I brought an egg 2 stroller cost us near on 1000 took months to come when it did arrive my baby was not long in it and it had Brock after trying to contact little angels prams I finally got response sent me box sent my pram back to them and still nothing back for months tried to call number times but no phone line now there closed were out of pocket of 1000 and still no pram for my daughter

Wouldnโ€™t purchase here again. Was told in store our order would be ready at the end of the month or about a week after so this was around 2-3 weeks. Ended up waiting about 10 weeks for the furniture to be delivered. Messages left, no reply. Emails left and no reply. Plenty of phone calls to get try and get through to them, when I did eventually, I was basically told I was a liar and that I wouldnโ€™t have been told 2-3 weeks. Thatโ€™s the whole reason they were purchased as we could get the baby room completed before he was here. The owner eventually messaged me on Facebook, apologised regarding being ignored, said she would get back to me the day after regarding whatโ€™s happening and then never got back to me. I checked reviews after the purchase and wished I had looked beforehand as so many people have been unhappy. Only person that was helpful was Shane who kept me updated where the furniture was, he delivered the furniture himself and was apologetic about it all. I wouldnโ€™t even award 1 star if there was an option. Oh, I better add on that ยฃ100 was supposed to be refunded for the 10 weeks wait (we spent around ยฃ1200 in store just for reference). We never received this.

Do not use! Unfortunately I brought a highchair through this company. My mistake. Months I waited for it, or for an update email. After multiple emails and phone calls from my end they told me my item was delayed, happy to wait so again emailed after months, and still couldnโ€™t update me. So I asked for a refund. 7-10 working days I was told it would take. This was the beginning of April, end of may and still no refund, emailed them again, problem with their card provider (which is what theyโ€™ve been telling a lot of people over the past few weeks) told I must now go through my bank to get my refund. They are thieves. PLEASE AVOID!!

Awful service, purchased my item and had to chase the delivery. It then arrived a few weeks later after being told it wasnโ€™t in stock and I wasnโ€™t made aware as soon as I purchased. Eventually received the item and sent it back weeks ago. Still awaiting a refund. Have chased twice and been told the system is down. This is ongoing a month now.

Very disappointed in the parasol. Opened it and it was all marked on the inside and grease/oil on the handle. Could not use on my pram in case it marked it all.

Not happy at all my order was delivered to my old temporary accommodation an I told the person who owned the place to take it in for me and he agreed it got delivered there as I got a email but it had said the delivery was refused as it wasnโ€™t me if they donโ€™t give me a refund this will be going further as it does state on delivery if not there or in then it will be passed to Neighbour!!!

I ordered the savanna I size so it was compatible with my isofix bought separately. After several days of no dispatch email I enquired as the website said it was in stock. I was informed the box was damaged and they needed to rebox it which was delaying delivery. However I now realise they have sent me the cheaper non i-size version which is not compatible and clearly hoped by changing the box I wouldn't notice. Absolutely ridiculous and now the one I need is out of stock until after my due date. Disgusting

They take money for items they do not have then keep your money without sending your refund. They are doing it to so many others,, leaving newborns without prams/car seats and causing people a lot of stress

The battery place is not working . It keeps disconnecting from the pram . It came faulty . Sending jt back asap . Just make sure it works well before purchasing

This company are appalling. I brought a double pushchair for my newborn and 14 month old, used maximum 8 times and the shoulder straps have broken so it is completely unsafe to use. Been fighting for a refund for 3 weeks with no pushchair or means of transporting my babies and as a new mum there's so many appointments to get to and the importance of getting out the house to save my mental health!! Id order a new one whilst I fight for my refund but cannot due to cost of living crisis so I am just stuck house bound and having to carry my newborn which is really tough. They take days to reply and have been fobbing me off saying they will get it fixed via manufacturers guarantee to no avail....I just want my money back and to move on with my life!!!

I ordered a bag to go with a pram I already have for my second baby. The actual product came with an invoice from another customer with all her details on including phone number, address, email. It also had a tenancy agreement in the bag. Why two documents with private information was in my product. I do not know. It makes me question if my product is actually new. I emailed and complained regarding breach of data protection. I now worry for my invoices and personal details being shared.

Do not buy from little angels prams! Go to a big, trustworthy store like John Lewis or order directly from the manufacturer. First wrong items were delivered to us and later than stated on the order. So that was very stressful being nearly 9 months pregnant and having to chase the store for my correct items. I ended up having to drive to the store to sort out my furniture. We had arranged for family to come and build the items which then had to be delayed. Now, the cloud T base is broken and the only option is to send to manufacturer to be fixed. I had only been using it for 3 weeks. Little angels will facilitate this but this was the most difficult process I have ever dealt with. No phone number only a really unhelpful person over email. I have no idea how long I will be without my base and a 6 week old baby. I have also been told I have to box it up but the box unfortunately was destroyed when our basement flooded. No idea what I will do - very unhelpful of the repair team and added stress on top of having a newborn.

I placed an order on Christmas day for an item which was showing in stock. A month later and after contacting customer service it still hasn't been dealt with. The order is saying it's new which it certainly isn't and I've had no reason as to why my item hasn't been shipped. AVOID this company unless you want to lose your money.
