I bought some beauty products when they were doing complimentary gift back in early May. They never delivered the gift to us and recently cancelled the gift order on their side without any communication. We tried to get in touch with them, but they just refused to provide any substitution or compensation and even closed our account later. And they are still promoting that offer on their website now. LF is the most disgusting company which tries to scam their customers in every possible ways. Avoid this cheater!

Avoid this company. My order never appeared despite an email telling me it was on its way. Tried “Live Chat” and was totally ignored even though my messages were marked as read. I have now had to order from another place and I am totally out of pocket. Whatever you do don’t order anything from them!

Horrendous company . I spent a large amount of money with them and when I placed a next day delivery order that never arrived, they ignored all messages. Avoid at all costs

I made the order from Finland. The shipping was delivered to a local pickup point without any notification to me, and by the time I got a hold of customer service, the package was already returned to the Swedish warehouse. I requested them to re-send my package, which did arrive - 1.5 months later. All in all, it took me three messages to their customer reps for them to re-send my package. The items were dirty with dust and obvious marks on their packages, and I have a strong suspicion that at least some of the items were opened, because the seal in one of the hair mask jars was broken and partially opened (with also some dirt on the inner side of the broken seal!), and the lids in other cardboard packages were loose and opened easily with no plastic tape seal. By now I was so fed up with his whole farce that I didn't bother to contact their customer service again to request money return. I will never buy anything from this company again. This was a 45 euro lesson for me - always check the customer reviews!

Can I give no stars? After seeing that there is a 25% off for new customers, I signed up for an account and spent an hour to load up the products that I want. Then when I checked out the discount code didn't work. Nowhere on the website states that there are many brands that are not eligible for the discount. Complete waste of time.

tally bad service ever.I had ordered 2 items from 30th April and now is 30th May.It exceeded more than the expected order date.What I mad about the most is they ignored me when I contacted from every possible platform like Facebook,live chat and other.They only replied me only once and then kept ignore me.Please reconsider people who live in Japan to buy from this site.Don’t order from a website who take no responsibility and have no respect to customers.They said me like they can not send the ordinary products to me as there are investigating my order before dispatch even though they have enough stock.Why did you guys take my money if you are not sure abt your stock?

I placed an order with Lookfantastic with an estimated delivery time 2-3 days. It has now been 2 weeks and still no order. I email them twice for cancellation (there’s no tel number) and they said I have to wait for the items to arrive and then go through the returns process. Their courier service (Hermes) tracking shows no delivery update for the last two weeks. I’m starting to think that Look fantastic maybe isn’t even a legitimate online retailer.

ordered from them, they shipped item, then all of a sudden they had to call it back as supposedly some items are not allowed by the customs!!!! no phone number, no email nothing! the most useless chat person I chatted with, saying they will refund me when items back to them!

Do not order , order missing , it still says delivered but item is not at the store and look fantastic have had me run through hoops and hoops

I never received my order, despite paying. I even paid more for a quicker delivery. I have placed 2 queries with their customer service, the first query was marked ‘completed’ despite the fact that I never received the order. I am still waiting to hear back from my second query. I would not recommend Lookfantastic to anyone, it seems to be a complete scam.

Absolutely atrocious. Ordered two sets of expensive haircare duos - one for c. £50 and one for c. £70. An item from each duo is missing from the order. So having effectively failed to send me £60 worth of goods, upon complaint their response (after a week btw) is that I need to print hand sign a form and post it to them. Who, during a national lockdown, has an access to a printer firstly, and secondly, you **** up on the order and forget to send half the goods, and I'm having to do paper admin? Entire business contracts are esigned. What makes you so bloody important that you need a physical signature? Avoid at all costs.

If you ever need to use their customer service app, there is not a physical number for them, conveniently, you will never want to shop with them again. I received a damaged face oil, that had leaked all over the outside packaging/box, upon opening I saw the lid was unscrewed and £55.50 worth of oil was gone. I followed their customer service procedure of uploading pictures and writing what had happened on SIX different occasions, only to be told the same blurb each time. I've now raised a dispute with my bank for a refund. There's so much competition these days a company like this can't afford disgruntled customers who won't return, I'll never shop there again. Customer service is the bedrock of a good company and if they can't get that right and put customers who spend their money first I won't stay a customer.

Order placed on 03/05, dispatch note on the 5th, courier tracking showed it was still in their sorting facility on the 10th so I contacted LF and got a response that the order was lost and will be replaced. I got a dispatch note on 11.05 with no tracking info. Contacted LF by email and then via chat on 17.05, two weeks since placing the order, and was told they cannot tell me when they will send the order; apparently they are doing "internal investigation" and only when it is finished they will advise me on the date I would get my order. Really? i understand this would be the right approach if the courier said they had delivered but this is not the case, the order has never left the courier sorting facility and is clearly nothing to do with me; any normal retailer would apologise, send a replacement order and do their internal processes (investigations or whatever) in a way so that they would not affect a customer. The order shows as complete when it has not been. Multiple emails and chats lead to nowhere. Talking to the agent was very much "computer says NO". QUOTING (discussion on 17.05): agent: Your original order was dispatched on 05-05-2021 due to the order being lost we have raised and investigation and requested a replacement today for you. Once the investigation has been completed we will get this sent out for you. me: I already got an email saying it was resent on 10.05. I want to know the date the order will arrive please agent: Unfortunately I am unsure why this was sent to you as I have the information this was requested for you today. As this is under investigation we are unable to give you a date unfortunately. me: how long does this take? i appreciate you may not be able to answer it but can you check with your team leader/superviser? agent: I am very sorry for the inconveience caused here. Due to this being an investigation we will not be able to know when this will be dispatched. "

Do not use them as if you do not choose to track your order at checkout which is more expensive as I thought choosing standard delivery was enough you will not receive your order and their customer service tell you they have no way of tracking it with Fed Ex. Very disappointing and I haven’t been offered a refund or store credit though asking for one as it wasn’t a small amount I paid. Customer services says politely they are terribly sorry but can’t help Do not use

Ordered my products on the 4th of May it is now the 15th of May. Absolutely ridiculous! And then they said they didn’t have my post code which they had. Id imagine it’s completely down the courier they are using but still a shocking service. Another thing is the courier service do not have a direct email or phone number so it is hard to track down tooth parcel.

I purchased an electrical product in early April. Received a faulty product, and requested a return and refund. They accepted and said they'll send a courier to pick it up. Courier doesn't show up. I complain, they reschedule, courier doesn't show up. I complain, now they say they are "investigating". It has been well over a month and I am still getting "we're investigating" response. There's nothing to investigate - they sent a faulty product! Until you have a problem, they're fine, but beware if anything goes wrong. Plenty more of ethical sellers out there, LookFantastic can forget about my custom forever!
