Please save your money!!! They are a cheating, lying disgrace. No refund since last August. Now started court proceedings. Save the stress and your hard earned money book else where, or put it down the nearest drain at least it won’t line their pockets

LOV 173117OU Holiday booked 31-08-20 Hotel closed. Refused to move holiday to next year and refund still not received. The holiday was not ABTA protected as I thought as unbeknown to me the hotel and flights were not a package deal so not protected even though I had the certificate Do not use this company

Even staff members are at on here putting fake reviews carrie 75 get a grip disgusting behaviour from a co worker from loveconholidays . Do give this disgusting out fit your hard earned money they will steal it and rob you. They staff on line chat tell you lies and cut you off ,if anyone books with it's your loss avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid

Terrible can’t get in touch,then don’t refund suddenly on date meant to refund by they pay a small amount back saying you made alternative arrangements when u haven’t so it looks like they have made payment so they don’t get taken to court DO NOT USE holiday was meant to be last year still no refund

Bad service, overall mixed messages with emails saying no additional covid fees. Ended up cancelling and paying extra to do so

My family and I were booked to go to Sicily last August, with a package deal through loveholidays. Due to the pandemic, we decided to change the date. This was both easy and stress free, we did not have to pay any surplus charges. We were due to go on the 2nd April this year and this has been cancelled, due to the pandemic. We have just received a full refund for both the Easy Jet flights, transfers and accommodation from loveholidays. We had to apply for the refund for the flights directly with Easy Jet and the rest through loveholidays. It was all very straightforward. I just wanted to say thank you and we really appreciate that we weren't even charged an admin fee. We have been refunded every penny that we paid. You hear so many awful stories but loveholidays have always been really reliable and provided us with some fantastic holidays. We will definitely rebook this holiday next year. You can trust this company and I hope that they thrive again once life returns to normal. Thank you again,

Got to be the most unprofessional company I have even dealt with. Canceled my booking without informing me. I requested to change dates but they ignored questions asked. Very rude on chat. Closed chats on me. No way to contact them by phone. Don’t call you back. The list goes on... I will be taking legal action as my money has not be returned or holiday amended as I had requested. Avoid at all costs!

i wouldnt ever book with this company ever again. Still trying to get almost £900 back from flights that were cancelled in June 20. No response to emails what so ever and ive written about 30 . Cannot get to speak to a human always chat with a bot ! giving out false information just to try and keep you sweet. Disgusting treatment from this company. Please stay clear of them as they are an absolute night mare. I hope that the company folds as they seriously deserve to. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY

Absolutely appalling. Cant get out money back on our holiday due to covid we moved the dates once they wont let us move it again. Only for the flights being now cnacelled we may have hope from the bank now stepping in. The customer service is dreadful and dont respond to our request for an ADR form. Booked a package holiday pre-covid. Gave me the option to cancel during covid. I exercised the option to cancel. The company refunded the hotel accommodation but have since refused to refund the flights, stating that they’re non-refundable and the flight was never cancelled, all after sending numerous emails since August 2020 stating that they would pass on a refund for flights once received from the airline. No doubt these people changed their Tc’s & C’s and removed themselves from ATOL since. I've made complaints to Trading Standards and the CMA. Avoid this company at all costs.

Booked a package holiday but cant go because of pandemic they say we have to contact airline to get flight refunds 2 airlines!! Easyjet there Ryanair coming back, we have to fill a form in attach photo copies of passports, proof of address ect , they ( love holidays) should do this not us!! We have spent 5 hrs trying to sort it still not there yet!! Absolutely disgusting...they was quick enough to take our money and booked the whole package so why not refund in one go?? My daughter who has also booked with them has no idea how to go about it's her 1st time, she has no access to printers or scanner to proceed with this so she is stuck!!! Just an absolute scandalous way to treat customers! Never ever again that's a fact!!!!!!!

loveholidays service is absolutley disgraceful. They have refused to give me a refund for flights yet the airline they booked the flights with has refunded them the money and cancelled the flights. They have left me £300 out of pocket. What a scam of a company. Taking peoples money and keeping it.

I would not book another holiday with Love holidays if they were the last holiday firm on earth. Still owe me more than £1000 for cancelled flights. Check out their Facebook post comments which will give you an idea. Appalling customer service and no longer members of ABTA. They don’t reply to emails either are currently breaching CMA regulations.

I had booked with Loveholidays for a couple of years prior.. and all was great..until you have a problem and you are fully entitled to a refund. . Then your waiting over 12 months for them to chase the 'finance department' and they are a nightmare ... to the point of NEVER AGAIN
