Ordered in November 2021 and have yet to receive anything. I'm always given the same response when I've inquired about it, every single time! They also never respond when requesting to cancel and getting a refund. Oh and another thing, when you click on customer support on their website, it brings you to a page that doesn't work. Frankly, you're better off going to Hot topic or using Amazon. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARBAGE COMPANY.

Requested a refund after a month of waiting for my box. I received automated replies blaming shipping. $87 later , no box and no way to contact a person. I am very upset

Received incorrect box initially and have 6 missing boxes(2 subscriptions). They auto renewed prior to me canceling subscriptions. Haven’t received any boxes and initial purchase was in 2021. Customer service gives excuse of slow shipping. Reported to BBB with no answer from loot crate. Now fighting for refunds.

Loot crate charged me for my first months shipment in September. I bought one to see if it was worth the money before continuing my subscription. My Marvel "Mighty" shipment was delayed to late October, then I was charged for another "Invincible" crate without having received anything at all. Both shipments were then further delayed to late November... then December. It is now late March. I know that the "Mighty" crate has been released, I've seen unboxing videos for it on YouTube in December. I'm glad that guy got his, I was not so lucky. My second "Invicible" crate is listed on the website as shipping in late March, my first "Mighty" crate isn't even listed with a date anymore. It's too late for me to cancel my charge with the bank. I guess all I can do is chalk my $100 up as a donation to the poor challenged folks at Lootcrate, who are incapable of holding or performing any actual gainful employment.

If I could give zero I would. I had been waiting for my shipping confirmation for 2 almost 3 months after it was supposed to originally ship. After not getting emails for the new shipping dates like they said they would give me I contacted customer service. They were helpful at first but started to become unresponsive. I requested a refund at the beginning of this month and they made sure to cancel my order but I have yet to receive a refund after being told I would 2-5 days after the interaction. When I emailed them again they told me my request was being escalated a second time and I still have yet to hear anything back. I was supposed to have my refund by March 11th.

Never delivered 5 due loot crates constantly blamed it on shipping never responded to emails asking about crate info Save your time and money from these scammers and don’t even try it.

I ordered a single crate in September so that I could judge whether to continue subscribing. They delayed my order and charged me for the next crate without sending the first. I cancelled immediately. My late October crate was delayed to Late November, then late December. It's now March. The delay chart on the website says my second ships this month, but my first isn't even listed anymore. I can't check my account to see if it was delivered or fulfilled because my password (suspiciously) doesn't work anymore, and the website will not send the link to change it, as it says it has. I'm now cut off from communicating with them. No chance of reversing the charge with the bank, it's been too long. Goodbye $130. It was fun earning you!

This is not a legit company, they are scam artists who steal your money and do not send you your items, avoid like the plague!

Received one box in 1 year. Received a nice email, stating they would ship the remaining boxes out. Never happened. Judging by the other reviews, Loot Crate is a scam.

I contacted my bank regarding lootcrate not fulfilling my order and to dispute the charge on my credit card. I ordered my crates November 2021, totalling $381.32. The bank said they cannot do anything after 3 months. If your order has not been shipped, you don't receive your order and they never respond to you, join the club. You must contact your bank before the 120 days is up or you will not be able to dispute your claim. Beware.

Terrible website, impossible to change shipping addresses, non-responsive customer service (only available through email and will just choose not to get in touch with you for no reason), products are okay at best and useless at worst, shipping is ridiculously delayed. I know COVID has hurt shipping, but we're talking 3-4 month delays. I ordered a box in November expecting to get it by Christmas and it was delivered in March. I will never, ever do business with this company again and I would highly encourage you find somewhere else to get your swag from.

I have 5 outstanding crates. was told they would start shipping in February. Now its March and NO ONE even bothers to respond to inquiries or respond to refund request. I am owed over 200.00 which I am thinking it has become a scam and perhaps legal action

I have ordered things almost 6 months ago. First and only crate I have ever received was wrong. Not anything that I ordered or even knew what it was. Other two subscription crates have not been shipped after months. Repeatedly reached out and was told that they were shipping asap. Nothing as of yet. This is all a scam and they will NOT give u ur money back no matter how many times I have emailed and asked about updates and refunds. This is all a joke and will NEVER recommend this to anyone!!! There are much better options out there that actually send u stuff and communicate with u!!!

Haven’t received crates that I pd for, sept. 2021, Oct. 2021, Nov. 2021, Dec 2021, January 2022 and I suspect February is late crate too. I’ve submitted multiple requests for resolution and am always promised it’s shipping soon or in this window. Loot crate was pretty good when they started out.
