Terrible terrible website. Ordered something ages ago nothing came at all. I spent 51 euro on the products. Can't even track the order. Definitely dont reccomend very bad and is a scam, very angry at this terrible website

Managed to get my refund by calling their customer service helpline number,i ordered 2 XL tops; they are so small that will not fit a normal 9-year-old. Now to try figure out the policy to return and get a refund I searched for the customer service number and finally found one in google about their customer service toll free number which is +1 816 548 2880 after calling that number one of their representative answered the call, he guided me some steps and after waiting for 20 mins I got my refund.at first I thought whether they will really help me or it’s a scam but after I confirmed with my bank I was relaxed as I have really received my refund from them

I ordered from them a month ago !!! don't have my product. .... This light in the box is a scam please don't order from this so call company ever !!!!!!!!

Place an order and they said they would send it on April 13, on April 20 cancel the order and they agreed to return the money to me 3 to 5 days days after the cancellation, today May 1, I have not received a refund and there is no way to contact anyone. Is a gotcha

Do not buy from this company. They will not answer emails and you can forget about canceling an order. Their website will run you around in circles when you try to contact them or cancel an order. No communications at all. Stay away stay away.

I was billed for shoes 60 days ago and nothing has shown up and customer service is not "available" now. They do not recognise my order number, not let me sign in. I have to assume this is a scam.

Ordered some led strip lights from here since they were cheap but after ordering them I read some reviews for the app and canceled my order. I requested a refund and got a full refund a few days later. I was very surprised and delighted.

I ordered masks necessary for the pandemic in late March and they gave me the runaround for weeks telling me they would be shipping something giving me credits for future purchases - really matching credits to get me to keep the order- I agreed... late April came, I put in numerous tickets-they falsely claimed that they have shipped, check the tracking (which was initially disabled)... when checked it just says pre shipping with the United States postal service in transit like to the shipper... not actually shipped! There is no way to check the true status, there is no third-party confirmation, it is not in the hands of a third party- this is a really screwy organization I'm shocked PayPal does payments for them that's the reason I shopped, thinking I was protected- I had to put in a PayPal escalated claim today, because these people are now ignoring my ticket from over 10 days ago- they've been claiming that the item will ship in 1 to 3 days every time, but it never did- and that I would get these items late April... it is now May! It is really wrong considering there's an emergency maybe I needed these funds for these personal protective equipment and they're just playing games they are a terrible corrupt company that tells lies continuously and never ships anything they have a bogus tracking system which is an internal tracking system which tells you in transit meaning in transit within their warehouse to a shipping facility but it's in transit for weeks to the shipping facility USPS - it's still not in the hands of the actual shipper and there is no tracking number and no way to determine what's happening and they've simply stopped replying to tickets and it is now may and I've demanded a complete refund with PayPal - these people are outrageous imagine people are exposed to the virus because these con artists want to keep playing games and somebody loses their life because these SOB's can't be truthful!

I placed orders on April 2nd. Order numbers 36523733 and 36523603. Have not received either order . These items are listed on their web site as being in stock with 3-5 days for delivery. Why have mine taken 30 days and now their is no record of my order on their web site. I received confirmation of payment within minutes. It took 10 days to receive confirmation of shipping Now 19 days after shipping supposedly occurred there is no record of my orders. I am not even able to reach Customer Service since they respond that I have no orders. I will need to contact my credit card company to file a claim. Stay away from Lightinthebox. Richard Wilke

My PPE never arrived. Lots of correspondence with company saying, “be patient” and “your order is on its way.” After a month, I contacted a supervisor. I was informed the merchandise was being returned to their warehouse, but they could reship. I have requested a refund and will be contacting my credit card company as I have no faith they will refund as instructed.

I am in essential worker working hard out here I ordered some gloves for work they never came but they still build me I got Online to see my account and see where my gloves are they say I don’t have an account it’s a shame these people can rip offiInmiddle of this global pandemic They must be a bunch of Trumper’s corruption and greedWant to get ripped off this is the site for you

ON April 4th I ordered close to $400.00 of PPE from light in the box. It's now May 1 and I have NOTHING from them. I created a ticket in their system to ask about the goods and they said it would ship by April 18th. I tried to login to the website today and it says I have the wrong password. This company is a total scam and I would discourage ANYONE from ordering from them. To say this is disappointing is an understatement. I am more upset with myself that I fell into such a scam.

Absolutely terrible service, hidden fees. Was promised delivery within 3-6 days, not sure if will receive it after a month. Paid £23 for the shipment (purchased lights for £103) and was asked to pay custom fees of £36. Asked for the refund, as do not want such an expensive item so late and was told that I can not have refund. Will be disputing through Pay Pal. Wish and Ali Express are at least trying to resolve the issue, this site is awful. Stay away.

I ordered Led lights and have been waiting a month now. Still nothing, they texted me in early april saying my product has been shipped, I have heard nothing since. All I want is my led lights and I have never came across this company before, and never will go back to it. I'm sticking to amazon.

I'm pretty sure that this companies method of operation is to choose to not send out your item(s) until you have complained about their lateness at least three times. If you run out of patience, they keep your money and their product. The way that I found to get my merchandise was to finally go to my credit card company and tell them I was disputing the charge because the company never sent the product. Literally two days later, the item was in the mail, and it arrived three days after that. So when you take away their income, they finally fulfill their obligation. Plan to do that if you buy from them.
