“Warning. This company offers parking far away from airports. Pay the extra and park at the airport. Terrible experience, almost missing our flight. Do not use.”
“They do not say at check out that they are a foreign company and so your bank charges you a foreign fee. They know that and make mention that they are in the UK right at the bottom of their footer on their website but doesn't warn you about foreign fees that banks could and do charge. I was an Australian using their services in Australia.
They are less than upfront and I wont be using them again. They wouldn't even refund the foreign fees!”
“Booked meet and greet months ago but due to bad publicity with this type of parking at Birmingham and many contracts being cancelled I contacted L4P to find out position. The contract I had was suspended and could not confirm whether a new contract would be in place. If this was case it would be cancelled and up to me to rebook at my expense. So not wanting to leave to last minute cancelled and awaiting refund (hopefully). The say contract is with car park I think booking is with L4P. Also no one answers the phone once you have found phone number. Had to use Live Chat.

“Booked meet and greet months in advance. But due to bad publicity at present for this type of parking contacted L4P as concerned as contracts with providers had been cancelled. Wanted to change booking to just a car park. They would not do that, even though I had a flexi booking. Company policy was that I had to wait and see as a new contract might be issued. If not booking would be cancelled refund made and I would need to find another booking myself. My booking is with L4P and feel they should deal with this, but told it is the car park that booking is with. Waiting until last minute is not really an option. I might add that similar happened with another company who cancelled and rebooked me at no cost!!! I cancelled and rebooked with another company but cost me extra £40!!! This is not good customer service. Also I could not get an answer on the phone either and had to use Live chat. Now waiting for refund - which the have taken booking cancelation fee from!”
“Totally disappointed, I booked from Stansted 14-21 June, to be fair I was running late going out, so I didn't mind the half hour wait for the car to be picked up, but on my return, after I rang as per guidelines and when the car was not there after 20 mins, I called and was told I wasn't on the list, that they did not have a car for Clarke, so hadn't dispatched it, even though I clearly stated my full name when I first called, in fact they asked spelling of surname??? not happy and said as much, waited a further 10 mins and had to called again, was told car would be their within 2mins, waited another 10 mins for car to arrive, so almost a 40min wait - absolute joke, am sure operates did it on purpose because I was snotty with them, will never use service again”
“I was fuming after 3 lovely days in palma when returning to Newcastle airport having paid upfront for parking I couldn’t get out of car park , went in ticket office to be told the booking was for Newcastle Australia, which was ridiculous , I had put in my flight details so why was this allowed to happen , I had to pay another £39.90 to get out of car park , so the £27 I paid to looking4parking was for nothing , would not recommend!!”
“No one there to meet me . When somebody finally turned up they were rude . When I phoned up they put me on hold what a cheek . On return trip phoned up put me on hold finally someone answered the phone and said I have to wait 20 minutes for my car .”
“We use “Meet and Greet” Service for hassle free parking, paying a premium for it. This was the most stressful airport parking experience ever! Nobody to “Meet” us - so fear of missing flight! Same nightmare experience on return. Phones engaged - half an hour wait at a cold damp airport. NEVER. AGAIN.”

We complied with Park and Fly instructions we called them after collecting our cases in Birmingham Airport at midnight.

30 min later no call & no car.
Called them again I was then informed that they Park&Fly had lost lots of customers keys & the Police had been called. We asked about our car. The reply. We couldn’t find your car then we discovered it was in a different storage facility. We have sent someone to collect it & would be 20 min.
30 min later no information. We asked for news. It’s on its way!
We then asked where it would be delivered, at the drop off point which is 10 min walk away from arrivals.
We walked to the drop off to meet the driver & there were several families waiting for their cars.
One family had a disabled child in a wheelchair & a very young child. They had a 4 hour drive when the car arrived & had been waiting more than 1 hour 20 min.
A couple like us in our 70’s they had no information on where their car was or when it would be delivered.
They were still there when we left!!!
Our car was delivered eventually inside it smelt of probably take away hot food. The car was very hot inside all the cars adjustments had been reset, seats, heating up to 28 degrees & very hot, radio settings & very loud.
Someone had made themselves at home!
The service was disgraceful
We were left after the second call not knowing if our car had been stolen
& were we going to get home.
The police had been called?
Are we going to be left here all night. Is there any
Plan on getting us home if in fact the car is missing.”

They are simply an agent taking your money. Should something not go as planned you won’t see a penny of refund never mind compensation for spoiling your holidays. Please take my advise and avoid them like the plague!

booked airport transfer- they quoted me wrong timings for pick up and also wrong journey times which obviously means getting a flight becomes very stressful. Customer service phonelines do not work and it is impossible to talk to anyone. Neither are they prompt with any emails.”

“Booked blue car park on website stated terminal just a walk away but was not just a walk away being in a wheelchair and on my own with my suitcase and no bus it was he'll getting to terminal, on the return back bus would not take me on às was not apparently allowed to take out ramp and no explanation was given”

“Booked our car parking with Manchester VIP meet and greet, had used before and despite being a bit 'rough around the edges' service wise they'd been okay. So we return from holiday around 8am from a long flight, call the service number, starts looking around the car before taking the keys and we realise the car Tyre is completely flat! How has he driven it all this way not knowing the tyre was flat, where was it stored etc etc...so the drop of driver who by the way left our car parked accross two disabled bays in a car park that charges £25 an hour and says, dont worry about the £4 exit fee can I leave you to deal with this as I have another person on your flight to pick up!!! so we were left there in January at the Airport at 8am with a completely flat tyre. Thankfully, a local taxi driver gave us some tyre foam which was enough to get us to the garage but god help us if we'd arrived at a later or earlier time. When I rang the Manchester VIP office he offered me free parking and a valet that never materialised....I complained to Look4Parking.com and they said they couldn't do anything because tyres wern't covered!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY WILL DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO HELP IF YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT AND DO NOT USE MANCHESTER VIP PARKING AS YOU ARE DEFINITELY NOT A VIP TO THEM. SHOCKING SHODDY SERVICE BY BOTH COMPANIES, SPEND A BIT MORE AND GET A BETTER SERVICE.”
