I ordered goods on 29th December and am still waiting. I have rang the company on numerous occasions, used their live chat which is like talking to a robot. They just read from a script. There is NO customer service whatsoever. I cannot even contact the customer services team by email as when I try to sign in, I forgot my password and when I clicked 'forgotten password they never sent me a link so I am stuck. However, they will not get away with it. I have just seen all the other reviews on here and they are all saying the same thing. The irony is they are still sending me emails with their special offers! SICKENING!

I am over a month waiting for my products no sign tracking is useless do not use them, I won't be making that mistake again. Karol.

Unlike some other people I did receive my order very quickly, however the box used was not substantial and was all battered when it arrived. A bottle of fake tan came with no lid meaning the outside of the bottle is now stained and I will not be able to travel with the product as no way of sealing the pump.

Used them before and were fine - and then this time, it was odd. They took two payments, split my order, sent me one product (5 quid), and denied the rest of the order (90 quid) exists. Why scam people when have loyal customers? Took the luxury right out of the luxury 'salon only' brands. Salon and scam-site only brands, more like.

The issue that I have experienced was: I have been using the product I purchased for a couple days, my skin feels burnt and irritated followed by peeling, and it is so painful to touch. Asked for a refund on the product I used, been aiding with their agent’s investigation for over an hour without providing a solution purely because I cannot provide the expiration date of the product to them! This is too unacceptable! I believe look fantastic wouldn’t sell me expired product hence I don’t understand what is the point of checking expiration date. I could not find the date off the container, they then advised me to find it off the box! Sadly, I threw the box away once I opened it (I guess most people do), because I believe there should not be a problem using the product, as I never have any problem with any product. This meant that It made me feel frustrated and undermined. My skin is now so irritating to a point I cannot use my usual cream as it will only do worse.

Even after 3 months products aren't delivered. I have no hope that I will even get a refund. Scam they are.

SCAM WEBSITE: I ordered my package over two months ago and still haven't received it. They say they will not give me a refund nor will they send a new package.

Terrible customer service. Ordered an item on 30 Dec. By end of Jan it still hadn't arrived so I emailed customer service querying the delay only to be told basically my item was sent back by DPD so I won't be getting it. Thanks for the update Look Fantastic...a month later...after I had to contact you for one. Second and LAST time ordering from them, delays are excessive (at least 3 weeks) and customer service is shocking.

They are the worst company I have ever come across. I placed an order 3 days ago for £120.00 and got no confirmation. I have since been chasing them constantly in their idiotic customer service message centre and they say they can’t find my order though I’ve sent screenshots of the transaction. They say they can’t refund me as they can’t find it. Avoid. They are a SCAM!

This was the first time that I have ordered from this company and it has without a doubt been the worst shopping experience I have ever had. Only 2 out of the 6 products I ordered have arrived. The others have been lost in the mail and communication with the customer service has been absolutely awful..!!!! There is no direct number I can call...I just keep getting an email saying that the case is still being investigated. Dont waste your time and hard earned money shopping with them!!!!

STAY AWAY! you will never get your order or a clear answer as to it’s whereabouts! Don’t even bother going for a refund without a solicitor this company is robbing people!

BE CAREFUL. This company is a sham. Purchased the elizabeth arden spf cream for 100$ and I broke out in hives all over. I reached out to customer service and they told me to see a dermatologist and said they could not process a return of i product I used once! Outrageous.

I ordered neom body and hand wash and small hand cream before Christmas. Small hand cream arrived but no sign of body and hand wash. Very disappointing as both were for a present and online is my only way of shopping at the minute.

BE WARNED! Never received my goods, constantly have to chase them about my order, I was told another order had been sent out but no tracking number and still no parcel has arrived. I live in the UK and currently trying to get my money back. AVOID!

Paid for 1-day delivery of 2 items on 23. Today is 27: one item is not dispatched, the other one has not even been prepared. Customer service refusing to refund and fix their own mistake until they get some updates from DHL. Terrible experience and terrible service.

Terrible. I would rate 0 if I could. Waited for a week just to get informed that the order is canceled due to the “regulations”, the reason sounds so much like an excuse because when I asked which regulations exactly the customer service kept saying that she couldn’t advise specifically.

If I could rate 0 stars I would! Ordered the molly mae curler however changed my mind and sent it back around 3 weeks ago there saying they have not received the package in there warehouse however I have provided proof of postage and they are still refusing to refund me. Absolutely awful customer service impossible to communicate properly with anyone. absolute scammers I’m £74 down with nothing to show for it!!

Hello. I paid for cosmetics on December 28th. the cost is almost £ 70 . until today 26 January, I didn't get a package from this company and when I try to contact with them it says that there is an investigation. which is almost a month. I did not receive my parcel and they did not return my money. delivery company said my package was lost. So I will not get the parcel anymore and I still have no money. I feel cheated and robbed

The person who handled my query, called Neve, was not polite or helpful. Her responses about me being a forst-time customer and not receiving a MAC gift I was entitled to but never received were cold and dismissive. She would not help and would not see how your terms for applying a first-time customer discount code was confusing. I had spent £50 with MAC, the fact that I am a first-time customer with lookfanstastic.com and received a discount has nothing to do with my gift. I am extremely disappointed in how you treat your customers, new or otherwise. And I want to make an official complaint on how I was treated here. This is not professional. I asked Neve to cancel my account with yourselves but I sure hope you will get in touch to discuss this matter further. Thank you.
