These fraudsters do not even deserve one star. They take your money for holidays knowing they are not available. Such frausters should not be allowed to operate

Ok really, really fed-up. You get fantastic pricing on the website and easy to use. Then when you want to book you are told to phone a number..... 22 times I've phoned today - Got cut off twice after waiting 18 mins and then 22 mins. Tried again recently waited 38 mins got told i was through to the wrong number and they would transfer me to the correct department... another 15 mins and then went dead. I phoned again waited 22 mins and then was told again i was at the wrong department - I advised that it's the number that is quoted on the website, they were nice but again told me I was through to the wrong department. Transferred again, gave-up after another 22 mins. Read some other reviews and obviously this is a con as the website pricing cannot be transferred into a sale. Forget it - Stick with On the beach and Travel republic at least they exist....

Probably the worst customer service experience ever. Only giving one star as zero is not an option. Had a terrible experience whilst on holiday and tried phoning and emailing Love Holidays for assistace and no response was given to either. Upon our return we wrote a lengthy complaint and as yet we still have had no response whatsoever. I rang customer services and spoke to a manager and was totally fobbed off by an arrogant chap, refered serveral times to small print etc. So in summary if you want a holiday with any assistance whatsoever after you have parted with your money, DO NOT use love Holidays.

Booked an all inclusive for 10days to find out on arrival Love Holidays request the cheapest rooms for there clients . When questioning the all inclusive and rooms spent 5 of our days on the phone to resolve the matter and then had our all inclusive stopped in be known to us . I have emailed called and now been told it isn’t anything to do with them it is the providers .. I.e hotel so in effect Love Holidays take your money and leave you high and dry and all they do is send automated emails .. disgusting customer service

booked a 2 bedroom apt with love holidays to summertime apts sidari all inclusive for 2 adults 2 kids 8 and 2 1600 was the total paid on arrival there was1 room 3 beds and a campbed all lined up next to each other the fridge freezer was rusty room had fleas and ants boys got bit by bedbugs food was attrocious mondays chips were still getting seved on thursday took kids down for breakfast weds they were offerd cornflakes with choclate sauce or honey no milk kids eat nothing there all week place was a dirty smelly place every time we complained fobbed off also phoned love holidays lady put the phone down on me great customer service also weds lunch was cancelled how can that be in a so called all inclusive hotel the way we were treated by hotel aand love holidays is not on we will be taking this further

Booked all inclusive holiday 2 adults 2 children at summertime apartments in sidari the food was terrible no kids menu had to eat out every night which cost me money I shouldn't have to spend fleas and ants in room was a disgrace I wouldn't recommend this hotel for family holiday catered for Eastern European people waste of money I've been going to sidari for years and this has been my worse holiday yet I save all year to get a week of enjoyment and I couldn't wait to get back home if I had enough money I would have booked into another hotel certainly not for family with kids

After winning a discount voucher to use with a love holidays holiday I have to agree with most of the comments. It took them 5 months to contact me about my winning voucher. Over the last 2 days I have tried to book a holiday with them. I think the operators are just part time people working from home and manning phones a few hours a week. Doesn't seem like a professional company at all. They have 1 x telephone number that seems to link all the agents. Very hard to contact and speak with them. They don't respond to emails or calls and actually are very rude and not helpful. After having some difficulty booking as I got told the person dealing with my request is off until Sunday I decided to research the company. 1.4 / 5 as a business rating tells the story really. If I hadn't done this I could have become another victim. Theres no way I will use this company voucher or no voucher. I have now contacted my companies customer services department who issues me the voucher to investigate their code of practices.

The worst customer service ever! Missed flight due to an accident on the motorway, not our fault. They did not care at all after taking the money for the holiday, just tried get us off the phone instead of helping! Instead they had told us to book another one way flight full price again and we can use the previous return ticket. So we booked the one way ticket and spent an extra £750 for it, thinking we can use our initial return ticket as we had been advised by loveholidays. Emirates said you cannot do that, so loveholidays gave us false information! Luckily Emirates help us by booking us on the next flight even though it was loveholidays job to do this. Even Emirates were disgusted and do not recommed this company as many other have had such a bad time with loveholidays when they have a a problem. The staff are untrained and unprofessional.

have just booked holiday with loveholidays cannot believe the bad reviews for this company , the operator who booked our holiday named Jed could not have done more for us , we are old age pensioners and where so pleased for all the help he gave us even to printing our transfers and booking our boarding passes definetley went the extra mile to help us, would recommend this company

Woefull company, appalling communication skills. Booked a holiday and then realised hadn’t booked breakfast so rang them and was told “that’s no problem just go into your booking and add it”. Did this and paid for breakfast. A week before we are due to travel I find out they cancelled the breakfast booking without telling me and now want nearly £300 for it. £300 for a weeks breakfast in Portugal, you’re having a laugh. Tried speaking to them but it’s like talking to robots reading a script. They asked me to message them and they’ve ignored that. Won’t ever book with them again.

Several weeks ago I booked a short trip to Dubai through Love Holidays, five Days ago unfortunately I had to change my Dates, Love Holidays (hereafter LH) were very professional ,and honoured my request, they also stated that I was due a refund, So Just like another reviewer , Chris D. , I also checked my account and the refund was paid , plus a foreign exchange fee ( which I find most incredible ), Then I proceeded to check with the Hotel in Dubai to make sure the Dates had been changed and they confirmed that they were. I know that L.H. has received some bad reviews but one must tell it as they see it , L.H. have been very professional , and I will not hesitate to use them again.

We booked a very expensive last minute holiday with LH. As an afterthought I checked some reviews and was left panick stricken with just how many bad reviews there were. I got in touch with the various providers (flight/transfer/hotel) to check that all was in order, which they confirmed it was. I don't normally leave feedback but thought as LH seem to have received such poor reviews and my whole experience was so positive, it seemed only fair to share this. I'd use them again, although I'd say there is rarely smoke without fire, so perhaps as I did on this ocassion would do the checks immediately after booking to make sure everything is in order.

Tried to book online at advertised holiday price, only to get message that I'd need to phone to complete transaction. Did that and spoke to Doris, only to be told the issue was that the advertised holiday was not available at that price, but I'd need to pay more. Agreed reluctantly, they took my money but got a call next day from Doris again to say that the room had been sold before they could secure it, but guess what, there were more available, but at an increased cost! Asked to Cancel transaction, (still have pending payment in my account though) Seem like a bunch of charlatans on the make to me. Will never use again.

They only get 1 Star because I can't leave zero! Appalling experience with this provider, who "hide" behind the various intermediaries that they deal with to DODGE issues when they arise. I've used them once, and that will be all, for sure! Raised the problem with them while I was at the Hotel in question, and since then ALL they have done is to attempt to defend their position and fail to see that THEIR systems are full of flaws and fail to resolve anything at all. Lame excuses, poor systems - oh yes..... That'll be LOVEHOLIDAYS.COM

Actually all the reviews I have read since the holiday and those before were ultimately spot on. Badly advertised on the hotel point of view. Incorrect information and bad communication with transfer. Flights with vueling AWFUL. The only saving grace was the beach but the chaps charging for sunbeds so rude and I was not allowed a sunbed of choice because I was on my own. The entire holiday as others have said really bad and would definitely not use loveholidays again. The lady I first spoke to to enquire was massively rude and they are 'not allowed to give you any information' you have to call airline and hotel direct (thought that was the point of an agent). I have made a complaint regarding several bad things on this holiday and loveholidays won't help at all. I would not recommend using loveholidays at all. Incredibly bad experience

Appauling customer service. Even managers cant help you to do something as simple as add a person to your hotel. Today is one of many calls. I spoke to customer service then ammendments then sales, then Anna in customer services snd then a manager cslled Alistair who was also useless. I cancelled in the end and went with a better company. I would never use them again.

Fuming!! Not quite sure why you fail to deliver customer service ! I paid of a transfer FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL as stated on the transfer voucher and like wise FROM THE HOTEL TO THE AIRPORT no where on the sent information does it state dump in a town and say ‘I don’t know where the hotel is but this is where I’m leaving you!’ I googled it and tried to explain that the hotel was a 50 min walk or a 10 minute taxi !! I showed him and he said I don’t know where the hotel is but I’m leaving !! You kidding me then I’ve had to pay for an extra €15 euros for a taxi to take us to the hotel !! Then when I ring up you’re apologising telling me that that’s no acceptable and transfer company should of informed me and that it was a drop off point and not a direct transfer, I would be refunded the €15 euros (still waiting on that!) And the quality customer service I received was ‘ I can cancel the transfer and get a refund and figured it out myself or I can PAY more for a smaller private shuttle!! ARE YOU MAD !! YOU SHOULD BE TELLING BE THAT AS A MISTAKE HAS BEEN MADE ON YOURS AND THE TRANSFER COMPANYS SIDE THAT YOU WILL BE PROVIDING A SUITABLE SHUTTLE TO COLLECT US FROM THE HOTEL BACK TO THE AIRPORT If that was the message I’d received I would be fine and not have to rant !! I’m on holiday to relax and chill out and should t have to be sending emails and calls to deal with something that quite frankly is NOT MY FRIGGING FAULT !!! The easiest solution to rectify the mistake is the above! Your services are a JOKE!

Seems to common theme with miss selling holidays and hotels. Arrived at our hotel only to find their were no rooms. Was put in a house with damp smelling rooms with unclean crusty bathrooms It was like a hostel. Only to be told their was no other rooms at the inn. Stay away from love holidays and the hotel pin do sol in Portugal.
