Worst company ever telling lies on other airlines and holding back refunds... Do not book with this company they are a shambles.

Have been trying to get my dep't back from L/Holls But its like getting blood out of a stone. I have left them 10 messages to them but they have not had the decency to reply. Our Flights have been cancelled 4 weeks ago. With VY1261. L/Holls are saying that they have no record of this. And the final payment will be taken soon. I have just found out that the hotel that they book us will not be open until march 20/21 What a shambles. Looks like I will have to take them to small clams court. I was on chat yesterday fore over 2 hrs when I got on there She told me that because she was training she must pass me to some one with more Esperance. And she did this and it said you are the 28 in the Q. I just could not believe this is happening to us. Love Holidays should not be trading. Warning to all. Stay away from them. Take them to court get your money back and don't give up. I have also put proof of the cancelation with photos. In case l/holls is there Looking at this massage my b/ref is LOV2049667U. Mr R. Beniest

Terrible company, truly. 5 month after we were meant to travel, still not refund. Staff is rude and extremely difficult to reach. Any notion of remorse from the company is false and performative. Take your money elsewhere.

DON'T BOOK WITH LOVEHOLIDAYS. JET 2 cancelled our holiday with 5 days to go and refunded us IN FULL 4 days later. 5 months and we are still waiting for Loveholidays to give a refund, use manage my bookings they say, we do, and yet they still won't pay the money back stating airline haven't repaid them, I don't have a contract with the airline (who incidentally confirm they have paid money back) I have a contract with Loveholidays. WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK? No longer part of ABTA I do wonder why, is it because they are holding back so many funds from holiday makers ??

Do not deal with Loveholidays.com! I had to cancel my booking for France due to the Belgian government. I was not allowed to travel due to COVID-19. I contacted Loveholidays and they told me I don’t get a refund nor a voucher. When I asked to undo the cancel it wasn’t possible and I had to rebook, again. They don’t deserve a good review because all bookings are automated transactions. They show there true colors when there’s a situation, like COVID-19 and they fail to solve it. This is how you see that there business is only for the money! So don’t waste your time by booking at this site. So, i followed the feedback of "Stuart" and got nowhere. No mail adres exist and via live chat I got 0 answer nor solution. I booked in the 1st COVID-19 situation with Zenhotels and they refunded me 100% whitout questions asked. If they can do it then Loveholidays should also be capable to provide this service

Appalling have essentially just taken money for nothing and they refuse to answer any form of communication, they’ll hopefully be bankrupt and destitute soon

After 3 months of pursuing a refund, I was told on 'live chat' today that it was up to me to get refund from airline and hotel! Apparently, LH, in their own words, are just an online agent and the contract is between us and the hotel/flight companies, so we need to apply for these refunds ourselves. They have slso withdrawn from ABTA so retrospective cases are now dropped!!Absolute disgrace!!! £3k out of pocket. One of their online agents clearly lied to me a couple of weeks ago to get rid of me by telling me it was being processed and we'd receive the money very shortly. Now, they don't have a record of that chat! I've screenshot all conversations and now going the legal route!!! They're still bloody trading!!😡 THIS IS THEIR REPLY AFTER CLEARLY STATING I HAD JUST BEEN ON LIVE CHAT!!! Still awaiting a refund from a flight cancelled in early April, even though the airline have refunded the money to Love Holidays in early August. Excuses, lies, and incompetence are all you ever get from the online chat, which is now the only way to contact them. When I asked how to complain, I was asked what I wanted to complain about. When I explained, I was told that there is no complaint facility. A quick Google search revealed the amount of truth in that statement, i.e. absolutely none. The guidance explaining the complaints procedure is incorrect and points you to a non-existent section of the 'Manage my Booking' page. The only other option is to complain via postal mail. This is just one example of the ridiculous journey we have been on in our attempt to get our refund. I should add that not once have we actually demanded the money in an unreasonable manner. We have only asked for more information on when we would receive it, and what could possibly cause a business transaction delay of over two months (their latest explanation for the delayed payment). COVID is no longer an excuse. Awful experience, untrustworthy company. In future I will book directly with the airline, by credit card, in order to better protect my hard earned money rather than squander it on charlatans who are only interested in saving their own hides!

Absolutely useless. Been waiting for a refund for over 5 months. Every time I talk to someone on live chat, the situation changes. They always try to push me back to Ryanair but Ryanair have already confirmed they have paid the flight money back to LH. LH are just holiday my money without telling me and doing everything they can to not pay me back. Refunds Process on here should be rated 'Criminal'.

They are thieths, I have been waiting for 2000£ refund for 6 months and they have passed the blame on to anyone they can, 2 seperate company's on 2 seperate occasions. I have asked to see documentation that they can not provide 2 of the representative blamed a company that they did not even realise that loveholidays managed. So infact blamed themselves. Absolutely disgraceful

Okay. We know Covid is causing mahem but....2 days before we were due to fly to Fuerteventura to a hotel we specifically wanted because of it's facilities and location, we received an email stating that 'an insignificant change' to our booking had been made - the accommodation was changed to an apartment with no pool, 2 miles away, at the top of the hill with a hideous number of steps to climb, without the sea view and no afternoon or evening sun (insignificant?). We also found that we now needed to hire a car (even though there was no parking) to get to where we would only have had to walk 80 meters from the preferred hotel. We had no real option to cancel as the flights are booked separately and there's no way on God's green earth we would have got a refund from Ryanair (bear in mind, even when booking flights through LoveHolidays they only act as your agent now which means you are on your own there). This would not be so bad if I had not contacted LH just a few weeks earlier to discuss cancelling and being fobbed off. Our next holiday is already booked through LH and I've been told that it cannot be cancelled without a £75 penalty and total loss of the cost of transfers on top (I'd like to keep the transfers but apparently you cancel all or nothing but cancelling flights is still down to you - I guess they've had enough of dealing with budget airlines on behalf of their customers). Buyer beware! Use this outfit at your own peril.

Flights cancelled Ryanair have refunded Love Holidays they say they have not received it 2 months later they are still saying no money received even though I have sent proof of refund and gave them the last 4 digits of credit card money was refunded to as they did a charge back with Ryanair - total waste of time these people should not be allowed to sell holidays - total bunch of imbecile. Customer service not 1 single response to any emails sent to them through their Manage My Booking - they couldn’t care less if they tried

Still waiting for refund for holiday in may, ryanain have proved to me that they have processed the money to them but still they say they have not received do not use loveholidays, they are full of it, I am owed over £4000

Terrible company . They cancelled our holiday due to coved 19 in March. Jet2 great they refunded flight money. Love holidays totally unreachable . Now trying through insurance for hotel and transfer money refund. Do not use them . Zero stars

Payed up our holiday for almost a year with this bunch of theives. Couldn't go because of Covid. Booked a package holiday with Loveholidays. However we were told we had to go through Jet2 to change flights. We paid yous for a package holiday so its your responsibility not Jet2s to change the flights. You were paid our money. Anyway. We went through Jet2 and changed the flights at an additional cost of £280. Love holidays, refused to refund the hotel saying we left it too late to refund even though we gave them 2 weeks notice. Wouldn't refund or issue a voucher. We contacted the hotel direct asking them if they could help us. We were told Love Holidays never paid them for our hotel. The theives kept our money approx £700. If you look at the reviews love holidays receive you will notice that the few 5 stars they actually get are from invited guests. These reviews are probably fake just like the company. Their replies on the help chat lines are all the same in their reply to complaints. 'Reach out to us and we will help you' No Love Holidays if you helped with your complaints on your chat lines you wouldn't be getting so many negative reviews. You can't phone these robber. The dont take calls. They are no longer part of ABTA. Pulled out of that to avoid giving hard working people their money back. Absolute theives. Their customer service reps should be ashamed of themselves giving people the wrong information. Shameful company and staff

Terrible, I've still not been refunded for my cancelled holiday in May, Received Many Texts and Emails blaming Ryan air until I uploaded confirmation that the airline had refunded them (sept 10), Now the texts have stopped but still no refund. They also tricked into accepting a voucher I didn't want for the Hotel / transfer part of the booking on the lie it can be converted to a cash refund.

Booked a package holiday December 2019 to fly to Rhodes October 2020. Due to COVID restrictions in the middle of September we decided we were unable to travel. As you are unable to contact them by telephone, I eventually got through on their online chat. See details from chat below which is self explanatory: Gary 12:30 Its very unlikely that we can travel next week due to COVID restrictions. Can you tell me when is the latest date that we can make amendments, to the same time next year for example? Gary 12:31 We have until the 2nd October to make changes to our flight through Jet2 Liyah 12:33 You have until tomorrow for hotel amendments! Gary 12:34 Or we lose it or is that free amendments? Liyah 12:35 Make amendments by tomorrow, or you will lose all the money, yes. Gary 12:36 Can you make the changes? Liyah 12:36 What would you like? I was contacted by them 5 days later and was told it was now too late to make any changes and that I had lost my booking. I contacted the hotel to see if they had been paid by loveholidays and found out they had not paid them! Tried again via their online chat and was again dismissed and was told nothing could be done. Loveholidays recently left the ABTA scheme, probably to avoid paying out any refunds to others in a similar situation to mine. Terrible customer service, avoid at all costs!
