initial order only 1 of the 2 item arrived. 2 weeks have passed and I'm still waiting for 1 item to arrive and the refund of 2 orders. Never heard about the 1 item that was supposed to be in stock and delivered so should it be 3 refunds I'm expecting? Rang today to query and was told I'll get a call back in 15mins. 2 hours have passed and still no call. Rang back to query and was hung up on. Rang again and have an indefinite time but will call when they're ready.. The company is messed up, confussed with their orders taken with what they have in stock. Their refund department is non existence. No customer service or after care at all. I plan to raise a dispute with my credit card company next.

tried to buy some cushions for patio chairs not in stock tried to phone to see if they would come back in stock also tried live chat. whata waste of time. no response. when i did eventually get through i was cut off before i could explain problem. wont try this company again. lets see if this gets a response

I am confident this review will never be published and the following are the reasons why. I ordered a Garden Bench on 11th May and payment was taken the same day for £201.40 and the product was in stock. The anticipated delivery was 7/10 days; 'quoted on your website'. On the 21st May I e-mailed your cancellation department to cancel the order and for them to arrange a refund. (This should have been handled and completed within 72 Hours; 'quoted on your website.) This cancellation was agreed by response the same day. On the 1st June, I still had not received any refund, well outside the 72 hour time-frame as quoted on your website) I subsequently e-mail the department again and received a promise that this would be expedited ASAP. As of this moment in time 5th June , No Refund has been received. For any case of Customer Service, this whole situation I consider the whole situation appalling and discreditable for any business provider. This is the reason this review will not be published.

do not use this company, appalling customer service, faulty goods sent out, returned immediately, refund only arrived after escalating to a claim via PayPal, do not answer phone or respond to emails

I accidentally ordered the wrong type of lock for my bathroom. I immediately emailed to request a refund - to which was agreed. But Ive come home from holiday and here I have the unwanted lock and no refund.

Goods were returned as damaged, initially exchanged them but replacement also damaged, returned 2nd May still no refund and phone constantly engaged

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered a bed and paid for it in full, took a day off work to receive the bed only to receive an email on that day at 13:00 to say it's not going to be in stock for 3 months. It has now been over 3 weeks and they still haven't refunded my money even though I have been told by 3 different people that I will get my money in 3-5 working days. So in total they have had my money for over a month. Would never recommend this company to anyone neither would I order from you again. Lloyd Clubb

The product turned up damaged. Took over a week to arrange a replacement that also turned up damaged. Had to constantly chase them and nobody not once called me throughout the whole process. A terrible company with terrible service. I advise you avoid them at all costs.
