Avoid this Scamers !!!! Waiting over a week now for refund 4 holidays that never happen I spent all my savings for family trip and I can't buy another somewhere else as I have no money my kids spring brake ruined!!!!! Never again

Avoid at all costs. Booked a holiday in November and tried to add a passenger a week later but got no replies to messages for over 2 months when it finally got sorted. Then the hotel which I was meant to be going to was no longer available so they said to chose an alternative hotel, which I did. 3 months later after keep trying to get the alternative hotel added to my holiday I still have had no contact back apart from a message saying I need to pay an extra £300 for the alternative hotel. Sent messages back again asking for a call to discuss on the phone which was ignored. Now they have cancelled my holiday altogether without notifying me and won't refund me. Horrible company

If you’re booking with Love Holidays, what they have advertised is not necessarily what you will get. The principal requirement for our family holiday was an onsite water park for the children. We found what we thought was the perfect holiday and booked with excitement. However, this excitement turned to despair when my wife inadvertently found out via the hotel’s Instagram feed (the day before our departure) that the hotel’s huge water park would not be open until May, so would be closed for the whole duration of our holiday. Whilst we thought this was unlikely, we double-checked directly with the hotel for peace of mind, but we were surprised to learn that the hotel had advised all tour operators of this well in advance. Love Holidays have been next to useless at helping, despite the clear error on their part. Whilst many reviews comment about the ease of booking, which I do not disagree with, the true mettle of a company is how they handle a situation when things do not go to plan. Love Holidays are quick to take your money yet their customer service is appalling. They make it extremely difficult to get hold of anyone, with a pre-recorded message on their phone lines continuously stating how busy they are. If you miraculously do manage to get through (which in my case was after a very long wait), the staff are not empowered to do anything and refuse to put you through to a Manager who would apparently be just as powerless to help. I explained the issue and was initially reassured, with Love Holidays insisting that the waterpark was open. It was only when I maintained that they needed to call the hotel directly that they returned to confirm what I already knew. Whilst the lady was empathetic and apologetic, I was told there was nothing she could do to help, despite this clear breach of contract - providing false information to no doubt secure more bookings. What’s even more alarming is that Love Holidays continues to falsely advertise and sell the holiday with no mention of the closed water park, which can only be assumed as a deliberate attempt to mislead, despite the hotel and myself telling them that their advertised information is wrong. This was due to be our first holiday in 3 years - we were all packed, airport parking booked, time off work arranged and now have to console our understandably upset young children and deal with the additional stress of trying to get our money back. This was an entirely avoidable experience had the holiday been advertised truthfully, yet Love Holidays are clearly more interested in dishonestly obtaining money from customers. They accept no responsibility on the matter and have no desire to put things right to avoid other customers also being misled. I would strongly urge you to proceed with caution on any potential booking with Love Holidays as like myself as you may think you have found the perfect holiday, only to find that you have been misled and are facing an uphill struggle to get the refund you’re entitled to for the significant money paid. This is my first and last booking with the company and I regret not sticking to the reputable tour operator that I have used in the past. You have been warned…

Can I give them zero stars? Horrendous, rude & incompetent company. First off they’ll send you the wrong email address to be able to check in with in advance, so then you get charged at the airport for not having done it sooner £55 (Ryanair). They also did not have our return transfers booked. We tried to add another person before we even travelled which was farcical and we gave up. Hard to get hold of & when you do they’re unhelpful & actually rude. Never ever again. How are they still even operating

I've booked had no problem at all all my son had full refund when he's holiday got cancelled due to Covid pandemic, when we booked we choice Jet2 flight because loveholiday only put your holiday together once booked and problem with flights you have to to your flight provider that's why we choice Jet2 we will email hotel just before we go just to make sure but we have not had any problems emailed us with in minutes to confirm booking also sending us voucher and transfer voucher to print or at to phone but we will print, then Jet2 sent our flight details and if we want to add anything like seats together food on the plane extra leg room to contact them not love holiday using your ref number my family travel with love holiday all the time but they just put your holiday together so be aware when you book with .them .

terrible! horrible! no communication, just takes money out. impossible to get through via phone , tried contacting them via live chat waited for 2 hours from being 50 in a que and when i got down to 9 they kicked me out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! shame!!! HOW THEY ARE STILL ALLOWED TO WORK

Really poor customer service ,our holiday was cancelled due to them as they never got back to us when we had emergency . Also we contacted them to sort out the matter we had no answer from them and waited 3 to 4 hours on the phone to speak to them and despite that every time different person said different and no one could help us . I would recommend that you book your holiday with reliable holiday company who provide better customer service . Love holiday service is very disappointing ,poor and also they take customer rights away to make decison about their holiday hence I would not give even 1 star to them

Do not use! Never received a confirmation for my holiday yet money was taken out of my account. Waited over an hour on the phone line to get through to someone after attempting to contact them for days. One star as I was eventually refunded

My update , I booked a holiday with them in Oct like many falling for tye fake reviews, they are completely heartless and destroyed my holiday refused to refund me. I complained to consumer rights , they won't respond to them in UK or Ireland. I was informed they have moved their head office to Sweden.. a complete scam ..please don't fall into their trap. Being a single mom..I worked so hard in order to have a few days away with my kids.. but now I have lost my money and there is no holiday. Also if they book your airport shuttle.. let me warn you , I contacted the shuttle company rhey checked the ref for the shuttle booking, it didn't exist..they checked again with Loveholiday ref it didn't exist.. they changed my hotel twice .. which means you might land with no airport transfer and no hotel 😂

Absolutely useless. Will never use this company again You can’t communicate with anyone and they keep sending you to their ‘manage my booking’ app where they close your query if you dont respond fast enough. Nothing but stress and anxiety caused, very disappointed and disgusted.

Dreadful experience. Zero customer service. Cost me an additional £900 to change an error caused by the website with NO HELP AT ALL from Loveholidays. I booked a holiday back in early February for an all inclusive stay at a 5 star Hotel in Tenerife.As our dates are approaching and I was still awaiting notification to pay the full amount £3017 - having to date paid £720 - I checked again the online details. It was only then that I found that the booking was for 2023 not 2022!! Normally you cannot even book a holiday over a year in advance as the flights are not available! This should not have happened! It was then impossible for me to contact any human at Loveholidays. The automated phone system does not allow anyone through unless you can provide a booking reference with a departure date within 4 weeks. You are therefore left to try to sort it out through the Manage you Booking portal, and the website will have nothing to do with any flight changes. Having discovered then that I could not cancel the booking without losing all the money, and after waiting online for the very unhelpful chatbot system for hours, I had to try to navigate the changes myself. Changing the flights at my own cost - an additional £180, and then changing the hotel through LH website again. It was this process that demonstrated to me TWICE that LH online system changes the year of booking as you go through each page confirmation. Twice I got to the final page - obviously now triple checking all the details every single time I entered them - and TWICE THE SYSTEM CHANGED THE YEAR FROM 22 TO 23! Although I did finally manage to negotiate all of this myself, it took many hours, and cost me an additional £900! I have been through reviews of LoveHolidays on the various sites, and I am not the only person to have experienced this. I’m extremely frustrated, and extremely disappointed. to summarise - no LIVE CHAT available. No telephone/human contact allowed. no reply to my emails

Love holidays more like Hate holidays The worst company ever, after they take your money online they don’t answer calls or message back , please please please do not book with this company they are all frauds all they do is take your money without providing a service. You can’t get through to them via phone or messaging….total scam I tried to change a spelling mistake on the ticket but they asked for double the ticket price . I wish I could give them zero stars but had to select 1

Awful experience - do not book with this company. It's easy to book online, but if there is then a problem it's impossible to contact anyone human at all ever! Their one;ine booking system which I used to book a £3k+ holiday, automatically changes the year date at the final stage of the process so my holiday ended up being for for 2023! To change it cost £800 - and whilst changing it and having to rebook my flights again myself (as LH will not make any flights changes at all) having entered in the new correct dates and year - the website changed the year again from 22 to 23 at the last stage! Twice I had to go back and amend. This is a scam.
