Attention, DO NOT BOOK Travel agency is a scam. After I paid, I did not get an email with the LOV number. So when I finally got in contact with them, they told me that my booking doesn't exist and also gave me an unexisting costumer service phone number. I filed a complaint to the garda station, and hopefully this website will be down soon!

Despicable service from *On The Beach* as we are left to stay in squalor at the PHOENIX SUN HOTEL in Bodrum , Turkey. As you will see from the photos and videos, the hotel is disgustingly dirty, poorly maintained and in some areas it is clear that the facilities are in a state of disrepair. We booked an All Inclusive stay, however due to the visibly poor hygiene practices we are not comfortable using their bars or restaurants. Despite trying to raise numerous concerns with the hotel directly, and with *On The Beach*, we have been completely ignored. *On the Beach* have advised we can check-out early, however no other accommodation will be offered and the first flight back to Glasgow is Monday. So essentially, we either stay in squalor and pay ourselves to eat out daily, or fund a move to another hotel for the final 4 nights. For a company to treat its customers with such disdain is disgraceful, particularly when - for many, including ourselves - this has been a long awaited post pandemic holiday. *On The Beach* - do you really find this acceptable?

Totally useless. Do not book with them. Cant get hold of customer service. They make mistakes you pay for them. Pay a little more go with a reputable company. Dont ruin your holiday with a cowboy company

I’d read so many bad reviews but we had no problems. We knew the hotel we were booking so had no problems. We took the correct insurance to cover everything Covid related etc. yes it’s difficult to get through to an actual person but spoke to someone on their chat option and it was all clear.

Not recommending LoveHolidays We booked two weeks break for my family in an assumed 4-star hotel however we ended up in a bad, dirty and under facilitated hotel. The food was fully covered with flies and bees!!! The gym has only two faulty machines. It is dirty, dark and without air condition. The room was dirty too and dated. we had to buy our own thick bleach to clean and use the toilet. Beddings were ripped, dirty and had blood stains. There was no internet in the public areas as was stated before booking and the public area e.g the main hall and the dinning area were too hot and humid with no air conditioning. We tried to contact you via email and booking enquiry on the first day of arrival however we were ignored. Our holiday ended up a holiday in hell with the whole family members are suffering from skin rush and sickness.

NEVER book with this so called company 😡,we were unable to fly as my husband has suffered a major stroke,no compassion whatsoever ever,disgusting attitude,spent 4 hours on the fone to them getting passed from pillar to post,spoken to like an idiot /child,they wanted extra £145 to cancel holiday then had the cheek to put fone down on us,never asked for a doctors letter to prove illness so we could get a refund,so we are now nearly a £1000 out of pocket and no holiday,bearing in mind we would of just changed the holiday to a later date but we’re never giving the option,the “company”wants folding 😡😡😡😡

Got here at 1.00am. 1st room was terrible, 2nd room they exchanged us too had air con dripping on pillows. 3rd room we just took as it was 3.00am I needed to sleep. Got up this morning and food is terrible. Alcoholic drinks are even worse. This is not 5star as advertised. And the rooms I was talking about was upgraded rooms when we checked in. Not happy and not looking forward to the rest of the holidays. Probably eat and drink out, I will be keep the receipts alive Holidays (NOT)

I was told I need to let love holidays know if any details change. my flight number was changed so I contacted them, I was 176 in the queue . This is not a chat I never spoke to anyone I typed details of changes to flight number. when I checked my flight numbers after they said it had been done they had typed them in wrong. I have contacted them 4 times and have been told they were correct but when I said they have entered details of the flight number incorrectly they said best contact easy jet! Not sure if I will get on the plane if these details don't match up. Anyone have ideas where I go from here. They just cut me off

They chose a Hotel for us called set City residence chelae hotel they gave us two rooms for six people with two double beds the rooms were infested with ants murky water running through the taps squeaky doors Wednesday when we complained about it to the receptionist she was so rude she asked us if we don’t like it we can leave we complained to Love Holidays a guy called Adam Evans told us to go and look for an alternative hotel and we will be refunded after the reduction of the stayed night we did just that found another hotel paid for the rest of the holiday then Mr Evans send us an email saying that we were not entitled to a refund we launched a complaint to the complaints department and we were told the same thing all conversations have been recorded and we will pursue it further Please don’t book through this company without making sure that you can get your money back.

Been trying to amend holiday dates for 3 weeks to no avail. Live chat is useless Phone is useless cannot get through. Avoid at all costs.

booked a package holiday with them . flight got cancelled . and we can not fly from another airport . but they will only offer flight money back not full package . and you can not get in touch with them

Learn more Lauren Hunter 0 reviews GB Rated 1 out of 5 stars Hotel Cancelled 😠😠😠 Absolute joke 😠😠 so booked a package holiday in November 2021 for June and everything was going well received regular emails on the lead up to it saying "the countdown is on" right up until 2 days before we arrived.So the flights and transfers we're all ok and we arrived at hotel palmeras in Tenerife around 11pm so we were really tired and just wanted to get a good night sleep and start our holiday the next day but that's when everything went downhill,the hotel took the details and got the email on screen only to say "Hotel Cancelled" I thought surely there's a mistake and if not they'll put us up for the night and sort it in the morning but only to be told there's nothing they can do and there's no rooms available and there was no way to get in touch with love holidays there was no phone number,live chat at that time absolutely nothing could be done until the next day so after hours of trying the hotel said the only thing they could offer was a couch in the hotel lobby and by now it's 3am and the cleaners come in at 5am so there was no chance of any sleep.So the next day finally arrives and were right on the phone to love holidays eventually only to be told to wait 3 hours as they'd need to look into it.Still absolutely raging but thought something is finally getting done so we'll go for breakfast in the meantime ( still in our traveling clothes and suitcases in tow might I add ) so 3 hours passed and still nothing so I phone again and the result was "sorry there's nothing we can do the refund is in process now and it's out of our hands" no explanation no apology no nothing.So now we're both worrying what to do we had paid for an all inclusive holiday which has been a total nightmare and how I don't get why the flights and transfers we're all ok and not the hotel.In the end I had to borrow money for another all inclusive hotel so we could try enjoy the rest of the holiday.Its been over a month now and still no refund and trying to get hold of anyone is absolutely shocking.i really hope nobody experience's what we did.

Used Love holiday for the last 5 years without any issues. Went to PORTUGAL this year and paid for private transfer. From the airport to the hotel the driver didn't show up,and from the hotel to the airport the transfer was NOT private. We may contact love holiday who said them investigate. Upon returning to the UK they basically wash their hands of it. I lost about €50 with the cab fair. But they've lost my custom. It shows you how it's run. Plenty of other travel company's out there.

Once you pay them you don’t hear from them snd can’t get through. We were going to Antalya through Frankfurt from Glasgow. We ordered a taxi from airport. On way there was no show and on way back was a shuttle bus. We could have got our own taxi cheaper. Our luggage got lost, both ways, NO SUPPORT, we were refused access onto our connection flight on way back as our flight was late in coming in, NO SUPPORT, we then had to ON OUR OWN book into an expensive hotel as it was late at night and was only one free, book flights ON OUR OWN to London then hire a car up the road. All in all we spent more getting home from Frankfurt thsn the actual holiday. NO SUPPORT FROM LOVE HOLIDAYS AT ALL. I strongly suggest that you don’t use them.

Booked a holiday on Tuesday 19th August with loveholidays web site had no emails no confirmation nothing even tho my deposit went out rang them 72 hours after stil not sorted then they gave me a booking number says they wil sort it again heard nothing then 7 days later no call just to get a email saying we heard back from the hotel and no dates are now available even tho there was wen booked got all the proof here screenshots etc here coz I complained they refunded the deposit said have a nice day a absolute disgrace of a company called loveholidays.com stay well clear avoid at all costs

Booked a holiday to eygpt for 12th June,easyjet cancelled the flight 2 days from going so we could not fly,got back flight money but love holidays not refunding the rest 7 weeks now,contacting them is a waste of time as no response, they are a complete shower of s--t,we will never use them again
