It is the worst company to book your holiday through, the service is terrible, it feels like a scam throughout with hidden T&C’s. Getting in touch with the company is like drawing blood from a stone and when you do, the staff are absolutely useless. I can not advise enough to book elsewhere for your holidays - easily the worst travel company I’ve had dealings with.

Terrible firm AVOID AT ALL COSTS booked holiday after 2 hours had confirmation and they took my money 2 days later said hotel was unavailable told if I cancel will lose 315.00 out of 515 paid hotel offered more expensive and only food In all inclusive after days of arguing getting no where cancelled and lost 315.00 will avoid thus company In future and will celebrate when they finally go out of business AVOID OR LIVE TO REGRET

Please do not book your holiday with Loveholidays ever! The holiday was not cheap and there were still multiple hidden charges. We had to upgrade the room as it had mould, smelt of sewage and had bags of rubbish rotting in the heat outside. The new room still smelt of sewage. WiFi charges were applied per device. The hotel boasted an al a carte restaurant as an option but we couldn’t get a reservation. And topped all off we were charged extra for our cabin bags at the gate. It was obvious that this happen regularly.

Never again will myself, family, and relations, and friends ever book a holiday with this travel agent again after they heard what happened to us. My son in law booked a holiday with this company to Mexico . He paid for transport to pick us up from the airport and take us to the hotel. And for transport back to the airport after our stay. There were 6 of us in total. Myself and husband registered disabled. We arrived in Cancun on 16th August 2024, after a long flight all we wanted to do was get to our hotel and rest. After collecting our luggage, we proceeded to the exit to find our transport, only to find it wasn’t waiting for us. My son in law contacted Love Holidays to find out where it was only to be told as we were not at the pick up point they didn’t wait. Where did they think we were?…why would we book their transport if we weren’t going to use it. It resulted in us having to pay £300 for a taxi to take us to our hotel. Love Holidays have refused to reimburse any of the money. To leave 2 disabled people one with severe breathing problems in the lurch like that is unforgivable

If I could give less stars I would , stay away from loveholidays they are an awful company to deal with , I paid in full two months before my holiday booking I had an health issue 6 days before I could go so had to cancel due to being hospitalised. I gave them all the details etc they refuse to give a penny back , I have insurance but loveholidays won’t send me what I need to claim from my insurance. What they do is separate the invoice between the hotel and the airline and then pass the buck onto them separately so that they can say it’s their policy not love holidays . Its a disgusting way to deal with the customers and no way would I ever book with them again , you have been earned please take note

This company is a scam. They sell holidays with misleading, inaccurate information and use third parties for all bookings (hotels, transfers, flights) which means you never receive a timely reply. The online chat facility is slow and poor, with robotic, unhelpful advisors who never take any responsibility to help. It takes 28 days for the company to even send a response. I booked a 4* all inclusive holiday and wouldn't even rate it 1*. The flight staff were rude and unhelpful (Pegasus), they wouldn't let us be seated together with 2 children under 5. The hotel was over 4 hours away from the airport, not 2 hours as advertised on the website and on arrival at the hotel at 1.30am the hotel did not offer any refreshments, not even water. I booked 2 rooms, the hotel put these on 2 different floors again breaking up my family. After complaining, they moved us to a family room with bad facilities including broken furniture, a broken shower and fridge, dirty mattresses and bedding. Again, I had to complain. After these issues were resolved, the air conditioning stopped working and the room phone stopped working as well. This was never fixed. The hotel charge for bottled water, do not offer ice cream or ice lollies in the hot weather and the safety deposit box and WiFi are all chargeable. They do not give beach/pool towels, and they serve disgusting, bland, repetitive food. When asking for more snacks at the poolside, hotel staff refuse. They are rude, and again, unhelpful. The holiday has costed us double the amount paid to cover the costs of these services and for having to dine out. They have 1 tiny shallow swimming pool for kids with no kids slides, in which all kids under the age of 10 go into. It did not accommodate the number of kids. My family and I have returned miserable, and angry at our experience. I have been informed I have to wait a month for a reply.

I booked a holiday to sahara beach in tunisia over a year ago. We go every year to this hotel. Paying in full on booking. We meet family and friends here . Then to be told 2 weeks ago we would need to look at another hotel. 28 before we fly. They have had my money for 1 year but my hotel wasn't booked.if I wanted to go in a different hotel i would have booked it 1 year ago.Sahara beach have 1 week available, but love holidays being no help at all will not split the booking for 1 week at sahara beach and 1 week in another hotel. Will never use love holidays again.

Big scam, avoid at all cost! they took my booking for hard rock (5star), took the first deposit and come back to me weeks later with alternative hotels which are not even close to hardrock. I could have booked a cheaper 5 star myself, i dont need to pay higher prices for hard rock and stay at a cheaper alternative. Avoid at all cost !

I have recently traveled to Costa del Sol & returned on Sunday 1st September, and can honestly say Everything went without a hitch, no problem what so ever. First time travelling with Love Holidays & enjoyed every minute. When we arrived at Fuengirola we were met with our lovely private taxi driver (Cosmi ) he was a well mannered gentle giant( credit to his company) please pass on regards! Our hotel was beautiful El Peurto Vacances , spacious room , double shower, & balcony overlooking the Mediterranean. My only constructive criticism is not enough sun beds in the skybar area, which could be resolved easily Overall holiday 5/5 Elaine, travelling with Son & his Girlfriend

Avoid them at all costs, they will take your booking and payment and offer an alternative cheaper hotel because the original is no longer available! I’ve booked and paid for a specific hotel and not some cheaper alternative! Avoid avoid avoid!

Additional, hidden costs after paying for the holiday. It stated transfer and luggage were included in the price but they were not. The hotel looked great on the website but we were hugely disappointed the moment we arrived- outdated, dirty and overall pretty depressing. I would not recommend and will never be booking via loveholidays again…ever.

AVOID LOVE HOLIDAYS!! They sold me, my elderly mother and young son an all inclusive package to Turkey. The hotel was a complete death trap and my mum got food poisoning. I eventually got a 50% accommodation refund, but I never actually agreed to this settlement. They have since openly lied to me and I am trying to get money via a Section 75 claim. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Paid for private transfer. Left at airport on arrival no car told to get own taxi. Day before departure got message from company pick up at 06.30 waited 20 mins phoned transfer company only to be told transfer cancelled, panic then to get taxi to airport. Get back home complained to cowboy outfit who are now 2 weeks later still refusing to refund. If they are like this over small problem god help you if something serious happens.

Totally let me down with hotel after 2 phone call's and chat message yesterday they were telling me don't worry its confirmed just waiting for paperwork to come though Then this morning I get an Email saying my hotel wasn't available and when you try to talk to this special team that's going to help you you can't because they have no phone number and will not call you to talk Can only talk by Email , Which is useless when you are trying to sort something out At this time have flight and transfers to a hotel in 10 days ,I can't even stay because they don't know how stressing this is

Avoid!!! AVOID! Pure Rip off where you are not allowed to adjust anything on your booking or get any refund back even within 1 hour after booking… no grace period at all and very bad service… the biggest mistake I made was to book with them …

I had to cancel our holiday due to my husband being diagnosed with throat cancer We had to pay £640 upfront cancellation fee but we only got back £1400 instead of the 4 payments I had made £2100 I'd never use love holidays again Caused me alot of stress on top of what I am already experiencing

Absolutely Untrustworthy - AVOID Loveholidays at All Costs! My experience with Loveholidays was a complete disaster from start to finish. I booked a 10-day stay at what I thought was a suitable hotel, only to find out upon arrival that it was adult-only—crucial information that was conveniently missing from their website. This forced me to leave after just 3 days, derailing my entire vacation. When I reached out to Loveholidays for a refund, they washed their hands of the issue, claiming that as a third-party booking platform, they weren’t responsible. This is outrageous. As the booking intermediary, Loveholidays should be stepping up to solve problems, not hiding behind their "affiliate" status while pocketing commissions. Instead, they blamed the hotel and told me I couldn’t even open a case until my booking period ended. To make matters worse, after my ruined holiday was over, they had the nerve to tell me that I should have contacted their in-resort team earlier if I wanted any resolution. This is nothing but a weak attempt to shift the blame and avoid taking responsibility. They are clearly more interested in securing their commission than in providing any semblance of decent customer service. Their customer service was appalling—rude, unhelpful, and completely dismissive of my concerns. Loveholidays took my money, provided misleading information, and when things went wrong, they did absolutely nothing to help. This company is unreliable, unprofessional, and completely untrustworthy. If you value your money, your time, and your holiday, do yourself a huge favor and steer clear of Loveholidays. This is a company that will abandon you the moment something goes wrong.

What went wrong is that ihave booked a hotel - Begonville hotel. Marmaris, and they haven't a room for me even though it has been paid in full?? I travel on plane train and bus after confimation by you. I explained that to a lady on hel p desk and she kept repeated it was ok if a had confirmation which the hotel says they haven't had. I used to travel a lot with loveholidays and never really had a problem .. until July. We booked Summer Beach Hotel in Crete and when we arrived we had issues checking in, some of us didn’t get rooms until 10/11pm, but the worst part was that our rooms were on a construction site in a completely different hotel (Mare Village). Wires hanging everywhere, water coming from the lights above, flodded bathrooms, no working AC, unfinished rooms and hundreds of other issues, but the cherry on top was having no glass in the bathroom shower … the frame was there but no actual glass! The shower was overlooking the inside courtyard of the hotel and forgot to mention, the works started at 7:30 am every morning. We had workers outside of our shower and couldn’t even take a shower due to not having a window! This was just day one, as you can imagine there was more issues. Food horrible, staff rude, pool dirty, towels dirty and with holes. You can see my hotel review on google - this review is more about how loveholidays handed this situation. We had two bookings: 1st booking - 4 nights, 3 rooms 2nd booking - 7 nights, 1 room We contacted them and was advised to send in pictures and someone will get back to us. We sent all of that and never received a response despite chasing them multiple times. Nothing has been done during our stay. Fast forward to the end of the stay, we logged a complaint. One, we were in the wrong hotel, two health and safety hazards everywhere, three useless customer service leaving the customers to just figure it out, four all of the issues we encountered during our stay. Love holidays told us “oh sorry we didn’t get a response from supplier and won’t be able to help you” and issued random refunds 50% on the 4 days stay and 20% on the 7 day stay, we’ve had the exact same issues and the 7 day stay didn’t even have the glass in the shower window! Are you guys just randomly deciding on who to give the refund to and how much? This should have been a full refund straight away. Anyways, I explained to them that if they offer services on their website from external providers (understandable as that’s how they work) it is on them to make sure that they thoroughly check them before and that the supplier actually has services to offer. They clearly didn’t as they oversold the hotel we were supposed to be in and decided to put the rest of the people in an unfinished hotel. Hotel was a part of a bigger chain. We responded saying that we do not agree to both refunds and are expecting a full refund. This is now between love holidays and the provider, not us! It clearly shows that we are in the right given that the supplier decided to ignore you! Red flags all over! Issue a full refund for both bookings and take it up with the provider you have a contract with, this has nothing to do with clients (us). I have opened up another complaint and basically received an answer saying ‘oh sorry you’re still unsatisfied, we will take your feedback on board’. What on earth! Like I stated in my response, there are multiple people affected by this provider that we have met during our stay and are in contact with. Additionally, thanks to the video I have posted on TikTok, which now has 1.2 million views I have been contacted by other people who were there shortly after. Unless a full refund is issued, we will be making a joint claim and taking this to court. We have a strong case, hundred of videos and pictures, proof of us contacting both hotel and loveholidays to resolve this during our stay and tips on how to make our case even stronger by someone who took you to court and won, and they didn’t have half as many issues as we did, so safe to say our case is a winner. More than happy to waste my time in court to make sure people get compensated for such an awful experience and staying in an unsafe environment. I am expediting a full refund within the next 7 days, otherwise we will see you in court. Refunding us is definitely going to be a much cheaper option for you if you think about the court fees :) Be warned that if you book with loveholidays it might be lovely, unless there’s an issue. Then you’re on your own with a horrible holiday and wasted money. Can’t attach too many pictures but my review is up on google and my TikTok is @natijankowska, have fun watching the videos!

First and last time ever using love holidays Booked 10 nights in Thailand for a family of 5 all great. Arrived at no hotel no booking rang love holidays at considerable expense took nearly 24 hours for them to sort it out with one email in that time. I had to pay for two hotel rooms and waste our first day trying to get it sorted. Unbelievably I had to fight tooth and nail to get my refund for the rooms I booked no compensation no apology just the exact amount of the rooms. Disappointed disgusting behaviour will never use again
