“You'll never receive your order even though the delivery tax is quite high. And they refuse to give your money back. Don't trust this website.”

“I ordered 2 pcs of Kerastase, 2 identic items, but they sent to me 1 Kersatse and 1 Estee Lauder!!! Why??? I didn't order the last one!!! Now they want that I returned the item and only after then, they sent to me kerastase. I must to spent my time and go to the post, because of the unprofessionalism”

“I chose to pay via klarna for an order of 80 euros. I never received the products, PostNL indicated that they have been delivered but they never arrived. I have complained to the customer service already 3 times, and nothing. Now Klarna is asking me to pay for this bill and Look fantastic hasn't replied to me at all.”

“Very unhelpful with any delivery issues. Had to pay TWICE for local delivery courier- delivery was supposedly included in the order price (on the top of VAT & Customs). Kept getting the same automatic response when trying to resolve the issue with customer support. Would not recommend for any abroad orders.”

“Be careful. Fraud. Ordered an Estee Lauder product from lookfantastic instead of other cheaper website because of an offer they had of complimentary gift: Estée Lauder 6-Piece Exclusive Autumn Gift Set https://www.lookfantastic.com/estee-lauder.../13326969.html Worth £88. They shipped it without letting me know it's not available (so I was too late to cancel) When I emailed them about it they said: "The Estée Lauder 6-Piece Exclusive Autumn Gift Set is no longer available and therefore the item had to be cancelled. We are unable to cancel the rest of your order as it has already been delivered on the 04/10/2021. If there is anything else that we can do, then please do not hesitate to get in touch and a member of our team will be happy to help." If they would have let me know in advance I would have cancelled. They sent an email it's cancelled - AFTER they shipped the other products. *Also*, it's available from October 7 on the site so instead of shipping it later they just cancelled it. They could have shipped it a few days later but they didn't have any intention to send that gift. This is fraud. Don't buy in lookfantastic.”

I will be reporting you to Trading Standards UK, also taking this company to the Small Claims Court at your expense & will also leave VERY negative feedback on Facebook & Twitter as I'm not getting any response from yourselves Sally Sherratt”

“Please avoid at all costs … On 2 occasions my order wasn’t delivered to me. The first order I was waiting for 2 weeks before I got in contact with someone on the customer service team(who I may add is rubbish) I kept having to tell them to cancel my order until one of the finally did. They are quick to take the money but the service is shocking. On the second order it was pretty much the same thing however I didn’t leave it for as long went and ordered from another website. I would avoid at all costs there are better websites to get the same products no need for you to deal with these guys!”

“Terrible company took nearly a month to get my money back and even after getting the confirmation they had received it back they pretended they hadn't received it lucky I keep post office receipts Customer service is shocking they just give generic responses and no online chat working and nobody to call either buyer beware took threats of trading standards to get my money back for faulty electrical items”

“Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They’re complete fraudsters. I ordered a shampoo set as a birthday gift for £47 with their 2-3day delivery service… 3 days after I’ve ordered they still haven’t dispatched it so I emailed customer service to cancel the order. They read my email but decided to post it to me anyway the following day. By now it’s past the birthday it was intended so I ask why they posted it when I cancelled it. I’m told I will have to return it if I don’t want it?! To return it you need a return label so numerous messages back and forth asking for a return label and being ignored. Finally I get a label and it’s not freepost so they expect me to pay for their mistake! I’ve just reported them to trading standards. I’m £47 out of pocket and they seem to be doing everything they can to avoid giving me a refund. AVOID this company, they’re not legit and if you’ve suffered a similar experience then I suggest you report them to trading standards too.”

“I have two separate orders, none of them was delivered. Their customer service is very rude and they don’t care really. It’s been 7days and I payed for next day delivery. They still haven’t deliver it nor refund my order. They basically tell you they don’t care if you receive your order or not. They are scam, it’s a hit or miss. One day you get your order and most times you don’t! Neither do you get your money back!”

“My order was never received despite the delivery status says it was delivered. The customer service only gave me a form to fill but cannot even gave me a simple clear instruction of where I should upload the form. She didn't even give any useful information about how they would handle this. Except for filling the form the customer service is completely useless. I wonder if anyone had received their replaced item yet due to missing in delivery.”

“Item was never delivered and Look Fantistic are useless at helping! They keep insisting I fill out a form and upload it, though they are not helping me with the instructions n how to do this. As well as me stating that the details requested on the form have already been given, MANY TIMES! I don't feel that a customer who has paid and didn't receive an item, should have to do all that admin! I will not use again and not recommend”

“I bought a top with cat print on it as present for a friend and when received I was disappointed as looks extremely cheap material, several sewing faults. I will definitely not recommend nor purchase any item using this site ever again.”
