I was supposed to get my order (guaranteed!) between 12/20-12/30. On 12/30 I get an email that it's finally shipped and it will be here 1/5. Now the Fedex tracking says 1/8! WTF - I'm never going to get this stupid thing.

Everything in my crate was garbage, definitely not worth $25. I didn't care for anything in the box whatsoever. I asked to return it and they said they couldn't accept returns due to the crate's "mystery" nature. Whatever, I guess customer satisfaction is not a priority.

Worst company ever. Their customer service sucked. They will take your money right away but they they will deliver 10 days after the delivery window. The box came damaged and opened but their customer service will tell you no their problem.

I paid for a 6 month subscription as a Christmas present in November. On the website it says that it is supposed to be delivered between the 20th and the 28th. It is the 28th of December and there is no tracking information on my package or evidence that it was even shipped. When I contacted customer support on Christmas they said it was in the final stages of shipping. Two days later, still no tracking information. I have contacted customer support before and they could not understand a simple question and I had to rephrase it so a child could understand it in order to receive the answer I was looking for.

I ordered a crate on November 23rd in hopes of getting it on Christmas. It did not ship out until December 19th! Tracking says it will not be delivered until January 4th.. This is my first experience with Loot Crate and i'm very disappointed to say the least. Do not recommend.

I purchased the Fallout crate and it was promised before Christmas. It did not arrive before Christmas. They responded with it's not our problem. Very frustrating I feel they made a promise and took my money

Their customer service is really bad. They have no phone number so you have to email them and that takes at least like 2 days. I’ve already ordered two boxes and had two bad experiences with the customer service because their first instinct is to offer you a discount for the next box rather than fixing your issue at hand. ALSO the discounts they offer are not as good as the ones they constantly put online. Last issue they offered me 25 percent off my next box and two days later 50 percent off came on the website. THAT BEING SAID, the box does have nice stuff inside and I kind of like it. It’s only if you get a problem that they are most likely not going to help you at all.

Like a lot of other people here, I ordered Loot Crate for Christmas. When it became obvious that I wasn't going to get my crate on time of the holidays (It is now the 20th of December and my crate hasn't even shipped), I sent them a message requesting that they cancel my order and refund me. They said that my crate had already shipped. When I asked them to send me the shipping information, the link they sent from FedEx showed that my package was still in pre-shipment. I hasn't even left their facility and they're telling me that I have to wait to receive my package, and then send it back to them before I can get a refund. Their customer service is absolute rubbish. I do not believe they would actually refund me even if I did send the package back.

Takes way too long to receive an order from Loot Crate Vault. Shipping is not free, yet it takes a month to receive an ordered. Will not bother to order from the company again. Will order from eBay or Wish for anime collectibles... shipments from overseas arrive faster then from Loot Cate.

It's great as long as they send your lootcrates on time. I had a 6 month subscription and everything went smoothly until they had forgotten to send my last lootcrate. I don't care if it's a holiday delay, they need to contact their customers by email or warn us about that ahead of time. I was left wondering where my package was for a whole month. It's not my job to contact them about my lootcrate if they're having issues!! When I contacted their customer service, they didn't even compensate me for wasting my time emailing them back and forth for days not to mention my lootcrate never showed up at the expected time. Plus, Terrible customer service!

I liked my first loot crate ( September ), I skipped October because I'm not a horror fan, For my November crate I was very excited for but.... It arrived Dec. 18th which is about 22 days late. The website said crates ship Nov 22.... it didn't ship until Dec 14th ). I get my crate and the box is damaged on the outside.... There's a note in the box saying that one of the items is arriving even later this month... ( when? its frickin' Christmas! and its a November crate... ), They put a gift card for a monthly food subscription place ( I read the details and you would get stuck in a different subscription plan.... It's not even related to a loot crate at all! ), and luckily a decent iron man figure and umbrella. I would be a lot more mad if i didn't get those 2 items ( but probably $30 dollar value and I paid $50 ).

Super long shipping. I wish I'd known how crappy the shipping was, because I ordered items for Christmas and they will not be here on Christmas. Yet the site says shipping happens within 3-5 days. Riiigghhhhtttt. I can't shop a company that flat out lies to customers.

I ordered a gift for a friend and over a week later I had still heard nothing regarding whether it was processed or shipped. I e-mailed them and the following e-mail thread occurred: -Clint - Team Loot Crate (Loot Vault) Dec 10, 8:47 PM PST Hi Rachel, Thank you for contacting us regarding the unfulfilled item(s) on your order. OK bought a legend of Zelda sweatband and a thanos wallet. The sweatband gets here in a week great! But... Where's the wallet? I email them to find out oh no they've had a processing error! Well you know that's OK things happen they say 2-3 weeks, OK I'll live. 3 weeks later it's still not even shipped. I email again where is my item? They now say I have to wait till the end of next week to FIND OUT if I can get my product. Ordered November 12th and it's December 12th. Still waiting.

Been a looter for many years. Seems like every month my crate comes in later and later. They keep on emailing me great discounts on other products. Hey loot crate focus on the shipments at hand and quit emailing me 3-5 emails on discounts. If you cared more about your existing customers give us a discount for the shortcomings of your delivery times. Bottom line loot crate get you self together!

Loot crate was cool, I ordered the Sanrio box and my girlfriend loved it and for the price it wasn’t bad. Currently moving so I wanted to cancel my subscription and they did it easily but I was already charged for it. The lady said she’ll refund me and that I’ll take 3-5 days until my refund was processed. It’s 3 weeks today and it’s so frustrating they don’t even have a phone number to call so it’s all email tag...

Customer service is HORRIBLE. No phone number, no excuses for why I'm missing promised items. And they take forever to get back to you. They are honestly just waiting for a lawsuit, such a ripoff. My boyfriend loves most of the items and it seems legit but PLEASE STEER CLEAR. Find something else more worth your money. I really hope someone sees this and doesn't make the same mistake.

Loot Crate is HORRIBLE! I’ve been paying for 2 subscriptions for 3 months. Emailed them twice with a request to cancel the monthly subscription. Nope! Still kept coming. Just had a chat with someone who informed me they will not take charge off but canceled both subscriptions. DO NOT USE LOOT CRATE! So many other sites out there with better crates and service.
