Not the same company anymore. I have placed an order on the 27th of June and I haven’t received it yet. I understand that delay can occur. But no one answer me. I asked for the tracking number as the link on the website doesn’t work. They never sent it. Their phone number doesn’t work and they told me on Facebook that they emailed me witch is not true. I don’t know IF I’ll receive my clothes but I know that I will never order again.

I placed an order for 4 items recently and sent everything on the order back. They only refunded 3 items. I argued that I had sent all 4 items back and they wouldn't investigate my complaint. Therefore my money and goods are with them! I had been a LTS customer for over 30 years - no more.

New store is only in the UK. Quality has gone down hill significantly. Two shirts developed small holes at seams, pair of leggings see through and hole in butt seam. Sad, the clothes are so on trend. I am done with them.

Never received my order! The customer service # is not even in service and so I used the online chat/submission form they provide on their website and no one has ever answered! I am now forced to dispute this with my bank. Years ago I ordered from LTS and had no problems but from what I’ve been reading the new parent company that has taken them over is horrible! Buyer beware! You will likely be ripped off as I was! Horribly disappointed!

I ordered jeans months ago. They came in 4 sizes too big as well as the wrong length. Their customer service line for America is disconnected. I sent them back in perfect shape which cost me and additional 17. 00. The tracking. Umber shows they have the item but refuse to answer my email and it has been 2 months waiti. G ony refund. I recommend that you think very carefully before ordering fr here. They cannot even get a single item correct and will do nothing but lie to you afterwards Tomorrow I will disputey order from Paypal, my bank, and I will do a little research to find out who handles fraud over international borders. I have had enough of this scam. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered nine items, all shoes. I had to return two of them I need to pay for my own shipping label to get them back to the UK. I received an email saying that the two pairs of shoes I was returning head reach the “end of their journey“ and that A credit would be applied to the same credit card which I used to purchase the shoes. It’s been a month since the shoes have successfully arrived to the UK and there was a link attached to the email, in the event that I needed to contact their customer service. When you click on the link it gives you an error message and that this link doesn’t exist. Still no money back on my credit card after a month of them acknowledging they’ve received the shoes at their returns warehouse. Trying to contact someone is an absolute nightmare! There is no phone number that you can call and the “contact us“ intake form that I found online didn’t even allow me to type in the entire order reference number. To say that Long Tall Sally—Customer Service customer service is an understatement and would actually imply that they had a customer service point of contact! I don’t even know how this is allowed! Beyond disappointed!

20 years I've been forced to by my footwear from LTS What annoys me the most is not the limited amount of trendy footwear, or how overpriced they are, its the fact that they never have any size 10/11s available in any of the half decent shoes, I mean come on!!!! Size 7 and 8s can be brought anywhere, why not have these sizes available?!?!?

Ordered from the previous owner of long tall Sally last year around June 2020. The new owner keeps telling me they can't help, the address for the old owner is not working. Paid for two shoes, returned them and they never sent me the money. Oh sorry Pablo the old contact said he will refund but he never did. I feel as a customer should not be dealing with any of this. They took over the company so they took over everything, right? Pay me back then!

Horrible Horrible Horrible the company is a joke. The sizes and quality are not the same. Trying to return a item is a nightmare and they want you to pay for it. I paid 70$ +tax+shipping 100$ for a 65$shoe and to return the item I have now pay 17USD. @USPS. THEY never include shipping label and LTD suggest you insure to package for 80$. I going to give these shoes to my sister and I will never ever order again .. Im in the USA and if you go on UK site the price is 20 bucks less.

Do not buy from this company! The products (if you can find anything in stock) are poor quality and trying to return them is a nightmare! I was refunded substantially less than I paid and had to pay $17 in return shipping on top of that. I loved the old LTS but this new company is appalling! Their customer service is non existent with only a contact form and you are lucky if they respond!

Absolutely astounded at your sizing shocked at the poor quality and will never buy from you again! At 6ft tall one pair of joggers was a foot to long the other that had strips where did on each side one lower than the other! Their like seconds plz don’t buy these their not what you think!

I bought a pair of jeans at the beginning of Feb 2020, I sent them back within the time frame required, you acknowledged you had received the product on the 6th February 2020. You promised you would return my money within 5 days...……...25 days later I still don't have my money. I contacted LTS you want a tracker number, I advised I paid via Royal Mail but sent a copy of the email you sent to me acknowledging you had the product, you still want a tracker number before you return my money. I have been shopping at LTS for over 20 years and returned 2 pairs of jeans (by the way I've not started tracing the 2nd pair yet) Its an absolute disgrace OH and by the way it is also illegal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The first and last time I will order from LTS. I ordered a sweater as a Christmas present for my daughter-in-law on December 6th, I received an email on the 6th confirming my order. I never received any other notice regarding shipping or tracking. I called today and found out my shipment will not arrive until the 2nd week of January. Horrible shipping, horrible service. According to the shipping service on the website, I should have received this item before Christmas.

I'm very disappointed because of the poor quality of the clothing. Personally I had the chance to buy the clothes in a LTS shop (Europe) so I could see the material and try the clothes on. Most of the textiles contain polyacryl or some other synthetic material. And for that they are quite pricy. Despite of that the clothes loose their attractive look very fast. The five shirts/longsleeves I'd bought lost their original shape after washing them in the washing machine for about three/four times. Two of the seams opened after I worn a shirt only a couple of times. And a cardigan begins to unravel after only a couple of months. All this happens usually to fast fashion clothing, like H&M or Zara. I know it's hard to find clothes as a tall woman. There are unfortunately not a lot of options out there. But I think it is worth to search further on Etsy maybe or other fashion lables. LTS is in my opinion a waste of money and ressources. It is fast fashion for at least two times the money.

I ordered 2 T shirts on the European website, which cost a lot more than ordering in the UK, but they could deliver to Italy. I was very excited as I had tried my sister's T shirt on & they would have been just perfect for me. The items never arrived, the follow up after there non arrival was not helpful and then nearly a month later they said they could not sent me replacements as they were now out of stock!! I am not going to order through the European site again.

Although delivery and returns are ok and had never have any problems with customer service I am only giving one star as the quality of closing is, 9 times out of 10 below acceptable. Being 5'11 I shopped in LTS quite a lot and: my really long leggings got baggy after one wash, three of my tops looked like from charity shop also after just one wash, seam in my summer jacket broke after 3 wears, winter coat got some kind of weird wrinkles and a £80 dress I intended to wear to a wedding turned out to be see through. Although some clothes seem to be ok, my general experience is that Primark is better if I'm lucky enough to get something that is long enough. LTS is also rather frumpy, with aot of blacks, beiges me browns. Lately other retailers introduced tall range with better quality, half of LTS price and my h more on trend and now LTS is closing its as shops. I'm actually surprised they didn't get out of business yet.

The jacket I purchased was pictured in a true red. The jacket I received was very close to orange. A purchase return receipt was not included with the order. I am continuing to attempt to receive a return label from LTS via email, no luck, so far. I do not wish to pay to return this jacket. The lack of customer service and poor quality is not indicative of the shop from where I have made previous purchases. I did some digging and now realize that LTS was purchased by another company in 2016. It should also be noted that this $72.46 jacket was made in China. If I had known all of the above, I would not have purchased the jacket. This is no longer a company that sells great quality merchandise. Also, I bought the jacket on 2/25 and it was not sent until 3/11. At the time of purchase, there was no indication of a shipping delay.

Paid the extra $15 for an express shipment order to be received within 2 days & after 3 days I received a tracking number that informed me the expected delivery would be another 3 days later! This express shipment order took 6 days....ruining my plans to attend an event that specifically required red attire! UNRELIABLE. VERY UNSATISFIED. RUINED MY PLANS.

Disgraceful experience. Item ordered on standard delivery, hold placed on the funds in my bank account to cover the order, confirmation email received. Next day, email received acknowledging the order and hoping that I am pleased with my item, however estimated delivery date of 20th August 2018, OVER ONE MONTH!!!! I emailed customer services to say that I had ordered these in what I thought was plenty of time for an outing on 28th July (the order was placed on the 18th July). The response was one that did not give two hoots about the situation and simply stated that the item was no longer available. WHY PLACE THE FUNDS ON HOLD IN MY BANK ACCOUNT SO I CAN'T USE THEM WHEN THE ITEM IS NOT IN STOCK?!?!?!?!? So, I went back onto their website and found another suitable pair of jeans which were only £5 more expensive and replied to the customer service email saying that I thought they should send these instead. The response being that they can't do that!! I have been a loyal customer for years and this is how I am treated. A little bit of understanding and recompense would have done much to ease the situation but all I was offered was a refund of the postage if I ordered the new item. Please do not order online from this company, either call or go into one of the very few stores. I have also emailed customer services to suggest that in future they make 100% sure that the item is available prior to placing a hold on the funds in their customers bank accounts. ATROCIOUS, UNCARING and disgraceful customer service, it used to be so good as well which is a great shame.

I recently ordered a large amount of clothes for work. Once the clothes arrived I decided to return some. Firstly, my return was lost. Secondly, once highlighting this to the company - it took them a week to respond. Once they were aware of the issue my refund came in two parts. Firstly, half of the refund was processed and then a further two emails were needed to receive the rest of the refund. I have asked to speak to someone in charge and have been told they will give me a ring.. this was over a week ago. The poorest customer service I have received in the last 4 years.
