They claim the "Customer Satisfaction - If you're not satisfied, we'll give you your money back." which is utter tripe.
Order was delivered fine, but the LED bulbs I received appear to be seconds. They are Philips branded but they have glue on the fixings and are not Philips quality.
They also are not a UK retailer. Consequently, if you try and return anything then they ask for £15 deduction for postage PLUS the original postage cost. By which time you might as well hold onto the items (which they are clearly counting on)

I only wish I read these many bad reviews first....
I have not had this misfortune to have every dealt with such a poor supplier, rude customer service that actually hanged up. This is my first and hopefully last negative response I've posted to put this in perspective.
Even when I sent pictures via email of our electrician showing the 220v current rectifier cable reading OVER 600volts!? This on both product dangerously fault and absolutely no interest in dealing with this except "asking me to make a 15 second video and send back to Spain" at my cost!?
These dangerously faulty plugs, which they want me to send back at £25 carriage to me when the 2 leads are worth less than £8 each?
I then purchased more to utilize the LED cable (worth over £100) already installed and their DPD driver said they have entered the wrong mobile number, could not change and only Ledkia could update.
Ledkia customer service suggested I get in my car drive 37 miles / 80 mins to collect before they (DPD) send it back to Spain??? They claim address was wrong but DPD said they just couldn't find house number and mobile was wrong (missing a digit). Mobile was correct on order and either way, why am I having to chase up their courier in the first place and being told to drive 37 miles???
They refused to call DPD, DPD refused to update my details to delivery and cannot raise a complaint on their online email (don't want to be hang-up on), as this also DOES NOT WORK.
Terrible/no existing customer service experience proven dangerously faulty products and just don't care as they have my money, end of. - Avoid, avoid, avoid !!!
I will update this post IF/WHEN they care to finally respond to and deal with BOTH these serious failings but experience and stressed caused can not be taken back.”
“shocking company, purchased a dimmer switch which Ledkia recommended, but it wouldn't switch off the lights. I used a different Dimmer from B&Q and that worked fine. See attached video. Ledkia soay they have a money back Guarantee but they will do everything possible to avoid giving a refund - like asking for a video of the item not working. Even when you send this they will take weeks ,and then ask for more photos and then cancel the refund (its all online via their account system) - not to mention the return fee of 15.99 for a small light switch! AVOID and don't fall for fancy website or the UK number - they are based in Spain!!!!!!”
“It just never occurred to me to seek Reviews of Ledkia prior to my purchase of a single 200w LED spotlight, but had I done so I think their low scoring by others would have had me running for the hills. As it was I bought in ignorance. When I received the floodlight (sent from Spain) a few days later the brown-paper, parcel-packaging was undamaged but the spotlight's aluminium case was broken. It looked like it must have been dropped, but if so this would have had to have been prior to being white-boxed as that inner box was undamaged just like the outer packaging. I contacted Ledkia who proved perfectly pleasant to deal with. Photos of the packaging and damage were required but once Ledkia had these, a new floodlight was immediately dispatched. It arrived a few days later and, interestingly, this time it was far better packaged than hitherto. So, my experience of Ledkia's Customer Service was good.”

I called them top return and they said they will collect. i waited for weeks and no body came . i rand again and they said i had 14 days to return and they can not be returned now. “I bought 3 13W Toshiba LED Downlights from these guys, it took over a week for them to arrive from Spain, I had no idea they were coming from Spain but that was OK.
I set about fitting them, I had cut two of the 3 150mm hole in the ceiling when i thought i hope these work. Just as well I did. 1 of the 3 was faulty. I sent them a message via the message system on the site and did not receive a response even after sending a second message.
I eventually thought OK ill just raise a RMA, they got back to that, denied I had been in touch previously and said they wanted a video of the faulty unit. Now over a week had passed by this point I stated that I wasn’t prepared to remove a working unit to fit a faulty one just to show them a video of it not working.
They replied that it was Toshiba that needed it for a warranty.
I repeated that I wasn’t refitting it.
Long story short, they are refusing to entertain the return so I’m out of pocket and on here hoping this story puts anyone off from buying from LEDKIA again.

“Bought a rgb led strip light kit off them.
Plugged it in ,switched it on and it went bang.
Upon inspection i saw that further up the strip from the connector there were 2 wires touching each other inside the strip.
This caused it to short circuit.
I then tried to send it back which was a nightmare. Multiple emails ,phone calls and videos of the faulty item later.
I was told that short circuiting caused by manufacture faults are not covered under the warranty.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
NOT WORTH THE HASSLE IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM. AND THEY ARE SPANISH COMPANY SO TRADING STANDARDS CANT DO A THING”

Ordered 15 downlighters thinking they were coming from UK. Turns out they were coming from Italy. Out of the 15 lights ordered only 14 turned up. 8 of the lights had screws missing and some of the others rattled. The electrician refused to fit them. The same day I received the lights I contacted Ledkia via email. They wanted pictures of each individual light and to charge me £15.66 for returning the lights. . This was sent to them. heard nothing. followed up with another few emails asking for a return address. still nothing.”
“1. Read negative reviews, similar stories, similar outcomes. Wish I had read as I certainly would not have purchased from this company and will NEVER again.
2. Read returns policy, the attitude towards customer service is evident from this alone.
3. Stay away - Save time - Save yourself money
Purchased "Flexible neon led strip" from this company and all was fine, at first. After less than 3 months of short use the strips began to turn yellow. Contacted via email and was told to send evidence. Sent evidence and more than 7 days later had no reply. Decided to phone company and I was told the following:
"Flexible neon led strip is not meant to go round 90 degree bends and that is the reason they start to go yellow"
Firstly, that is total nonsense in my opinion as none of them bend 90 degrees and one of them is completely straight so that's obviously not the reason.
Secondly, it does now say on the website with an asterisk underneath the description you can't bend them 90 degrees and I can't prove it was not there before but in any case, the picture of the led strip on the website clearly shows the lights forming a square and bending 90 degrees. If that is misleading I don't know what is.
It also now says on the website, with an asterisk of course, the light is for indoor purposes only, despite the data sheet specifying outdoor use and the product being in the outdoor category on the website.
The advisor I spoke to was not rude but was not interested in resolving the issue from the customer standpoint and was more concerned with reiterating what the 'cause' of the problem was. I was told the information would be passed to the return department but from the conversation foresaw my issue would not be resolved by them (not holding my breath). Decided I would take the section 75 credit card claim route but unfortunately i made 2 separate orders under £100 each so that will not be possible.
Seems I will have to put this down to lesson learnt.

Firstly, they are't based in UK and secondly rip off return policy.
They make claim to have best return policy and we will refund if customer isn't happy satisfied.
Policy should read like this: Refund less charges cancelling your refund.

Since them I have found a better company to use from Amazon with much better quality tape, and cheaper!

What a rubbish company. Made a purchase for a set of lights and ended up with nothing. Upon further queries, it was found that they DIDNT PROVIDE my full address to DPD who also couldnt deliver.
DPD have had to send the shipment back, according to them, to Germany and then to Spain. I am now waiting for my money to be returned.
I lost out on a contract as a result of their incompetence.
Avoid at all cost. If only I had read reviews earlier”
“Spent over £800 on lights, half of which were damaged. They refused to refund or replace because I didn’t let them know within 48hours or delivery. They sent me several emails before this asking for numerous photos which suggested they were trying to position various obstacles in the way of a refund before they eventually reverted to their 48hour clause. Not at all customer friendly and suspect that the lights they sent me were a group of faulty returns they were trying to resell. They ship from Spain so if you aren’t happy, you also have to pay for courier fees to send back which are significant. There are much better online retail alternatives.”
