Extremely appalling customer service. Have waited almost 5 months to receive my refund for a package holiday. I've had to contact them 6 or 7 times, and each time the customer service representative tells me something different. Yes, 6 or 7 times I was told contradicting refund information. Would never use this company again. Phone line doesn't work, chat representatives are always too busy - clearly short staffed. Shameful service, 1 star is too good for this company.

Thieves..... Cancelled a holiday in April due to Covid, was informed on the 18th April that the refund team were working on our refund and that we would here from them shortly. Still waiting for almost £2500 to be returned. No information from them since then and cannot get through to them - all telephone lines are closed and no longer able to get through on the Livechat.

I completely understand that all operators are busy due to the pandemic going on in the world, however when you are required to pay the full balance on your holiday over a year in advance ( which isnt a problem if everything was confirmed) when the ages of the children are still being disputed with the "supplier" as it keeps getting referenced, then i think it is an absolute disgrace that we are unable to even contact the company to discuss the booking. 14 days straight now we have been on everyday trying to get into the huge Queue on live chat but cant even get into that. "Sorry all of our operators are busy at the moment please refresh this page in a few minutes" thats the message occurring constantly. Unless you are one of the lucky ones who manages to not have a problem with the holiday at all then you are in for a real ride of stress and anxiety with the customer services. We definately wouldnt book through this channel again, its definately not worth the hassles.

We booked a hotel and then cancelled after seeing the bad reviews for Love Holidays. They took my $30 as a deposit but have not refunded any of it for 5 weeks now. Stay away!!! They make it impossible to get your $ back. Impossible to contact them.

Avoid this company they need to be ashamed. Trying to change my holiday to next year due to the Covid. No phone number no help or support for their original customersIgnoring emails. Yet selling holidays for next year. Set to loose £1500 as I’ve no option but to cancel.

I have a holiday booked with loveholidays for the 1st july 2020 and last minute they decided to change my flight times without checking with me if i was ok with those times been trying to get in contact with them in every way possible with no luck! I am honestly disgusted with how I am being treated as a customer! I would expect better with how much i have spent with them i would advice to avoid LH at all costs!

Like others awful experience over trying to get a refund. After saying they would only give a credit I wrote to their legal dept by recorded delivery requesting a refund. The letter was returned as they refused to accept service! Then their website changed to sayd they would give a refund. I applied for this and then later had an email to say you have to phone them to confirm the amount of the refund (sic) and give your card details (but they have them!!). It added of by the way we are experiencing high demand so you may have to wait a long time on your call before answered. Reading the other reviews it seems that the phone call is just another delaying tactic. They behaviour is beyond unacceptable.

I am still waiti g for a refund and cannot get through to anyone livechat seems to be ended as it goes to adverts and phone lines divert to recorded message to livechat yet love holidays are taking bookings I was due to fly 9th May it is now almost July nearly 2 months of waiting what's going on

Please can someone tell me Customer service email address, as our outbound flight has been cancelled by airline, but inbound remains the same, we have been offered by the airline to fly 2 days later but we have paid for a 9 night break, and don't know how to sort out everything out, chat online is never available.

Unfortunately I can't give this company 0 stars hotel cancelled 3 weeks aga have been told I have been told I have to wait until my flight is cancelled before a refund actually no I don't this was a package holiday no hotel no holiday absalute scammers now reported to atol

I have sent 20 + emails can not get you by phone or live chat, waiting for my refund holiday was 11th May 2020. I'm now in the process of emailing various love holidays email addresses everyday giving the count down to me taking you to court in 13 days and I have been advise to claim for stress damages also. no refund as yet

The company directors including there parent company need to be struck off due to holding client money illegally.be quick or they will run with your money.the laws are a shambles .this government need to stand up and get these companies in court and get the licences taken off them.take over the client money and pay people back.everybody claim off your cards urgently

We booked at holiday in jan 2020 to take our 3 yr old grandson away to Majorca, then the coronavirus pandemic hit. We fully understood that we would not be going by March as our holiday was 1st April. Everywhere was on lockdown and rightly so. I tried to contact Love holidays many many times to no effect, all I got was fobbed off by email or live chat. I requested a refund but was refused, offered vouchers was the best they could do. I want a refund, legally I was entitled to a refund but was always denied. I booked my holiday on my credit card and had to a charge back under section 75 and finally got a refund from the bank. I will never use this company again, they don’t play by the rules, legally or morally, they’re a disgrace. Russ Knowles

Booked a holiday with them to Tenerife. The Flights were cancelled by Tui Airlines due to coronavirus. It took love holidays over a month to finally cancel our holiday. In the meantime, they removed all forms of contact to the company. They weren’t available on telephone, you’d get stock responses via social media (if they bothered to respond at all) and never replied to any of my emails. Finally got a message via their Facebook wall that informed me that I had to contact Tui directly for them to refund my money even though my contract was with love holidays!. Managed to get through to Tui who confirmed that my flights had been refunded to love holidays that day. It took love holidays another 3 weeks to refund the flights but I’m still waiting for the final £800 for my accommodation. Finally got an email today to ask me to ring an automated telephone number to confirm that I want a refund. Rang the number to be informed it could take another 8 weeks for my refund to be processed!!!! Arghhh, what an absolute joke. I know times are hard for these multinational companies but we’re all struggling at the moment. Will never use them again.

They are still holding £3k of my money from a holiday cancelled in April. After 2 months of getting nowhere I eventually spoke to someone on 1st June who said they were not a package operator (WTF?) and that I had to sort airline refund with easyjet. He read me some script about the payment of the balance of the refund full of caveats and then said they would process refund. The next say i had email saying they would refund my card within 5 days. Needless to say that hasnt happened. Since then I havent been able to contact them. Absolutely corrupt and I assume they are kicking the can down the road hoping ATOL will bail them out. Disgrace.
