“I found a couple of items I couldn't find elsewhere and came across Lifestyle and Heritage. I had a very small window for the items to be delivered and had missed the usual window. I contact the company via the web chat and was dealt with by James. I could not have been assisted any better, the customer service was absolutely brilliant and last thing on a Friday as well! James was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my order would reach me in time. I would whole hearted recommend using this site for a great customer service experience. This is the old fashion level of service from a quality retailer that is so often missed with the online shopping experience. Perhaps, they should look at offering customer service training to other shops. 5 stars service and brilliant experience. The only thing I would say is, give the web chat a minute or so as it may not connect you straight away, but the customer service will be worth the wait! Thanks to James again. He has secured repeat business from me.”

“I ordered a Victorinox suitcase for my boyfriends birthday. Despite a delay in despatch due to a stock error I was offered an alternative which was more expensive at no extra cost. It was then rushed to me next day delivery and I was able to surprise my boyfriend with it on the day and he loved it. The quality of the product is what you would expect of Victorinox and I am very happy with the service from Lifestlyle and Heritgage overall. I will definitely consider using them again in the future.”

“Unbelievably great customer care. There was a slight issue with the product sizing and LHCO could not have been more accommodating. “Gilet is typical GANT high quality. Its a lighter than normal Gilet aimed at spring and Autumn. Loads of pockets. Service from Lifestyle & Heritage Co was excellent, the chat on line option is great. Delivery was very prompt. Will do business again. Thank You.”

“I had a slight problem trying to log into your site, I sent a chat request and was very soon talking to James. “I ordered a Gant sweatshirt which was delivered in time for Christmas. The tracker information was a bit confusing as it stated that my order had been dispatched and was complete which I took to mean that it had been delivered when In fact it hadn't. I emailed to query where the package was but didn't get a response however the package turned up the following day so I wasn't too worried about receiving a response in the end.”

“The item I ordered was delayed, due to a lack of stock, but when I queried this they were extremely helpful, and immediately offered a £10 credit and to put the item on a next-day courier as soon as it arrived with them. Because of the delay, I had to give instructions to send it out to one of two different addresses, depending on the delivery day. These were followed , and the item arrived, as promised, on a next-day courier within a week. I think this was excellent customer service, and am happy to recommend Lifestyle and Heritage Company based on my experience.”

“This is my first purchase from Lifestyle & Heritage, I ordered a Joules sweatshirt, it was a very good price, compared to other sites, it was despatched and received extremely quickly, in immaculate condition, packaged neatly, with all Joules tickets attached.
