We where told our hotel accommodation was in danger, 2wks ago, but it’s all been resolved, we are in the hotel we booked, got airport transfers which is great as we are going with family, so can relax now.

They stated our hotel was unavailable 3 days before our trip, they then gave us an alternative but still haven’t provided a confirmation and now we’re 1 day away from the holiday starting.

This was a scam that cost over 700 dollars and I never got my money back the agent was a fraud

I was sold airport parking through loveholidays as part of the package, when I arrived the airport parking firm was closed locked and empty! With No contact number available I had to park miles away from the airport and walk. I still haven’t been told by loveholidays why this happened, it took me 3 hours on the so called “helpline” to claim my refund, the worst system ever as you have to talk to a computer, no help whatsoever, will never book with loveholidays again

I would like to know why the hotel charged me for my son's breakfast when I paid for 4 people and they said the package was only for 3 people, I was shown the package I had paid for and even so we were only allowed to have coffee when I made the reservation. payment. Accommodation that you charged me extra for was exactly the accommodation that my nephew got. My dissatisfaction with this trip was horrible, I have never had any problems with travel. They charged us other fees as well in which you as a company should have informed us that upon arrival at the hotel we had to pay other extra fees We never want to visit this 0 star hotel again. Now I want to know who will bear these costs?

affected by the recent insolvency of 1 of their 3rd party sellers, not their fault initially but the way they are handling the situation is disgusting, sending people on flights without any hotel when they reach the other side and then having to spend 24 2 48hrs trying to find alternatives by yourself is not acceptable. Told to bear with them but apparantly only a small minority affected yet they unable to resolve. Wont allow a cancellation or a refund either even though there is no hotel on our package... disgusting customer service if you cant rectify the situation be honest and say so we can deal with it ourselves but no you keep us hanging on.. no 2 claims handler tells you the same either I have been told yes we rebooked ur hotel but unable to give a new booking number to then when chasing 4 days later oh sorry we haven't rebooked it and sorry you was told that... love holidays sort yourself out and just start refunding for holidays you can no longer provide, customer service and word of mouth is a big deal for a company surely or are you really not concerned at upsetting your customers

Complete scammers do not book with them! I am due to go on holiday in 6 days time and the hotel is affected by insolvency. They are still planning to send me there next week and the hotel is closed! Customer service are useless and don’t care! They seem reluctant to help to avoid a pay out of giving me a refund. Every day I am spending hours on the phone to be fobbed off and there’s no one to make a complaint too and they never call back when they are meant to! Avoid!! No way am I travelling to a closed hotel in 6 days time with my daughter to be left on the streets and I will continue to fight them for a refund or an offer of an alternative hotel. Wish me luck in a refund and avoid at all cost please

HORRENDOUS! First and last time! Do not book, they work with Ryan air to con people. Apparently don’t have a complaints procedure!? Trying to con me and steal my money.. think again I don’t go away when refunds due!

Terrible company and customer service. My booking is affect by the insolvency, which I understand is not there fault. But how they have handled the situation is ridiculous. I have called up to ask for further details and timelines, we have to to book additional flights to reach London to get our flight. We want to be aware of a timeline, so we can ensure we can book this flight and organize everything. As well, if we have enough time to book another holiday, if ours in cancelled. Customer service is no help but repeats the same sentence. They would not even confirm if it is a possibility we will be left in limbo until the week of the flight and holiday. I asked for them to escalate this, they refused. I asked to make a official complaint, they said my complaint is not valid. How any complain is invalid is ridiculous. There is not even a separate department for complaints, so you are going to the same people you are complaining about. They end chats early when they continually repeat the same lines instead of helping you further. They refuse to allow a refund without charges, so we are left in continued to be left in limbo. They confirmed they are only working on those leaving this week, which shows they are only looking at departures a week at a time.

Marc love and his “ co - owner “ Derek are total scammers!! They gave me a job and had me reserve my own U-haul ( RED FLAG) and then wouldn’t return any calls and then when they finally did he fired me.

All fine and well to book cheap holidays until something on holiday is wrong or goes wrong, they have no way to help you whatsoever. Our hotel is advertised as a sound proof, romantic hotel, we have arrived and it’s everything but this. It’s a noisy awful party hotel we are getting no sleep whatsoever! If we wanted a party hotel we would have booked one! The staff do nothing about the noise of people staying and it’s going on all day and night. It’s ridiculous. We are still on holiday and called love holidays who said they can’t do anything because they have already paid the supplier… which is a joke. We have 3 days left of our holiday and they won’t help us at all.

I’ve had worst holiday in my live. The Hoyle was full of cats hair n it wasn’t clean, my money been stolen in hotel. I did complain about it but no body care never get holiday from love holiday again 😡😡😡😡

I have a booking to a hotel we regularly use ,we booked last summer for this June 24th for 14 nights. We received an email from Tui who are providing the flight on 15th December2023 stating change of flight time.Again l received another email from Tui on 29th February to confirm the flight times. I have not received any information from Love Holidays. I have used this company 3 times and unfortunately still have one more booking this year. But I shall never book with love holidays again.They have no idea of customer service.Definately not to be trusted.A very poor company.Last year I had a similar situation and I emailed and sent a Royal Mail recorded letter to the CEO guess what no reply to either. We booked a week-long trip to Santorini through Love Holidays, paying in full upfront. Our flight was scheduled for 7 am, and despite arriving in Santorini without issues, our troubles began at the hotel. The hotel had no record of our reservation, despite us having a reservation number from Love Holidays. According to the hotel staff, they never received any booking details or payment from Love Holidays. Upon contacting Love Holidays' customer service, they were responsive, but this didn't resolve our issue right away. I spoke to three different representatives, and it became clear that the problem lay with Love Holidays' supplier, who never booked the hotel. We spent the entire day worried and stressed, fearing we wouldn't have a place to stay for the night. After hours of back-and-forth, Love Holidays informed us they couldn't contact their supplier. It was already 8 pm by the time they took responsibility and promised to find us alternative accommodation. At 10 pm, they finally confirmed a new hotel booking, but by then, the day was ruined. We lost precious time and experienced unnecessary stress on what was supposed to be a celebration of our first wedding anniversary. In conclusion, I will never book with Love Holidays again. The stress and frustration they caused us were unacceptable, and they marred our special trip. If you value your peace of mind and your holiday, avoid Love Holidays at all costs.

Flights changed by 10 h doesn't match connection flights now calling every day no help bunch of scammers can't even give me proper reservation number for flights had to find out myself with airlines- you pay 5 k for holiday and they say call airline???? What a joke jet2 far batter and on the beach

Booked two weeks in Crete, but LH 'supplier' never booked the hotel (the hotel manager confirmed this to me in writing). I have spoken to four different people in customer service, but seven days later i have not been offered alternative accommodation or a refund. They constantly give me excuses and use buzzwords to buy more time, instead of resolving the issue. I will arrive at 11pm and at present i have nowhere to stay and just get empty promises on their FB chatline. Try 'reaching out and solving problems!' Date of experience: 18 June 2024

Me and my husband have just come back from the mesut hotel in Alanya, Turkey. Booked with love holidays. Paid for express transfer both ways, and thought we had booked a lateral sea view room. How you at love holidays can advertise this place as 4 star is beyond me! None of the pictures of rooms and balconies are correct. They look really nice in the pictures, but in reality, the room was dated, the balcony, absolutely tiny, with the view of a disgusting building site/mouldy swimming pool as our primary view from the tiny balcony!with the scabbiest, dirtiest air con unit I have ever seen. Got really ill from the dirty air con, and on the last day, we checked out at 12pm, just to have my armband cut off 30 seconds later, and then to be told...no more food and drink without paying...we still had 12 hours of our booking left going by what we paid for...the woman and man behind the desk both rude and ignorant. I felt really unwell, and had to sit in their lobby for the next 7 hours, seriously dehydrated. If it wasn't for penny and Andy, getting me a big bottle of water, I would have collapsed! Our transfer, Amer travel was meant to pick us up at 6.15pm for express transfer back to the airport, and didn't get us til gone 7pm....then he got lost 3 times and had to keep asking taxi drivers etc for directions to the other hotels....his heating was stuck on full and I burnt my leg on a boiling hot heater vent...the driver picked up too many people and my husband had to stand in the step to the doorway of the minibus for the whole agonising 3 hour journey, so that a mum and baby could have a seat....we got to the airport 25 minutes before our gate shut......absolutely traumatised by that last day...spoilt everything for us

The time I’ve spent trying to get someone to correct a wrong booking! My God! Would have been simpler to do this myself. Worst customer service ever. Someone promised to get my luggage booking corrected in 72hrs and a week later, it’s still not done. The irresponsibility is apalling!

I have used this company for two seperate holidays. The first was to New York. Flight home was cancelled and stranded for two days. Once home contacted loveholidays to be told the flight with Delta airlines is not their issue. Completely washed their hands of the issue and wouldn't even listen to what I was asking. I didn't want anything from them, just advice. Should have learnt my lesson but went back to them a year later. Booked a holiday to Gran Canaria. Flew out with Aer Lingus, returning with Ryanair. Whilst waiting to board our flight out I received a notification from ryanair that we needed to pay for our 10 kg bags (2) so we can bring them home. Not once during the booking process was there an indication that we could only bring back a bag that would only fit under the seat. Through the loveholidays app I was contacting customer service and was put on a queue. After 32 minutes I was removed from the queue as you need to keep updating the screen to show you are still there. I was walking to my gate and was removed that quick from the queue. I started queuing again, started at position 52, and was waiting for 97 minutes before I was cut off. Every 5 minutes I was updating the screen, got to position 7 and was cut off. This was not the way to start my holiday. The following morning I jumped on the queue at 9am and got a customer services rep. I explained my situation and he confirmed that I could take on a 10kg bag for no extra cost. I said I had an email from ryanair and sent screenshots and then he said that we can only fit a bag under a seat. He kept contradicting himself to the point that he no longer would come back to the chat. I signed off with 'do you want me to go away?' and never heard from him again. I paid an additional €60 to get our bags home. I will never use this website again and I will be letting anyone that listens know what a terrible company it is. I don't want any notifications, emails or correspondence from them, I have asked to be removed from everything. I will be booking all future trips directly with airlines and hotels, even if it means I pay more than deal with the stress.
