Had to wait 90mins for transfer to hotel. Hotel had no heating and our room was very cold in the evening. Contacted Love Holidays about this - waste of time!! Hotel advertised as four star - that was a joke!!! I've booked through these people before, but never again!!!!

Would give zero if I could! Literally a bunch of cowboys! Avoid at all costs! Can't believe this joke of a company is still running!

this company does not issue invoices of any sort so if its a business trip you plan to go on using Love Holidays you will not receive any sort of documentation from hotel they have booked you into, accordingly you will not be able to claim Vat or business expenses from HMRC.

Various problems with this company, even if you complain whilst on holiday they will not communicate with you properly, they will keep telling you they have 28 days etc. They will stall without giving you an answer, they will also then tell you they are the booking agents but not the company that will answer your questions. You will never receive an apology or money back eventhough they misrepresent the holidays they are advertising.

DO NOT USE. Got a call 2days prior to our flight that our hotel was shutting for a renovation, Considering I booked it as it was only half hour from the airport. Offered the other option’ which was 1hr 25 Mins Out, After Continuously Chasing Them, Calling Them everyday. We were promised transfers due to the mess up. Btw, It Never happened, we had pay the taxi ourselfs costing us double the amount. Yes I Was Refunded Those Fares Eventually But It Was Too Little Too Late. Customer Service Is Disgusting. Never Ever, I Mean Ever Trusting These Scums Again. Waste Ov Money, And Your Peace. It’s not worth it.

If you want to have peace of mind from the minute you book your holiday I strongly suggest you do not use this company!! 6 of us booked a short break over next Easter, when initially booking it we conveniently got a phone call within an hour to say the flight prices had increased so reluctantly we agreed to pay the extra in order to make the most of our Friday to Monday break, as this is the only time we can all get off together as we all work at the same place, and meaning we would be flying early Friday morning at 5.40am, then the dreaded happened with Thomas Cook, which I understand is out of loveholidays control, but from a customer service point of view without any contact they then stick us on a flight at 17.10pm that day, meaning we arrive at our destination having lost a full day, and the flight they have stuck us on was a lot cheaper than we originally paid,I checked the flights myself and there was another flight with Ryanair at 7.00am they could of put us on, but in order to save themselves a few pound their explanation was they are within their rights as it’s within 12 hours of our original flight, I contacted them numerous time’s and had no reply, I spoke to them online chat and just got a straight no, there was no option to change our flight, cancel it and book our own, or a refund. I complained to ABTA and the best advice they could offer which was the advice of loveholidays is to still travel, cut our holiday short and then make a further compliant when we return, given the service I have already received from them I am expecting them to pretty much say what they already have, and that’s tough!!!! They are still continuing to take our money though. No communication, and the customer service is shocking!!!!! I will stick to what I know in future!!!

Loveholiday customer service is disgusting I should have seen the red flags when I had a nasty old lady on the phone that refused to help me they offer price match on there website yet they do not keep to it I hung up called someone else and she was rude again (not regarding the price match did not mention it) I had to hang up and call again hoping to speak to someone much friendlier which I end up doing and I booked the flight and hotel with them MY BIGGEST MISTAKE. After a few days later when I had a look at my invoice I noticed I was charged more I had to call in to get the change I then notice I asked for 20kg but was given 2x 10KG once they receive a payment from you they do not want to help you after as you can not cancel I asked to make a complaint with a manager and they refused to let me make a complain how disgusting and shocking is that they are telling me indirectly I’m lying over the phone the advisor was rude kept on interrupting me over the phone I will not recommend love holiday and I will not be putting my money into a business that can not invest in their service I’m now having to spend more money because of them I Recommend you stay away from this company if you want a stress free booking!!

Booked a 5-day stay at a hotel in Washington D.C. with them paid and received a confirmation. But when we (2 adults, 1 toddler) wanted to check in we were told that our room was cancelled by loveholidays. So I called the support hotline to get an alternative hotel, just to be informed that they couldn't find a room for us. In the end I managed to find another room by myself. The support guy also promised me (by phone and email) to refund the originally paid fee and in addition 50% of the extra costs of the new hotel. This was back in May, I'm still waiting to receive my money. Wrote several emails and called the loveholidays support hotline. Just to be told that they'll take care and the case needs to be investigated.

Left us in the lurch and out of pocket We had an extremely frustrating experience with Love Holidays. My mother and I booked a package holiday in Morocco including flights, hotel and transfers. The flights and hotel were great, however the transfer service was appalling. Our transfer from the airport failed to arrive we were told by Love Holidays' 24 hour helpline that they could not help us as they could not contact the supplier and their only advice was that we should arrange a 3 hour journey at 10pm ourselves at our own expense (despite having booked and paid for a transfer weeks earlier to avoid this exact situation). We were left to negotiate with local drivers who had us over a barrel on price and we had to try to exchange local currency late at night in a back street in an unfamiliar city. After many phone calls and emails during our holiday to try to ensure that the return transfer to catch our flight was going to arrive as booked and repeated assurances from Love Holidays that it was all confirmed, it also failed to arrive. We tried to call the transfer company direct and their number was out of service. Again Love Holidays "helpline" told us they couldn't do anything and we should sort it out ourselves. Luckily our hotel came to the rescue and found someone willing to do the journey at short notice and I just made it to the airport in time for my flight, again being left to pay the additional fare myself. From our experience it is worth noting that the 24 hour "in resort helpline" appears to offer little assistance. They are incredibly apologetic but are unable to assist in resolving issues and simply recommend you speak to the "service provider" providing no assistance themselves.

Anyone who had their flights re booked with love holidays and are not happy with them please speak to ABTA and the flight company. Easyjet have informed me that as a 3rd party agent that love (irrelevant of their ts and cs) should get customers knowledge and consent to make a new booking. They have to agree to this when booking flights that customers have knowledge and consent. The more people who contact ABTA and the legal teams of the flight companies the better. I keep getting standard replies from love saying there is nothing they will do when they booked 2 out of our 9 party onto a new flights and refunded the other 7 - bearing in mind the 2 are my disabled parents. I know alot of people had new flights booked they were unhappy with so the more people who contact ABTA the better and also the legal teams of the airlines.

Absolutely rubbish booking experience and customer service completely inadequate. I booked a holiday over 3 weeks ago and immediately noticed when the confirmation came through that although I had paid more for the option suite with balcony my confirmation stated classic suite none of which have a balcony, so I effect I was charged an additional amount for lower costing accommodation of which I didn’t book. I immediately highlighted this only to be advised I must have booked the standard suite, after numerous calls and emails some 3 weeks later it was confirmed that there had been a problem at Love Holidays end and they would look to resolve the issue. I highlighted to Love Holidays that the option sold to me was still be advertised on their site weeks later even though they were unable to provide this to customers. Due to the time lapsed there are no longer suites with a balcony available as per message received today and now to ‘take my chances’ that the hotel may have a room with balancing when I arrive at the hotel or my other option is for me to look online into changing my accommodation. No suggestions or alternatives provided by Love Holidays although the fault lies completely with them. I have not received 1 call in all the weeks of this and feel the customer service is very poor, I have asked for a call from a Team Leader but all I have received are messages via my online account and today even though the issue wasn’t resolved the Team Manger closed the online conversation so I was unable to respond and I had to call them again in an effort to try and rectify the issue. There has been no mention of me being over charged by Love Holidays during the course of email ping pong. I have to look online to choose alternative accommodation! Come on Love Holidays, you can do better than this surely!! I feel let down, frustrated and deflated. I would carefully consider making a booking with them.

Love holidays is a scam, do not book a holiday on their website. I paid a deposit for a package holiday on love holidays website, I had to cancel the holiday, I requested my deposit to be refunded, I was misled to enter my card details for a refund but instead love holidays took more money from my account then stated I was not entitled to a refund. Their terms and conditions are unclear and not displayed clearly until after you something goes wrong. PLEASE PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF LOVE HOLIDAYS WEDSITE!! YOUVE BEEN WARNED

I had to cancel my holiday for health reasons so i claim with my insurance who were very good regarding the claim and told me to contact my holiday company and ask them for confirmation that love holidays will not reimburse any money regarding the holiday so I phoned customer services (what a joke) Rui (nice lad ) told me they cannot do this as it is not allowed but not to worry he can get me the number for my hotel in spain and told me to ask them for proof also he gave me the number of jet2 and to do the same there after much discussion and getting no where I gave up what a company ive been with them 4 times always with the family (12 kids and grand kids) no problems thank god this was a quiet hol for me and the wife so the point im trying to make is this its the equivalent of buying something from a shop and not being happy with your purchase so you return it and the shop says to you its nothing we can do youll have to ask the manufacturer in India for help ive got their number

My wife and I booked a package deal thru love holidays to our favourite destination. (Calpe Spain) Apartment, flights and transfers included. Unfortunately, the outbound journey was fraught with complications and rowdy passengers. The flight was with Ryan Air which itself was quite good for a budget airline. However, passenger control was poor, during the flight several passengers (from a stag party) decided it was fine do drink too much and stand chatting very loudly in the gangway of the aircraft and the language in ear shot of younger passengers in my opinion was appalling at best. One of the stag party also found it necessary to pass wind at regular intervals with an odour that I can only describe as agricultural. I don’t hold any blame for the Airline on this, it appears that some passengers have little or no respect for anyone else nowadays this is something that will only escalate as time goes by. I think that the Airlines are fighting a losing battle with behaviour of passengers and the passengers in question don’t seem to see the danger of their behaviour and the impact it has on others. The world I would use is “Selfish”. Unfortunately, our flight had to be diverted to Valencia as there had been some severe weather in Alicante that had caused mud slides and flooding so the flight couldn’t land, this is fair enough these things happen. The onward journey was from Valencia to Alicante by coach which was quite pleasant albeit a long journey. On arrival at Alicante where told by the Love holidays rep that we would have to take another coach to Benidorm and catch a taxi the rest of the way, the cost of the taxi would be refunded on our return home. So patiently we accepted this and off to Benidorm my wife and I were taken. We arrived at a taxi rank and we took the first taxi available to Calpe'. The onward journey was a little stressful due to being driven at breakneck pace by a driver that we thought was trained by Mario Andretti! (famous F1 Driver from the 70’s) We did eventually arrive at the apartment and paid the 40-euro journey cost. We had a great holiday and thought no more of the journey and put it down to bad luck and our thoughts where more of concern for the people of Alicante whom had the aftermath of the extreme weather to overcome and to those that had lost family members. Thankfully the return flight was a little more sedate. On our return to the UK my wife telephoned love holidays to claim back the agreed taxi costs. (40 Euros) This is where the fun started, we have been told that it is not their responsibility and to take it up with Ryan air whom of course fired the "Hot Coal" right back to love holidays which in my opinion is correct as they told us to take a taxi and agreed to reimburse the cost. I would like to warn anyone else that finds themselves in this predicament to ask that the taxi is paid for before agreeing to it as later as you can see, they will deny or wriggle out of the cost. This is a cost that you have already paid for in your transfers and I’m sure that they must have insurance for such an occasion. All the passengers on our flight would have found themselves in this very same situation. I’m sure if everyone was told the same the out of pocket expense would add up to quite a bit of money. I have given up trying to claim my money back as the stress and actual amount is not worth the grief. Love holidays certainly won’t be getting my business again and that of our families whom had also booked with them in the past, so that’s three annual holidays a year they won’t be getting for the sake of screwing over one passenger. I would also like to mention that Calpe as a holiday destination is a beautiful place with very welcoming people and beautifully kept beaches, if you are looking for peace and rest this is the place to be (no nightclubs and rowdy drunks). I would also like to say that we tried UBER for the first time for our journey to and from the Airport. What a great service it is, from a simple phone APP to a Taxi to your door in minutes. The two guys that drove us where impeccably presented and the vehicles where spotless. Well mannered and the costs where a lot less that the local taxi companies could offer. Well done UBER 😊

We booked an all inclusive hotel in bansko and upon arriving we were given 3 single beds for me and my wife to made do with. Love holidays did not help assist. We then asked for atleast soft drinks and we were charged for this. When complained to hotel and to love holidays again they were unable to help. I mean what hotel offers all inclusive but charges you for basic soft drinks like coke and Fanta. Even alcohol is usually free. Useless company. Don’t trust them
