“I couldn't believe how quick and easy the service was. My Nexus 5 was suffering from the infamous stuck power button problem. I filled out the form on the website on Sunday night and I got an email response first thing on Monday. By 11am, the courier picked up the phone directly from my office and it was returned back to me in fully working order by around 4pm. And I didn't even have to leave work! Excellent service and communication and I've been recommending it to anyone that has trouble finding time or the right place to get their phone sorted out.”

“My dog tripped me up on my run and I 'had a fall' and bust my phone. From a really annoying and painful situation the lovely people at Love Fone made the process of getting a mew phone screen a pleasant process! I popped in, without an appointment, and sat doing emails on my laptop, warm and cosy, and in 10 minutes my phone was back up and running. Brilliant!”

“I had the battery on my iPhone 5S replaced, in-store. Service was very quick - I was skeptical of the "15 minutes while you wait" promise on the website, but it only took 12 minutes, if that. The technician was also helpful, in that he gave me an honest and realistic view of how much extra life this battery change would give my device - IE: that the rest of the phone is still two years old, so don't expect same performance as when it was fresh from the box. As such, I was extremely happy with the service I received, and am glad I had this done properly by Lovefone rather than take the risk on performing such a repair myself.”

“Excellent service, fast and easy. I was surprised how quick it took to replace my phone battery. The website is also very nicely designed, and the primary reason I chose Lovefone over competitors was due to the simplicity and elegance of the website. The service has a fair price, and the location of the shop is good, although the banner outside the shop isn't so easy to read from a far distance (the Lovefone logo could be more distinct, like in the London Graphics Shop just up the road).”

“The process was super easy, and Roxanne was very helpful in her emails. A courier came and picked my iPhone up, and within two hours it was fixed and back in my hand. The online payment was super easy too - couldn't be happier!! Would definitely recommend or use again if there is more iPhone screen smashing!”

“Store conveniently located near Goodge Street tube. Repair of damaged screen, damaged back and power button plus replacement of battery all done in under thirty minutes. I sat and read my book as I waited. I was dealt by staff with professionalism, friendliness and understanding.”
