I have been waiting on a large order for the last month. I placed the order in October and it was gifts for birthday and Xmas. I explained to them that I needed them before Xmas but they kept saying it has been processed and dispatched. When I’ve contacted Herms they informed that they haven’t received the parcel. Look fantastic are scams. They are unreliable and are the worst company ever. I have got no where with them and constantly am waiting. Their responses are automated, generic and unsympathetic! I would never recommend them to anyone. They kept using the Xmas period as an excuse but I placed the order in October. They shouldn’t advertise a product nor take funds for products they don’t have, I have paid for a service & product which until this day I haven’t received. PEOPLE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. If anyone has any advice on whom to contact regarding all this then please let me know.

6 weeks gone and goods have not arrived. They lied that they dispatch the order and it was lost when the courier did not even receive the package from them. Refused to give refund and told me to ship the items back in pristine condition to get a refund. What a joke. And they also told me to expect 30 days for delivery (in addition to the 6 weeks I have already waited) when I paid for the 8 days tracked delivery. Scam company.

Order placed on 20th November, tried to cancel last week as it was a birthday present for someone and now it's too late. Live chat is not available, you have to email then wait 24/48hrs to get a response. They say I have to return the item as it has already entered the dispatch process?? As far as I am concerned it's not being dispatched, ever! They were quick enough to take my £59.85 payment. I will be reporting to Trading Standards if this is not resolved and refunded soon.

Worst company ever!!! They lost mg package but there was no one I can call. I sent multiple email messages to them and someone random replied to me but never provided any help! And I could not get my refund! Don’t buy from this company! It’s a fraud!!!

What a joke Look Fantastic is!Had an allergic reaction to one of the products and I’m trying to get a refund but all I’m having is an automated response with different names on it! I’ve wrote to them 5 times and no solution! I will NEVER ever buy from them again!Worst company I’ve ever came across!

Order not received within time provided by them. Asked them to cancel and refund and they refused. Order placed 26th Nov and still no sign 21st Dec. Custo.er service is shocking. They fob you off and dont answer you fully. Would never use again. Christmas presents in January everybody! Will be returning free in January (which they suggested) Lets see how that goes next!

Faulty item delivered had to pay for postage in order to return , along with printing label the company asked me to use Hermes and once they receive it back I will get my refund of product and postage . Sent it back on 29/11 and they still have not received item back at warehouse - Hermes said it was on its way back on 3/12/21 , have sent other things via Hermes and they have got it no problem. Not sure if Hermes or lookfantastic but not a problem free easy return now £43.00 out of pocket and had to buy an alternative gift so over £80 down.

I placed my order 27/11 and up until now I don’t have the products or refund. I have sent multiple message since 2/12 and each time I was told my different people that the good were damaged on transit and that they now place a replacement even though the previous messages from their own customer/ colleagues said exact same thing. It feels like a deja vu! The messages seems like it’s automated with random names . Its a waste of my time, it’s just not fair. I can’t even find a number to call.

Waiting for order despatched beginning Dec - not received. 4 days ago told I would hear something in 48-72 hours. Only 2 Kerestase shampoos - paid for - and its 20 Dec where are they?????

Been a customer for years but clearly they cannot keep up with demand. Over a week and they still have not got back to me with a resolution on my damaged items received (which were delayed weeks) and they just ignore everyone who complains. Genuinely disappointed, customer service has slipped so much.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE - they send damaged products, multiple missing items, 3 wks to deliver. No refund and non existent customer service 👎🏼 Side note: they also keep posting on Instagram to rid of/ ignoring hundreds of negative comments from disgruntled customers.

NEVER AGAIN! Waste of time and money! I placed my order month ago and still no refund or package. Customer service is so bad that they don't bother to respond to my emails or messages on app where they 'promise' to respond in 24h and its been 4 days now ! I need to go through bank fraud team to get my money back! Terrible service - read all reviews before you place order!

Terrible company. I placed an order for a Christmas present for my daughter 5 days later it was still ‘processing’ with zero communication to explain what the hold up was. I raised a number of queries basically asking if it was going to arrive - I wouldn’t mind if they were honest and told me it was out of stock or whatever but to have zero response from them is diabolical. Please do not use them because my experience has been awful.

The worst online shopping experience… The worst online shopping experience I've ever had. They shipped only half the items in order even though they claimed to have sent all the items. 7 out of 14 received. The package was in blue plastic bag. No wrapping. All the items were broken or damaged. Their customer service is unbelievably stupid and incompetent. Asked questions like did some of the items get accidentally delivered to a neighbours house even though I had used the click and collect service. I had to repeat my message 4 times and they came back with nonsense replies. Not sure if these guys are just extremely stupid or scammers but the outcome is the same.

Absolutely disgusted with this website l ordered Mylee The Full Works Complete X Gel Polish ( Black ) on the 3rd December. Delivery time was 3 working days as advertised on the website however this was not the case. After a week I sent my first email, however this got a generic robot response. After this unhelpful reply I sent another email emphasising the importance of this product as it is a Santa present. I reveived no reply. Again I sent my third email and only got a response today…. ONE WEEK BEFORW CHRISTMAS to day my order will be here mid January. This is absolutely atrocious. Due to their bad organisation I can now not order the product from somewhere else for it to be here in time. Do not order from this site!!!!

Firstly, I’ve used Look Fantastic many times and have always trusted that I’ll receive quick delivery and a good price. My most recent experience could not be further from that. 3 weeks later I still have no order. It was a big order, so currently I’ve spent a lot of money that I can’t get refunded for and I’ve got nothing to show for it. It took around 10 days for it to be despatched. I’d already asked for a refund prior to this point as it clearly as already exceeding the delivery time and I needed the items by a specific date. However, when I eventually got through to someone was told this would not be possible. It was eventually dispatched and I thought that it would all be sorted. However the courier then appeared to have an issue and the parcel was ‘damaged’. Well this was 10 days ago now and Look Fantastic could not have been less helpful. When I eventually get a reply, I’m normally then passed into someone else who wants all the details again and I keep being fobbed off. I’ve tried to be patient but I’m owed a lot of money, which I could really do with before Christmas, but my order seems to have disappeared and apparently I can’t get any money back until my order has arrived. But there’s no sign of it. All they can offer me is £5 off my next order and no solution. Thoroughly unimpressed and have now lost a loyal customer.

I ordered some Aesop items for my daughters birthday on the 2nd Dec. I was due to meet them on the 14th so felt it was plenty of time. Unbeknown to me, the items were actually coming from the US, not the UK. I kept getting emails to say my order would be delayed so I responded saying that if they weren't going to be here by the 13th then I would need to cancel. The next thing I know they send an email (on the 8th December) saying they had already been dispatched. I said to them that if they weren't here by the 13th I would need to return them as would need to source something else for the gift. They assured me that the item should be here on time. It wasn't and still isn’t! I have contacted them a number of times, they take 24 hours each time to respond, then ignore what you asked with some rubbish standard line. I have told them I need to send them back but they insist that they are “unwanted” items and so the postage would be at my expense, given this is the US, it wont be cheap. Despite still not having them a full two weeks after ordering them, they still insist they will not pay the return postage. They initially said allow 2 to 3 days for arrival, then said 7 days, then told me the expectation is 30 days! Their customer service is absolutely awful, a different rep answers each time, ignoring what you said, and I now give up. If you are a UK purchaser, be very wary of dealing with this company. I ordered the items directly from Aesop in the end and guess what, they arrived the very next day! Very, very poor service and utterly useless customer service; they clearly DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!
