Absolute joke! Sold a hoilday with water slides for my 3 and 5 year old to find out they are closed and was told I'd have to pay £600 cancellation fee! I fought this and won after manager listened to phone call and discovered it was a sales error!! Changed hotel and arrived in spain last week with no transfer there for us at 11pm as transfer was still in old hotel!!! Had to get a taxi to my hotel 2 hours away costing me €300!! Rang them all week during hoilday for my refund and to ensure transfer was amended! Got fobbed off by 6 different staff telling me it was sorted to finally on the last day get a email saying I had a private transfer day of departure as compensation! No transfer turned up!!! Rang lovehoildays which their words were nothing we can do you will have to pay €300 again on a taxi and send in the receipt!!! Absolutely disgusting it is when I'm a single parent to two children and this was the first time I have taken them alone! No spending money left once paid £600 on taxis!!! Rude and unhelpful staff Will never use again

They are a rip off, the site is misleading and the pricing is all over the place but whenever they change they always increase. I will never use them again

AVOID! AVOID ! AVOID ! , Price increased by £600 without any correspondence and that was after holiday confirmation booking confirmed 2 weeks previously , unable to contact to find out why and are in process of cancelling how painful that will be who knows , please use reputable company not these SCAMMING JOKERS !!!!!!!

Disgusted booked another holiday with them after other got cancelled as one Thomas Cooke flight. Holiday came up as pending apparently suppose get a call back within 48 hours 6 days later nothing. Can not get in touch with them at all.

Lovehoidays has humiliated me, I booked my ticket mid sept2019 and I was affected by Thomas cook for flight outbound but my hotel and inbound was different. Everyday I call the customer service makes up as they go a long, manager don't care about customers. They owe me over £1000, I am mentally struggling this company should not exist. I will not stop until I get what they owe me, i am arranging a demonstration against abuse of power. They tell to make complaint which takes more time and your money loses its value, if my mental stability goes its because of loveholidays. They display careless behaviour, I have so far spoken three different people and they all tell different thing. The owners should feel ashamed keeping customers mentally hostage, don't trust your holidays and money with love holidays.

Booked the past 3 years. Excellent service. Flight from USA fantastic even though the company Thomas Cook went bust. Booked up for next year but cannot get through to speak to them. Obviously busy. So, hopefully my holiday will go ahead.

After booking a all inclusive holiday with love holidays sadly we had Thomas Cook flights . LH emailed to offer one of 3 options -alternative flight ( non available) -another holiday -total refund I requested a refund . In return I received an email stating this would be processed within 72 hrs. 96 hrs later it still wasn’t refunded. I then contacted LH by phone -they said their email was incorrect and refund would take 5 days ..... it’s now day 6 ....no refund -no contact -waiting for a LH to answer phone is unbelievable-on LH site it states refunds will be made straight away ??? This is outrageous-meanwhile any other holidays I’ve chosen ( with different travel companies) have already been taken . Why can’t LH do what they say they are going to do instead of fobbing customers off? Sadly I’m not in a financial position to pay for another holiday until LH has reimbursed me -DREADFUL UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY -AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Anyone got advice for me? Booked a holiday with these clowns a week ago, they took the full payment, only to then get a message saying holiday is "pending" so not confirmed. I can't get any response from their "Message" area and have spent hours trying to get someone to pick up the phone. NOTHING so far. Is this a fraudulent site? How do I get to speak with someone?

Complete lack of customer care/service. Do not assist with any disputes or complaints. Rude staff and internal communication is no existent! Book elsewhere. I have used these a few times but never again and neither will any of my family members. Complete and utter embarrassment of a company.

Absolutely appalling customer service. We booked a hotel through them, due to Thomas Cook we were unable to travel to Cancun. We have tried for weeks to get in touch with them for the cancellation. The date of the stay has passed and still unable to get in touch as only a phone number left on the website. Got through today and the customer service is absolutely appalling. The man threatened to hang up on me several times and also refused to let me speak to anyone else. This was after being on hold for 28minutes. I would not recommend this company.

Booked a Holiday to Turkey leaving 18/10/19 paid in 3 installments & had confirmation of this via several emails. Love Holidays have now emailed me to say that we owe an additional £362.00 and if we don't pay it they will cancel our holiday & we will loose nearly £3k!!!! THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH... you are lucky if you even get an answer over the phone, let alone someone that understand English. Save your frustrations as this Company are adding on money last minute due to the collapse of Thomas Cook!!!! DO NOT BOOK!!!!

Just called Love holidays (5/10/2019) to confirm that we had cancelled a holiday to rebook the same holiday to get an extra day. We were not Informed that we would be liable for full payment of the flights at £2000, plus ATOL fees and cancellation fees of £75 each. In total we are paying over £5000 for 5 days for 4 people for my dads 80th to Dubai. Not one customer service representative mentioned this.

I have just returned from the holiday from hell, and feel the need to warn people thinking of booking with these cowboys... I Booked to go to Majorca after having our first holiday to Skiathos cancelled due to collapse of Thomas Cook. Refund was fairly quick. Flew to Majorca, got on transfer to hotel, all good so far. Arrive at hotel at 1am, to discover Loveholidays had failed to book our hotel.. called In Resort help line, to be told all they would do is refund our money for hotel... we were stuck in Majorca with nowhere to stay as hotel, and no help whatsoever from love holidays... taking up complaint with them.. watch this space

We booked a holiday through love holidays to Turkey, but the day we were due to travel Thomas cook went through. Within 72 hrs love holidays had given us a full refund no fuss no hassle excellent service and would recommend this company. Thank you love holidays excellent service.

I will explain everything very simply and honestly I located a holiday package with Love holidays on Sunday 22nd Sept 2019 and the following day at 13.00 I decided to put down a deposit to secure the holiday with confirmation expected within 72 hours. They took my deposit on Tuesday (24 hours later) but by Thursday (96 Hours later) I still had not received a response confirming my booking so i called them up. Frustration set in as I had to wait 30 minutes before they picked up the phone and even then they said I would be transferred to the relevant team but instead I was put on hold for another 20 minutes at which point I gave up trying. The next day I sent them a Facebook message asking when would my pending booking be processed and they replied with a generic message about Thomas Cook advising my booking may or may not be cancelled. Now my booking had nothing to do with Thomas cook so this worried me. I responded and asked them has if my holiday had been cancelled and they said they were still processing but with no confirmation of when this would be completed. Stuck in limbo with my money taken and inadequate responses I had to wait until Sunday 29th September 2019 before I had received confirmation from Love Holidays. However this was not the end of it as Love Holiday is only an agent and the actual provider of the flights (JTA Travel) is stilling processing the booking so effectively I only have the hotel and transfer fully booked. I personally feel that the clarity of booking details and customer assistance is shocking and it is painfully clear that once your money is in their account you are on your own in my opinion. They only reason I have not cancelled is that my other half has set her heart on it but there will be no repeat business in the future as I won't use this service again. I am usually careful when booking my holidays (Traveled to 30 Countries and counting) so I accept this is my own fault for falling for a cheap price and not look at the service provider reviews or t&c in details. However to help others let me provide some advise: 1) Love holidays is purely an agent, it will be your responsibility to do all the leg work if anything changes. You will have to contact the Airline or the hotel or transfer company directly and from my experience you will not get any help from Love Holidays if things go wrong or change. 2) My experience of customer service and response times is terrible so my advise is expect the same if you do book with them 3) Don't get sucked in by the price, technically the individual providers can all increase the price before confirmation (Took almost a week for two of the 3 providers to fully confirm). Yes you can cancel if a price changes but why should you trust a website if they advertise prices incorrectly. Simple logic in my opinion. 4) In my opinion I recommend using this website purely for locating an airline or hotel and would book else where. This review is my honest experience and opinion and I hope this helps others. Update 02/10/2019 So after trying via phone and Facebook to get some clarification on the flights, I finally managed to contact Love Holidays on their chat function. After 30 minutes I discovered that despite Love Holiday confirming my booking and flights, the company that actually issue the flight tickets (JTA Travel) actually cancelled the flights and did not update Love Holiday. So effectively if I did not proactively chase this up I could of turn't up to the airport next year to discover there was no flight. They did issue a refund but this will take another 5 working days so more waiting around. Honestly I am relieved to get a refund as I don't have to deal with this travel agent any more. Never again.

Booked a holiday for 10 nights in tunisia , Flights through TC which went bust whilst we were away No issues at the resort told our flight would be delayed the day before so spent an extra 6 hrs at the hotel and flew home later with no issues First time i have used them and would use again

Book hotel thru their website in cyprus club st george resort. Went there on half board basis. Food was awfull so wanted to change it to b&b since its hard to ruin a breakfast. After numeriuos of emails to them been told that hotel is not changing it and even if they are im getting nothing back due to live pricing. (Loads of crap) next day spoke with receptionist n been told they are more than willing to refund a differance but they need an invoice from a company to do it. So long story short loveholidays could not give less damn about their customers.

TERRIBLE company please keep away! We had our holiday cancelled by Love holidays after Thomas cook went bust. They rang us the next day offering a refund. Took all the details of our booking over the phone including bank details. Our money was supposed to be tranfered within 5 working days, when the money didn't come in we phoned them. Just to be informed that they had already transferred over £2000 into an account we dont own and hadn't given them the details for. Spent hours on the phone with them trying to sort it out being put on hold most of the time. They now say there is nothing they can do as they've already tranfered the money! Help! Never using them again.
