I ordered 19 rolls of wallpaper with the intention of decorating three rooms but only 13 arrived. The 13 rolls had a mixture of shade codes and were very poorly packaged. I needed 9 for one room, 6 for a second room and 4 for the third room. There were 6 rolls with the same shade code and a mixture of others. Leekes said they only had 7 rolls of the wallpaper left but then sold some of them instead of saving them for me. I said I would keep 6 with the same code so I could at least decorate one room and Leekes arranged for Parcel Force to collect the other 7 which they did. After waiting a week and not receiving a refund for the 13 rolls, I phoned to enquire about when I would get my refund and they said they would chase it up. I am awaiting the money being transferred into my account. To give Leekes their due, Mr Perrin from Leekes, who was gery pleasant, did phone to apologise and sent me a £10 Leekes gift voucher but, as I would have to pay postage, I doubt I will bother.

Amazing customer service from the Llantrisant garden centre team. I couldn't find what I was looking for but they helped me locate it and we had a bit of a giggle at the same time. Well done Leekes ????

Great service during our visit to the store, Martin was very knowledgeable on the wood burning stoves. We may be back to buy.

Customer services from this company is awful. I brought a kitchen from this company, it didn't arrive when we were told it would be, it held up the project, and they incorrectly spec items and when we complained they blamed our fitters not the fact they had miss sold us items and lied to get the deal. No return to calls, and lied when we eventually got hold of someone

Beverley who served us in lighting was very efficient and asked if she could help as soon as we started looking at lights. She was very knowledgeable regarding the products she was responsible for and extremely helpful.We went away with a purchase that suited our needs exactly. Thank you

Thanks to Del Pugh, bathroom advisor, who helped us choose our bathroom appliances, flooring & tiles within a set budget! We now have a stunning well coordinated bathroom which we are very pleased with !

Paid £25,000 for a beautiful kitchen from leekes llantrisant . Jon Chater excellent sales person . Kitchen top quality . The following statement is nothing to do with leekes as a company as they do not employ their fitters and tried to mediate with the fitter and tiler to resolve the problem (thankyou Simon Watson ) but I feel I must make you aware they have a recommended fitter called Dave hurst who employs his son James hurst from Cardiff to do any tiling work who has ruined my kitchen floor . 15 to 20 tiles blown and are hollow . James will not rectify the problem as he says he has no money I am now taking the next steps to take him to court . So I would recommend you find your own workmen that you know you can trust who will have public liability insurance should anything go wrong and will resolve / put right any problems that occur

Kitchen Order (Coventry Store) - Sheraton Kitchen Range Initially we experienced a positive kitchen sales experience, but after the sales rep left the business we had nothing but problems. It's taken over 6 months and 6 separate deliveries to get all the correct items for our kitchen. We've had little or no communication with the management and no one took accountability for our order. Throughout the process - we've been told that we needed to pay more due to the sales person underselling, had our signature appear on paperwork with dates we never visited the store, had items missing which we had to buy and had to time and time again explain what we'd ordered. We've raised a formal compliant to the directors and they've offered us a £50 store voucher as compensation, pretty insulting based on the 6 days I took off work to receive the deliveries and the hours of time we had to invest to get the kitchen we ordered. We're now taking our compliant to the furniture ombudsman to try and find a reasonable solution. My advice - either use a company who specialise just in kitchens or buy something off the shelf. A shame as the Sheraton Kitchen Range is a decent product, I'd be pulling it from Leekes stores if I were them as the poor service reflects poorly on their premium product.

Visited Llantrisant store today to look for a leather 3 piece, carpet and possibly 6 new dining chairs. Assisted by Elliot, who provided good advice and information on various options. Particularly liked that he was not at all "pushy" and left my wife and I to look around at leisure, but was on hand when needed. Having decided on the 3 piece style and colour, we were then able to try carpet samples under it to get a complimentary match. Also found the dining chairs we wanted. Elliot was then able to give a very good deal, so very satisfied.

Leighton is a good salesman who has good knowledge of the products and is always willing to resolve queries when asked
