“Possibly the best customer service experience I have ever had. My phone (with a smashed screen (drunken incident - don't ask)) was picked up by courier at 10.30 am and was returned to me with a beautiful new screen at 11.05 am on the same morning by the same courier. Amazing!”

“I went to Lovefone for a repair on an iphone a while back and after looking at the problem they said they couldn't fix it, however, the did fix the speaker so I could hear calls and they didn't charge me for it. So months later when my daughter needed her screen changed I took it straight to them. I arrive unannounced and I said I needed it done asap. They had it for me with in 20 minutes. Although the £70 charge is on the high side I would definitely use them next time as the service is 1st class and I really feel I can trust these guys. I've tried other places and had bad experiences.”

“Talk about a brilliant and simple service: I reserved a time slot online for the next day, I received a confirmation that they had me down and an appointment confirmation would follow. Next day I received my confirmation on the morning, wandered in at the appropriate time and a friendly chap dealt with me explaining the repair of my Nexus 5 should be 30-40 minutes. Perfect, just time for lunch. I went back 40 minutes later, phone happy, me happy! I'll be recommending them to anyone who asks :-)”

“Absolutely no complaints - I arrived with a cracked tablet screen at around 4pm on a Friday. They said they could not guarantee a same-day repair, since they had a waiting list and repairs generally took two hours to process, but took my mobile number. I got a call at about 5:45, picked up my tablet and so far it is good as new - the screen feels the same and is just as responsive.”

“I was very impressed from the first contact by email and phone with this company. They were extremely helpfull, and gave me directions to their shop. They welcomed me and told me the exact time I could collect my iphone. They repaired my and replaced my power button, and the price was amazing. I will always use and recommed them to my family and friends.”
