I bought the gamer box for my hubby for his birthday in July... it arrived a few days ago (mid December) I had tried contacting loot crate to ask them what was going on and they avoided my question of ‘my tracking number doesn’t work can you find me the correct tracking number’ and just said ‘we will email you a tracking number when it leaves our ward house’ 😫. Once it had arrived.. my partner and I were immensely disappointed with the contents.. a voucher for pubG mobile that expired 3 months ago.. a couple of sew on patches with symbols we don’t recognise.. an enamel pin that says ‘loot crate’ book shelf endings.. and a pubG mobile t shirt which was the only decent thing in the box.. was definitely not any theme to the box other than pubG mobile which my partner doesn’t play anyway.. Will never ever be ordering again and I hope the company dies off. Ruined a birthday present for my hubby.

Wish I would have checked out their reviews and the Better Business Bureau site before I signed up. Charged and never received a single shipment. It's been 4 months (for a monthly shipment subscription). Every time I've logged into my account, it shows the next month as my shipment dates. I've cancelled my subscription and am waiting for some response on either a refund or a shipment.

It seems like everyone, including myself, has been a victim of scam from this company. I ordered a 3 box subscription in June, the first box finally arrived at the end of October and I am still waiting on the other 2 which I am being told will be shipped the middle of January. One is a holiday box, who wants a holiday box after the holidays? I have been trying to get a refund and since they are in the middle of a bankruptcy (no surprise there if this is how they run their business), I have been told they are not allowed to issue refunds (who knows if that is true). I have emailed several times and they always respond but I have been given the run-around each time. The CSRs act like nothing is wrong and never do anything to resolve the issue. I would advise anyone to stay far away from this company.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DO NOT PUT MONEY INTO THIS COMPANY!!!! I have been waiting for six months for my first crate to come keep in mind my subscription is up now and I quickly discontinued any other transactions with them, to put it plainly this is theft on top of poor business.

I've been waiting since July for a crate, and September for a 2nd one. At this point in time I cant go anything other than file a claim in their bankruptcy case or try and get my bank to refund the charges. There was very minimal communication from them until after they filed for bankruptcy. Since then their support has been unhelpful and wasnt even able to give me a time frame for when I'd even be able to track my package, a package that was supposed to have arrived at my house about 4 times over already. Even before all this the crates were never on time and I'm paying almost double what the site advertises just for a bimonthly subscription. Please dont waste your money here

This company is a terrible, the crates are never, ever on time, I’m still waiting for August’s crate. No communication from them what so ever, but they sure don’t miss a beat when when it’s time to collect dues. Beware of this company, they’re just not worth the aggravation.

I ordered a September box and it STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED as of December 1. They canceled my subscription but would not refund my money and cancel the existing back orders. I gave this as a gift for my husband ... WORST BIRTHDAY PRESENT EVER.

My wife ordered her me and my son different crates and after I found out there was another she wanted I ordered that one for her, all together with the one I ordered and the ones my wife ordered we got 4, we waited an outrageous amount of time for them and were not able to get a refund we finally got our boxes. We were very disappointed with the boxes and understood why loot crate was having financial troubles I’d those were the boxes they were sending out. I thought with all the trouble they have been having they would want to make sure their boxes were great and not disappointing. I have since ordered other box’s from other companies and received them on time and they were better than expected not disappointing at all. I truest wish I was able to get a refund and not the box’s we got.

I placed an order back in September for the fright crate and still haven’t received it yet. I was told it was coming in November but now the website is telling me December. Dissatisfied is an understatement.

Do not waste your money - Wizarding World crate has become a joke. We paid for the July crate and still have not received it (as of the 19th November!). When I have tried to follow it up I keep getting the same generic response saying they are having logistical and tracking issues but it will be on its way. When I ask to just cancel the order and for them to provide a full refund, the company just ignores the request and just tells me to wait.

Never received my first box and they actually charged me for the second one on the next billing cycle!!!! Had to fight with my bank to get the $ returned. NOT WORTH THE STRESS!

I really wanted to love Loot Crate. We subscribed last November to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter for our daughter's 12th birthday last December. Because of their shipping schedule, our first crate didn't ship until the end of January. Then they declared bankruptcy and suspended all shipments due to financial reorganizing. I'm fairly patient and wasn't too concerned. But then we moved to a new state halfway across the country and even though I had updated our new mailing address online, they still shipped the crate to our old address. I emailed customer service with our old and new addresses (even though I had already updated it online) and was asked to RESEND OUR ADDRESS in a specific format. Couldn't they just retype it the way they wanted it???And STILL NO RESOLUTION from the company on getting me the crate they shipped incorrectly. Finally we were able to get an old neighbor to track it down with the people who had bought our house and they kindly shipped it to us. But the tshirt included has a typo on it - "ear muffs must be warn" instead of "worn". Great quality assurance, China. Cancelled my subscription.

I was subscribed to the Halo Crate, it was cool at first. Well they billed me for six more crates in July 2019. Well they cancelled that series and instead of refunding my money they enrolled me in a other crate without my knowledge. I had no reason to suspect anything was wrong till late October when no crate arrived. That is when I found out. They have also declared bankruptcy so I can't even get a refund from them I have to try to go through the bankruptcy processing and fill out some for or try and dispute the charges on my credit card. Not sure what happened to them but DO NOT SUBSCRIBE OR SEND THEM MONEY. You will only be disappointed when they bill you and you don't get what you paid for.

When it first started everything came on time and it was good quality. Now it has became a scam. I pre ordered the elder scrolls crate a year ago and it keeps getting pushed back. I had to canceled so I wouldn't be charged for the next shipment (even that is still pending). Still never received the first one. I should have gotten four boxes by now. I can't get a refund because they filled for bankruptcy chapter 11. They keep advertising new crates!!! Don't do it whatever you do!

We ordered a Harry Potter Loot crate subscription for our 15y.o. daughter and a six package subscription over one year and a twelve package a year Lootwear subscription for our 16y.o. son last year as a Christmas gift. From December to October we have received 3 Harry Potter and are back-ordered for 2. July's order was delivered last week, in October. In 10 months the Lootwear subscription is back-ordered for 6 or 7 packages. Lootcrate does not offer a phone number or live chat for customer service. Their email responses are non-committal as to when back-ordered packages will be delivered. This business practice is completely unacceptable but especially when dealing with children and adolescents. Do not waste your time or money on Lootcrate!

I ordered a crate in September. After completing the purchase, I received a purchase confirmation estimating my crate's arrival between September 20 - October 11. It is now October 25; I sent an email to the support team a few days after the last day within its estimation. Their response, two days later, informed that something had gone wrong and my new estimation was in late November. I did not want to wait that long for it, so I decided to reply requesting a cancellation and a refund. I checked the site today, the crate has been cancelled, however, the money has not been refunded. I live in Virginia, LootCrate is located in California. It does not take more than three weeks for an item to be shipped and received from there. I highly discourage ever purchasing from LootCrate.

Ordered a crate in June and July which got pushed back every time we checked the tracking. Called them last month for them to tell us "it will get there when it gets there". Seriously? It should have been here for a birthday 4 months ago! Awful service but great SCAM!
